    (DIY Application)
    May 24 - Lodged Student Visa at VIAC
    May 27 - Acknowledged my Docs thru SMS
    May 29 - Emailed me to undergo Medical
    May 30 - Medicals done @ NHIC
    June 04 - Uploaded my Med Results to AU-Emb as per NHIC
    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    I called the 757 number @maliboo - pinapindot2 ako nang 1 and 2 tapos pinahintay nang konti tapos naging bz. lol. bz sila sa pag finalize nang ating mga visa siguro. kaya "BUSY" ang phonelines. LOL

    @pepper - bilib din ako sa persistence mo ha. your pinoyau handle suits you well sa taga DIAC Manila. Pepper=maaanghang sa DIAC. LOL. Sana dumating na grants natin...LOL
    @KG2 - hahaha baka nga naanghangan na nga sa akin, dapat igrant na nila visa ko at makalarga na agad-agad! kasi habang nangungulit ako, baka lalong ibaon lalo ang papeles ko hahaha...

    @dadedidodu17 - hahaha pero kailangan talagang mangulet eh...kaso nga lang pag-bad sila- tapos nakita na ang kulet kulet ng babaetang eto, baka ibaon lalo hahaha, sabi nga ng oz bf ko, dont keep on asking them, they might put you in the bottom again again everytime, they see your pepper email :-S it's hot!

    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    @KG2 @dadedidodu17 sa NHSI Cebu kayo nagpa medical bro/sis? Mga anong oras kaya advisable pumunta sa NHSI para matapos ng maaga? I read sa previous posts mo bai @KG2 na pumunta ng 5am para lang mag-lista sa name. Ang NHSI cebu ay sa likod lang ng Cebu Doctors Hospital? Thanks po in advance.

    May 28, 2013 - Got Provisional Offer Letter from CDU
    May 30, 2013 - IDP forwarded requirements to CDU
    June 2, 2013 - CDU asking for the signed Provisional Offer Letter
    June 5, 2013 - IDP forwarded the Provisional Offer Letter. Received visa checklist from IDP. CDU acknowledged financial documents from my sponsor.
    June 19, 2013 - paid tuition fee to CDU, got Offer Letter and COE from CDU.
    June 20, 2013 - receive Full Offer
    June 24, 2013 - paid courier fee of 900 pesos as IDP's request through email
    June 25, 2013 - Visa lodged
    June 26, 2013 - got acknowledgement text message
    July 1, 2013 - email notice to undergo medical exam
    July 2, 2013 - medical at NHSI Cebu
    July 10, 2013 - medical results uploaded
    July 10, 2013 - emailed [email protected] to ask status, however no reply from them

    @tagaCebu sa NHSI Baguio po ako. Dumating ako dun before 8 and ako na po pinakauna. Hehe i think depende po kung san clinic, kasi dun po sa baguio di masyado marami unlike sa manila. Tapos na ako around 9 pero nakaalis ako 11 na kasi late dumating yung doctor. 1st come 1st serve kasi sila eh, agahan niyo na lang po para sure mga 7 ganon.

    Water therapy sir the night before and sa morning while waiting. Naka ubos ako nang 2 liters while nag hihintay. lol

    Guys question sa steps ng student visa..
    1. Apply to school. (Currently here pa lang ako.)
    2. Offer letter- enrol.
    3. Coe - padala ba nila ito sa email then i forward din via email sa embassy?
    4. Apply sa embassy - ano docs na required and soft copies ba lahat? No need for hard copies?
    5. Advise for medicals - if taking anti- hypertension and anti-gout medicines, grounds ba yun na marefer pa? What happens kung hindi ko na i declare?

    Last question, Mahirap na ba talaga ako makaabot sa july 29 intake? Up to 1 week late lang allowed ng UWS e. positive thinking pa rin ako kase assessment level 1 and svp. Sana umabot pa. Sayang ang 7 months. And sayang ang 2 months christmas break. Work to the max sana. He he.

    sir merong paper sa entrance nang nationwide. sulat mo name mo doon pagdating mo. yung entrance malapit sa ramp. good luck! look for the location din nang nationwide sa building directory na naka display sa gilid nang entrance.

    Tumawag ka ba sir sa nationwide? baka kasi iba nang tinitext nila ngayon sa clients nila. April 15 na text nila yung pinost ko eh.

