    hehehe @bossing lock_code2004 what I mean po is 90days yung NSW Offer of Nomination bago mag lapse. Then kapag na naka receive ka ng EOI invite meron ka 60 days para ituloy ang lodgement ;-), then 2 times ka lang puede ma invite. May cases kasi na for example na invite kana ng 1st round of invitation, pero di ka pa din nag lodge tapos dumating yung 2nd batch na invite ka ulit, yun na yung last and final counted pa din sya sa 1st 60 days dun sa unang invitation. Yan ang pagkakaintindi ko, paki correct po kung mali ;-)

    - assuming na SS visa 190 applicant ka, once ma-approved ka ng SS, and then mabigyan ng invitation to apply for visa (mag-freeze ang EOI mo), so habang hindi ka pa nakaka-lodge ng visa, hindi ka ma-iinvite dahil nga frozen ang EOI mo (within that 60 days period to lodge)

    - pag hindi ka naglodge within 60 days from Invitation to apply for visa, so meaning nag lapse na ang 60 days, that's the only time na mawawala ang pagka-frozen ng EOI mo... at next invitation cycle, pwedeng mainvite ka ulit...or dahil visa 190 SS ka, kailangan sabihan mo ang sponsoring state mo to issue the visa invitation again...

    - after the 2nd invite at hindi ka pa rin nag-lodge, then hindi kana pwedeng mainvite ulit, i-delete yata nila ang EOI mo...

    mga sir/madam, sa pglodge ng visa application, anu-ano documents kailangan iupload including pra sa dependent/partner?
    Marami rami po sir, pero wag po kayo mag alala meron naman po listahan dun once na lodge na kayo and then kapag di kuntento si CO saka sya maghahanap ng ibang documents pa.

    @solidjeff wala pa sa amin e. nauna ka nakagawa ng EOI number sa amin pati mas maaga na acknowledge yung docs mo, so i guess mauna ka din talaga. :) Congrats sa iyo. Sana malapit na din sa amin.

    Required docs for dependents, ang alam ko CTC birth cert and marriage cert if married. I think kailangan din ng dependent mo to fill up yung form 47 ata yun. for dependents above 18, for those partners na di na nagclaim for partnership points (5 points). Yan ang pagkaintindi ko. hehe Pls correct me if I'm wrong. :)

    @echo, nglodge ka na ng visa app nyo? anu-ano documents inupload mo?
    Nag lodge na ako same day na receive ko yung invite. Inuuna ko muna yung mga docs na naka lists sa eVisa pag nag login ka na (after ka mag apply for visa)..

    @raiden14 debit card sometimes works on online shopping/purchasing. Bka pwd din d2 sa pgbayad ng visa bsta meron available balance. Ngfail lng sya kpg thru paypal based sa experience ko. Meron ba ngtry d2 na debit card gamit sa pgbayad sa visa?

    Hi! question, I'm originally gunning for a visa 189 pero on my count, 55 points lang ako. Can I apply to different territories (such as NSW) for visa 190 so i get the +5 points by applying for their state sponsorship? I'm an Industrial Engineer by the way

    Nasa approval poba ng state sponsorship makita yung pang login username sa skillselect? wala pa kaming natatanggap na approval hehe...

    @bluemist congrats sir. Mglogin ka lng dun sa EOI mo, meron button na dun for Apply Visa.
    Nga pla sir, kelan narelease yung result ng ACS mo? inabutan ka ba ng new rule nila na meron deduction?

    Actually ang na receive ko no na email ay yung from SkillSelect.. wala pa yung from sa SS hehe.

    Hindi ako aware na may changes pala dun sa deduction ng ACS. Nov 2012 pa kasi ako may results. Ano ba yun?
