    @tenseako - Thanks ha..meron naman akong auntie, na may 6months time deposit na 1.5M at some regular savings then, i-explain ko yung time deposit ko na 1.5M ay sale ng property kaya walang bank history, kasama naman yung deed of sale sa financial requirements nila eh..kaya sana ma-grant na at i-ok na yun

    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    @pepper ngayon lang sila nag-inform sau? Woaaaah kakaloka nmn nyan! Ba't ang laki ng proof of funds? Ung sakin computation ng IDP is just 1.9M but pinasobrahan na namin in case d nila e-accept ung ibang accounts.

    Na pass mo na ba bank account ng aunt mo?

    @pepper huh. grabe naman. natatakot na ako ah. maliit lang showmoney ko atsaka sa sponsors ko lang ako bumawi, 3 sponsors ko, with one having an annual income of 110K, 60K and 45K USD . Sponsors provided the latest bank statement, proof of income in the form of an employment certificate indicated with salary rate and also income tax returns - together with affidavit of support. Bukas din ang aking judgement day. OK lang kaya yun?

    I'm sorry to hear na ganun. Hindi grant dumating, salungat sa sinabi ko. :(

    @pepper - it aint over til its over.. Pwede ka pa nman magsend ng addtl proof of funds like ung sa aunt mo.. Since hindi mo nasubmit un dati.. Or change to a higher educ.. Don't lose hope girl.. ;)

    @kg - ask ko lng po.. Are all ur sponsors from the US..? Pwede kya yun kahit na sa Australia mag school..?

    @skittles04 yes. pwede po mam, IDP accepted it naman eh. hehehe. before ako nag apply, yan sabi nang consul ng pinas na nasa NT sa seminar nila. Di na daw need nang showmoney, pwede lang daw affidavit of support, bank statement, employment cert, plus IRS return.

    Wala ako agent up to now. Someone I know used AMS instead of IDP. Same deal walang bayad. I am thinking na gamitin ko na lang sila (AMS) para ma advise ng mabuti sa pag pass ng papers. Nung kayo ba mg fill up ng eCoE request binigay nyo ba details ng agent nyo?

    @skittles04 you are welcome po. prompt ngayon kasi nag aantay din ako ma'am me magka grant. Natatakot na ako pareho kasi kami nang case ni pepper except for the referred medical.sure ma'am, hehe, ikaw lang ba yung pupunta? or may relatives kayo dun sa Darwin?

    @pepper kinakabahan na talaga ako kasi nag ask ang school nang extension letter. I mentioned befre na sabi nang isang friend na pag nag ask ang DIAC nito, good as OK na. same as mine, they asked for an ext letter. hindi kaya nila dinidelay nalang ang grant kasi wala pang decision? hmmm. ano ba to. natagalan kana masyado tapos yan pa mangyayari. frucking frustrating and my heart is racing!

    @ten2six, meron kang appointing form na fifillupan na ina apppoint mo ang agent mo to assist you. dun mo ilalagay ang details. Sa embassy na form to, not sure sa acceptance form.

Will leave our son mahal kasi grade school dun.. I have relatives their but we'll start on our own.. Maghahanap pa din kami ng place to stay..

    @tenseako Yup sama ang sat and sun. Heheh. Ginoogle ko lang po "referred medicals" pero yung mga number of days nang mga grantees na na refer ang meds...ginamitan ko nang excel. walang magawa eh. so ayun dinagdagan ko stress ko.

    @pepper ma'am don't lose hope po. hndi po aalis ang australia if ma deny tayo. sa medicals nga merong worst na nagyari daw, nalaman na may TB, nag treat nang 6 mos, tapos matagal dini hinintay pero ssa kalaunan nakalipad rin.

    @tenseako Oh Okay. Good Luck sa atin. Sana wala nang problema. Buti sayo sa October pa ang commencement date ng ELICOS mo. Ako this coming 1st week of September na ung commencement date ko. Kakastart ko lang ng Visa ko this month. Aabot kaya yan before September?

Emailed them back and said that I should be under SVP / Streamlined Visa, at the same time, I also informed and email IDP Manila about the matter.
    14 August 2013 - Received their response. Said that they will try to finalize my visa in two weeks, still on the 3rd of September. And said that my application was reallocated under SVP.
    16 August 2013 - Received an email from the embassy and text message. Visa Grant!

    My wait is finally over. Thanks God!

