    ~ 573 SVP with 1 dependent ~

    May 31 - applied online at University website
    June 17 - Uni sent a message that they approved 14 credits for prior learning.
    June 21 - Uni emailed: move my intake to Feb 2014.
    July 5 - Passed IELTS! Yipee. Emailed Uni my result.
    July 16 - Received conditional OFFER LETTER from Uni. :)
    July 19 - sent my TOR to Uni.
    July 22 - Uni received my TOR
    July 24 - received my UNCONDITIONAL OFFER.
    July 31 - paid tuition fees and received COE
    Sept 16 - lodged visa application 573 SVP with one dependent thru VIA
    Sept 17 - acknowledgement from embassy with medical request.
    Sept 18 - Medical Examination at NHSI
    Sept 24 - Medical forwarded to Embassy
    Oct 4 - Phone interview with CO.
    Oct 7 - Emailed immi asking for updates
    Oct 8 - Received email from immi stating application is under assessment.
    Oct 9 - Received text message from Air 21 and Embassy that my documents has been dispatched.
    Oct 9 - visa refusal! :(

    @pepper don't worry malapit na yan in the meantime eh mag relax relax ka muna being anxious and stressed every single day won't do you any good :) kaya ako I make sure I drink every friday night haha kastress ang weekend :) d bale all that waiting will be rewarded dn nmn and when you get that sweet sweet grant mas maappreciate mo sya haha :) bka bukas eh meron na!!o d kaya mgtry ka ng ibang approach ako kc mnsan pg hndi ko hnihingi dumadating ng kusa hehe..

    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    May 27 - Acknowledged my Docs thru SMS
    May 29 - Emailed me to undergo Medical
    May 30 - Medicals done @ NHIC
    June 04 - Uploaded my Med Results to AU-Emb as per NHIC
    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    Refusal letter made after 61days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    01/12/12 - IELTS test
    03/13/13 - school application
    27/03/13 - offer letter
    15/05/13 - enrol/ pay tuition fee
    22/05/13 - ECOE received
    27/05/13 - lodged visa thru IDP Manila
    30/05/13 - confirmation from embassy of receipt of application
    04/06/13 - embassy advised for medical thru email
    06/06/13 - medical done at SLEC
    13/06/13 - follow up from SLEC if medical have been forwarded, and informed that it is not yet uploaded to embassy.
    20/06/13 - medical uploaded. referred to Global Health
    26/06/13- 07/07/2013 - constant email to embassy and not a single response.
    08/07/2013 - email from embassy stating that my application was only lodged on 30th May, and they will afford priority processing, but cannot guarantee to finalise it on my course commencement date. No information provided if I have allocated CO.
    08/07/2013 - email from embassy that my medical had been referred to Global Health or HOC. No idea exact date referred.
    09/07/2013 - email from DIAC that my medical has been referred on 20/06/2013.
    09/07/2013 - email to school. no response received.

    @KG2 yes i did. whole name and reference number as subject pa nga eh.

    the day i did my medical, they told me there are no issues at all, which to me sounds
    'all clear'. i dont know why it took too long. siguro, nakalimutan nila with so many
    applicants for medical. :(

    plus the fact na 572 applicant ako. some 572 got approved quickly, some don't. advised
    kasi ng IDP until when ako pwede maglodge, so I was really hopeful.

    Hopefully nga we all hear positive responses soon.

    @cookie18 same with me. Medicals uploaded last june20. I also have been emailing diac but i haven't received any response yet. Cguro kung magparamdam c CO mkkahinga na ako ng mejo mluwag luwag. Ang mbagal po yata kase eh ung allotment ng visa application sa co.

    @payatot the chances are very slim to none. meron din naman na aapprove na 11 days lang daw. yan shortest ata na nabasa ko. do you have any pre-existing conditions sir? nag additional test po ba kayo? o baka sa weight niyo sir? sa nabasa ko overweights will be referred. sa handle niyo parang nag iimply kayo na underweight kayo? - add - nabasa ko sir sa panel instructions, obesity lang at significant weight loss. pero if stable weight at di obese ok lang. try nyo kaya ask bakit na refer or nag grade b sa panel physician.

    nabasa ko sir sa panel instructions, obesity lang at significant weight loss. pero if stable weight at di obese ok lang. try nyo kaya ask bakit na refer or nag grade b sa panel physician. parang ayaw ko ng ituloy application ko, yung pang tuition ko magpa bariatric surgery muna ako.