    Guys question sa steps ng student visa..
    1. Apply to school. (Currently here pa lang ako.)
    2. Offer letter- enrol.
    3. Coe - padala ba nila ito sa email then i forward din via email sa embassy?
    4. Apply sa embassy - ano docs na required and soft copies ba lahat? No need for hard copies?
    5. Advise for medicals - if taking anti- hypertension and anti-gout medicines, grounds ba yun na marefer pa? What happens kung hindi ko na i declare?

    Last question, Mahirap na ba talaga ako makaabot sa july 29 intake? Up to 1 week late lang allowed ng UWS e. positive thinking pa rin ako kase assessment level 1 and svp. Sana umabot pa. Sayang ang 7 months. And sayang ang 2 months christmas break. Work to the max sana. He he.

    Apply ka muna sa school kasi included sa reqts ng student visa ang COE which will be provided by the school. One nandyan na Full Offer, bayad ka tuition fee , health insurance , etc. Communicate ka sa school mo ano dapat e.send mo na reqts sa kanila. Once ayos na lahat sa school, gather mo naman reqts for student visa application, then lodge. Fees ay 23,900 pesos managers check, 900 pesos courier fee. Hard copies lahat ang pinadala ko at IDP sa embassy. About sa #5 q mo, wla na ako idea, wait tayo reply sa mga knowledgeable people.

    Kaya pa yan, wala namang fee if ma defer sa 2014 eh. Sana mabilis nga pag svp. Yan ang pinag darasal ko na within 14 days lang.

    May 27, 2013 - Sent application to Charles Darwin University (CDU)
    May 28, 2013 - Got Provisional Offer Letter from CDU
    May 30, 2013 - IDP forwarded requirements to CDU
    June 2, 2013 - CDU asking for the signed Provisional Offer Letter
    June 5, 2013 - IDP forwarded the Provisional Offer Letter. Received visa checklist from IDP. CDU acknowledged financial documents from my sponsor.
    June 19, 2013 - paid tuition fee to CDU, got Offer Letter and COE from CDU.
    June 20, 2013 - receive Full Offer
    June 24, 2013 - paid courier fee of 900 pesos as IDP's request through email
    June 25, 2013 - Visa lodged
    June 26, 2013 - got acknowledgement text message
    July 1, 2013 - email notice to undergo medical exam
    July 2, 2013 - medical at NHSI Cebu
    July 10, 2013 - medical results uploaded
    July 10, 2013 - emailed [email protected] to ask status, however no reply from them
    July 12, 2013 - received email from [email protected] and IDP for the Visa grant! Thank you, Lord!

    Panibagong araw nanaman dabarkads. Nag-email ako sa IDP last week, kasi tinanong ko yung counsellor ko kung pwedeng mag follow-up sa embassy at kung anong tatawagan/email add. Eto ang reply niya:

    Unfortunately, the Australian Embassy will usually not entertain follow-ups within the 3-month period from lodging your visa application. However, you may try and email [email protected] if you want.

    (DIY Application)
    May 24 - Lodged Student Visa at VIAC
    May 27 - Acknowledged my Docs thru SMS
    May 29 - Emailed me to undergo Medical
    May 30 - Medicals done @ NHIC
    June 04 - Uploaded my Med Results to AU-Emb as per NHIC
    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    Refusal letter made after 61days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    JULY 15 2013 = emailed embassy na kung pwede ilipat ko ung pera ko sa investment fund sa eastwest bank na sabi nila pwede daw ung east west ko
    JULY 22 2013 = nag reply na ang embassy about my funds then they told me n kailangan ng mga certificate galing sa bank n ung funds ko ay nailipat ko tlaga sa eastwest from BDO then they ask for an extension letter galing sa school ;)
    JULY 24 2013 = passed my new certificates from the bank na ang show money ko na investment fund ko from bdo ay nilipat ko sa eastwest ( wait na lang ako ng letter from school )
    JULY 25 2013 = recieved my extension letter from my school until aug 2 then if d pa din lumabas ang visa ko within next week
    next intake na akk w/c is aug 22 then na email ko na sa embassy today ung extension letter ko
    JULY 22 2013 = recieved an email from the embassy na natangap na nila ung additional docs ko
    AUG 1 2013 = nag email nmn sila na d pa nila n rereceive and documents ko 3 bes ko n un sa kanila ni send !!!!!!!
    AUG 13 2013 =hard copy na ng bagong COE ang pinasa ko sa piasi
    d na ako umabot sa first intake so na mive ang intake ko ng aug 26
    AUG 14 2013 = nagtxt na ang embassy sa akin na natanggap ma nila ang bagong COE ko