    @maliboo @amedina ah ok. pero if granted earlier, mag-eexpire din ba earlier? or ang validity ng visa is until the end of school talaga regardless of when the visa was approved?

    @lightsaber07 pag wala ka problem sa medical madali lang yan.. san ka ngpamedical? ngsabi sa kn na refer meds ko embassy din eh. d ngffollow up ang idp. gusto nila after 8weeks pa. mejo matgal ngrply ang embassy sa kn pero at least alam ko na narefer. ngemail ka na sa embassy?

    ELICOS for 12 weeks + BS Nursing
    ELICOS commencing on October 24, 2013

    April 15 2013 - letter offer from QUT
    June 3, 2013 - paid tuition fee
    June 10, 2013 - accepted offer
    June 20, 2013 - eCOE given
    June 26, 2013 - visa lodge via IDP
    June 27, 2013 - visa lodgment confirmation text received
    July 2, 2013 - informed for medical
    July 3, 2013 - medicals done
    July 5, 2013 - medicals uploaded. NHSI informed me that there's no need for additional tests.
    July 6, 2013 - medical results referred to MOC, informed that decision will be made after approximately 8 weeks from the date of referral.
    August 13, 2013 - embassy informed me that my medical clearance was issued and will strive to finalize my visa as soon as possible.
    Augsut 16, 2013 - VISA GRANT! :D
    August 17, 2013 - received a text message from DIAC that my passport/documents was dispatched to the courier for delivery

    "No pain, No gain."

    @KG2 ACU sydney po. was backreading a while ago. nabasa ko about you wife's DM. how did you declare it sa application form? diagnosis lang ba? i have multinodular non-toxic goiter kasi. i'm not sure to what extent ang isusulat ko about my condition. and, did you attach supporting docs? thanks.

    Visa 573 QUT bachelor in nursing graduate entry (2 years)
    May 20- visa lodge @ via center
    May 21- received email from diac a confirmation of my visa lodge and needs to have medical exam within 5 days..
    May 25- medical exam nationwide health makati
    May 29- emai diac if they received my medicals, the confirmed that it was refered and it will take 8 weeks or more
    June 1st week- i asked for my medical results via email..nationwide health replied and gave me the results exept fir xray
    June 2nd week up to June 4th week- I sent them email 2x a week for the progress..replied same generated msg stating they dont have the medical clearance yet..
    July 6- I asked if i need the late arrival from school..K. Aurelio replied, i can do it and scan the letter and send it to them
    July 8- school gave me the said letter..they gave me up to july 29 , my commencment was suppose to be july 22..after that no reply from diac
    July 11- email diac asking what was the problem of my medical
    Exam result and that it made me fell anxious that maybe i have a serious condition.they replied i have to email the clinic about the result..
    July 12- email the clinic and they replied sending the all the results .this time they replied with the xray findings..the finding was clear cardio-pulmonary with no significant finding and thoracic levoscoliosis..
    July 13- i had myself by an ortho, turns out clinic findings was false..
    July 14- i email the clinic and diac about..clinic replied and justified that they were not wrong but when i replied and sked about the things to consider before they can come up about the levoscoliosis they did not reply..for diac they did not replied about it..
    July 19- diac email me and said i have to ask forthe declaration of late arrival from my schoo if they will not receive the medical clearance..i sent the letter again to them
    July 25-diac email and said they will give the result by july 26 6pm
    July 26- 8 am received an sms from air21 right after diac sms stating they already send my visa.

    anak nang butanding! grant na yan. Sabi nga nila PLEASED sila. Haha. Kung denied yan sasabihin WE ARE NOT PLEASED. LOL. Mahilig talaga sa crunch time tong mga taga DIAC. May email sa yo ang DIAC? please look at the date sa eVISA mo yung PDF attachment ha at pls post dito ang actual date sa VISA if ok lang sayo.. Para malaman namin kung gano katagal ang VISA grant to dispatch. CONGRATS!!!

    Nasa application form po ma'am, merong section dun na idedeclare mo ang existing health condition niyo. Tingnan niyo din mam sa link ko yung instruction sa panel physician. Yung PDF, dun kayo kumuha nang idea. Wala naman po kaming inatach na document mam. Basta dineclare lang namin na may DMII and ang meds. Nilagay ko lang "wife has diabetes mellitus type II and is taking metformin as maintenance medication" :)
