@amcasperforu - buti nga supportive yun, which is sa mga nakakasalamuha kong lokal dito sa company hindi sya one of them or dahil open-minded sya, at nagbigay pa sya ng tip kasi sa Perth sya nagmasteral..

Guys quick question...

Nagpasa ako ng ACS requirement last Dec 2012 and got my result on Feb 2013 and hindi pa ako nagsusubmit ng EOI, Affected ba ako ng new ruling ng ACS?

@olrac183 ang pagkakaalam ko po hndi po ksi lumabas n yng result mo sa ACS e..ang affected lng po ata is yng mga result na lumabas nung May onwards...

@Crocs2011 may kakilala ako na gumamit ng agent..yng process is same lng dun s hndi gumamit ng agent..ang trabaho lng ng agent is siguraduhin n yng documents mo kumpleto at tama bago e submit..kya if ever yng case mo is normal mo nman mas ok n DIY n lng, konting basa lng at magagawa mo ng sarili ang ACS at whole process ng migration..laki ng matitipid mo po if DIY lng.. hope nakatulong po..

my friend graduated sa csb with BSBA computer applications na course kailangan ba nya mag RPL?
another question is sa work experience naman developer sya but shifted to dba pero may dev work din na ginagawa which you can consider as dba developer. ano kaya ang suitable na ANZSCO dba or developer programmer?

Hi mga sir/ma'am,

I back read a couple of pages in this thread and saw that ACS have changed its rulings about your years of experience. It seems they're shaving off some years from the experience you can claim later for EOI points. Has anyone gone through the DIAC assessment of their years of experience recently? Na-credit ba yung total years that you claimed or was it only the experience na minention nung ACS? Thanks!

Software Tester din ako. Isang COE na lang kase problema ko, walang detailed duties and responsibilities. I am planning to create one tapos have it signed ng Manager ko.

Hello Everyone.

May question po ako regarding COE, i have been in 3 Multinational IT companies here. For Example in Accenture, my job description is software engineer, then in IBM my job description is IT Specialist then at HP my current job description is Technical Consultant. Pero kahit mag kakaiba ng Job description isang line of work lang po yung ginagawa ko which is SAP Functional.

Paano po yun pwedeng gawin sa COE, okay lang po ba na iba iba yung job description pero kung mag rerequest sa HR mas i ddetail yung roles and responsibilities i aacept naman cya ng ACS, do you guys think it would not have a problem with ACS?

@coachella9 - ok lang basta mapili mo yung tamang designation sa ACS - which is fit sa experience mo. Ex-Accenture din ako - iba yung title sa Accenture saka sa current company ko.

Ok lng yan as long as nag fit sa job desc yung job desc mo sa mga companies na to. Sa 2nd company ko technical specialist position ko pero tinanggap pa din naman ng ACS.

@gacoquia Minsan yung mga section 2 nagiging bachelors equivalent kung more than 200 units yung course mo nung college. or meron kang PRC license.

May tanong po ako, meron dun sa ACS guidelines:
The following information is required on each page of the certified copy:
 The words “Certified True Copy of the Original”.
 The signature of the certifying person.
 The name, date and provider or registration number or designation (eg: Police Officer) of the
certifying person.

Yung “Certified True Copy of the Original” nde sya talaga nakalagay nung nagpa-notaryo. Kailangan ko ba paulit yon kse dapat meron talaga non? Or yung notary lang oks na? Thanks guys! Pa-submit na sana kme kaya lang ni-double check ko ung guidelines.

Ask ko lang po if may documents from Austalia na if you have more than 200 units this can be a criteria for giving you a AQF bachelors degree? Thanks po.

follow-up ko lang po tong question na to. kukulangin po kasi ako ng points pag ganito ang mangyayari. kakailanganin kong maka-8 sa IELTS para mahabol kasi if ever... T_T

@thachad098 same here, I won't make the cut unless I get atleast an 8 in IELTS

Siguro wala pa masyado nakaexperience nito since the affected ACS results started just this May and the visa applications are most likely still in progress. but if anyone could part-take some thoughts that would be awesome.. thanks in advance!

Eto nag re-ready na mag fillup ng EOI... but will wait for July to submit it. Waiting for new slots sa state sponsorship. Hopefully madaming states open for my ANZSCO code.

mag 6 years this September.. and ECE ako (I'm not too sure if that's an ICT Major). But I'm applying for Analyst Programmer since yun ang experience ko. do you have doubts on the new ACS rule as well sa experience?

@RyanJay -- naka lagay sakin ganito... Pero ang pinasa kong COE is from June 1999 to March 2013.

The following employment after June 2003 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 263111 (Computer Network and Systems Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code.

@Ringo Hindi ba exactly nakalagay kung ilang years ang nacredit sa work experience mo? Or naconsider yung 10 years experience mo? Sana kami na next hehe apr nag acs husband ko eh.
