pwede nyo naman gawin yan kahit wala pang CO.. especially visa 190 kayo ... yung iba nag frontload ng NBI at medicals.. kaya na visa grant agad.

@lock_code2004... PCC and medical lang ba pwede i frontload? And by frontload, do you mean this is the period after receiving DIAC invite but before CO allocation? Is my understanding correct? And it is usually better to do if 190 visa? Bakit hindi pwede mag frontload for 189? Sorry sa mga questions po... TIA

Yeah, you just need to include some minor details in your visa application the work experience of your spouse... Not important and definitely it will not be a factor on whether you will be granted a visa or not.

May dalawang skill level
Skill level 1 : Professional engineer/Engineering Technpologist/Engineering manager
Skill level 2 : Engineering associate
Kung same lang ang EOI points ng both skill level balak ko dun na sa engr associate
Kung mataas yung level 1 dun na po ako apply.

pag nagka CO kana at wala pa ang English requirement, pagbabayarin ka ng 4kAud..
pero kung maprovide mo nmn agad sa CO, walang problema..

So between now and pagnaka-CO ka, you need to have it..

@Ausbit yup ganun na nga. just to share if nasa pinas ka kuha ka na agad ng nbi kasi pag may kapangalan kayo you have to wait 3 weeks. ganun po katagal sila ngayon.kaya kung mas mas ok po para ma upload nyo na agad. good luck po

nagsend po ako ng form 1022 sa CO ko last May 8, ala pa po siya acknowledgement.. duon po sa mga ngsend ng form 1022 to your COs, nagrereply po ba sila? Do I need to follow my CO up if she has received it? O

waiting for CO po kami...pwede na po pala kaming magpa appointment para sa medicals? Meron po kasing sinasabi dun sa "Please see attached Request for Health Examination and the Health Examinations List." kaya lang wala naman po naka attach.

Yun po ba ang form 26 for medical examination at Form 160 for x-ray? If yes, we can just print it and schedule the medicals and x-ray na... Salamat po!

Di ko kasi macheck ung status namin online kasi laging unavailable kapag kini-click ko na ung next after entering the desired info. Ako lng po ba nakaka-experience nito? - oo naman.. but again, you should know that the date of medical/nbi clearance will affect your Initial entry date..
- kung wala nmn kayong concern about going early sa AU.. then walang problema..

my tip:
- check mo kung ilang weeks ang allocation ng CO for your visa type
- then estimate mo kung kelan malapit na kayo magka-CO, pwde na kayo magpamedical.. para sakto..

yes, yan nga yung form.. print that and/or call the clinic, they will need your TRN para ma check nila sa eHealth system nila..

Heloeeyyy question po

While filling up the application forms..
Meron po dun na part na elista ang dependents ng main applicant na migrating or non migrating, wala pa po kaming anak.
Ako lang po ang dependent ng asawa ko. Tama po ba? Or esusulat ko pa ba dun ang mother at 3 sisters nya?

it may be too late for me ask this now pero i clarify ko lang po sa mga nag upload na po ng docs for visa 190 na nag DIY ng processing, may nakalagay po ba sa list ng following documents as "Recommended"?:
Qualifications, Australian evidence of
Work Experience, Australian evidence of

naka indicate po kasi ang 2 ito sa document list ng evisa ko. Kung wala po sa list nyo ito...i think my application is in big trouble...baka may mali akong sagot....naku po!

Wala pa po kaming anak. Dependent po ba ng asawa ko ang nanay at mga kapatid nya?
Kelangan ba namin isulat yun sa form?
Kasi ako both parents at mga kapatid ko d ko sila dependents diba?
Pasensya napo nagcoconfirm lang if tama ang pagka intindi ko

Sa non-migrating di ko na isusulat ang kapatid ko tama po ba pag ka intindi ko? same kasi kami ni alexamae.

meron kasi dun migrating member which i declare my mom. then meron din dun non migrating member. should i write dito yung dalawang kapatid ko as non migrating member?

@amcasperforu - nope don't write anything on the "non-migrating member".. kasi pag naglagay ka dyan , ipapamedical/pcc din nila kahit di mo nmn ksama papunta AU..

a) Primary applicant - sympre alam nyo na yan... heheh..
b) Migrating Dependent/s - Secondary (spouse) + kids, + kung idedeclare ang parents
c) Non-migrating dependents - kung depedent nyo talga any relative.. kaso ung nga, pagnaglagay ka dito,, ipapa medical/pcc din nila... eh hindi mo nmn ksama sa application.. at possibleng maging dahilan pa ng visa rejection.. SO MY OPINION, do not put anything here..unless kukunin nyo sya later (separate visa application), and you are willing to take the risk..

d) OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS - dito ilalagay ang mga parents/siblings (for information only), hindi ksama sa applications at hindi rin mag medical/pcc...

Ang ikli ng sagot nya e, basta i-hold na lang daw nya Application ko until the issue is resolved..

Nag-expire na invite ko around Oct 31 (60 days after Sept 1), so kung magwithdraw na ako, pwede na ko mag edit... Then antay ulit ng panibagong invitation...

Sa Withdrawal Letter ko pinapalabas kong "your application was 'unnecessary' at the time it was made" para sana may Mandatory Refund..

Sir, i may be facing the same problem that you encountered kung di ma consider yung job ko sa Pinas as closely related. I will be short of 10 points pero sakto 60 points pa din. Nung nag withdraw po kayo ng visa application, paano po kayo nabigyan ng refund? ano po reason nilagay nyo sa sulat?

@rguez06 ilan po points nyo if okay lang..how long did you wait? sa immig blog nila sabi twice a month lang invitation but i dont know what specific dates, gusto ko malaman if tapos na 189 invitation for the month of May
