Kayo pa din naman po ang maglalakad ng mga documents niyo. Kayo ang lalapit sa mga previous employers niyo to ask for references. Ang magagawa lang ni agent to help you is to check personally if okay yun format nun documents niyo and if they comply with the given guidelines of ACS or kung sino man yun body responsible for your skills assessment. Check din nila if okay for submission sa DIAC if ever yun docs niyo. AND pwedeng sila na din ang mag-notarize ng mga documents niyo. Meron din mga advantages, if you have the extra money to spend. Pero by the end of the day, sama sama lang po sa pila ang meron agents and walang agents sa paghihintay na magka-CO and visa.

@zoom, sariling sikap ako hehe...anlaki kasi ng kaltas ng agent. Kung may oras ka basahin yung mga threads sa forum natin, andami mo nang matututunan at kaya mong magpasa mag-isa. Ako kasi ang pag-iisip ko diyan, yung perang ibabayad ko sa agent, pagkain at accommodation ko na yun pag nasa Australia hehe

But if you insist on getting an agent, I would try PALMS Immigration. Marami na silang natulungan at taon-taon may immigration seminar sila binibigay so at least patunay lang na alam nila ginagawa nila at hindi sila scammer hehe

hello,

good day sa lahat! hingi lang po ako ng advice...

eto po yung situation ko:

may 4 ako certificate of employment

1st, 2nd and 4th ko na certificates completo sa duties and responsibilities all related to course and total of 4 years of work po lahat to.

ang ika 3rd ito yung certificate na near impossible ko makuha yung duties responsibility. not even a statutory dec with my colleagues. the sad part is itong 3rd na to recent lang 2010-2011. and still related to my course

advicable po ba na e send nalang lahat to sa ACS? kahit walang duties and responsibilty yung 3rd certificate?

will the ACS accept note for my 3d explaining to them na reason why hindi ako maka kuha ng duties and responsibilities OR I will just create my own statutory dec referece to my self. I know na bawal because of the new policy of stat dec. but I will give it a try.

You may want to ask ACS first if they will accept...but because your third COE is just for a year, it should not affect your assessment that much. Lalo na't may mas recent ka namang trabaho na related din sa tinapos mo.

Try and ask and if it's taking too long, try to submit all 4 with a brief explanation on the 3rd COE

Visas lodged before 1 July 2012

If you lodged a visa application prior to 1 July 2012, it will be processed according to the priority processing direction in effect at the time your visa application is processed.

You can also submit an EOI in SkillSelect. This would allow employers and state or territory governments to view your details which may increase the chances of obtaining a skilled visa.

It is really about taking chances right? Kasi first diba yung mga first impression natin for the skillselect was all negative pero siguro kapag medyo lumalapit na yung July 2012 deadline as may lalolng liliwanag kung ano ba tlaga yung Pros and Cons of this new system. I think we just have to wait and see what's in store for all of us who are looking to migrate to Oz.

Correction pala, same requirements pa rin ung sa IELTS. Pag 6 ung score sa lahat ng modules, pde pa ring magapply pero walang additional poinTs yun..

question... meron na akong 10 years experience sa current company ko.. then easy na sa akin makahingi ng COE na may job details.... pero yung experience ko sa Pinas isasama ko pa ba? kasi wala akong COE na detailed eh.. it's a simple COE lang na I worked as a programmer during these period of time ek ek... eh mahirap ng humingi ng COE dahil yung mga team leaders at PM ko dun eh mga wala na rin sa company na yun at mga HR eh iba na... nag shift na nga ng mga offices eh.... ok lang ba na wag ko ng i-fillup yung other work experience at wag ng i-submit yun? yung current employer ko na lang?

sir it depends kung you need those additional years and you want ito to be accredited. Kunf di naman kahit wag mo na isama kasi di rin naman i-recognize ng ACS kung wala reference

salamat mareng skyline sa pag post.. grabe sa May 26 ako mag IIELTS kasi ubos na ang slots for May 12.. so ipagpalagay na lang natin na d ako nakaband 7 lahat at open pa (kung papalarin) ang WA for 475 sa occupation ko tapos abutin ng isang bwan mahigit bago na approve ang SMP ko, maiinvite kaya ako?

guys... nakatanggap ako ng email sa victoria about yung victoria state sponsorship ko na during the transition period (up to Aug 31, 2012) pwedeng gamitin pa yung victoria state sponsorship for skillselect and that will earn you an automatic invitation to apply if ever

so pag nag expire na ang state sponsorship mo (normally 1-2months validity), kailangan mo ulit mag apply paulit ulit hanggang hindi ka naiinvite? Just asking!

@lock_code2004 Aware naman kasi sir yung mga states sa expiry nung SS ni release nila kaya siguro may chance din na mag follow up siguro sila sa Diac.

. Sana nga ganito yung case or either habaan nila yung validity nung SS.

Yes. pag expire ng state sponsorship, you need to log a new one and baka magbago na rin yung process ng state sponsorship to align sa changes sa skillselect...

Sa case ko kasi, 4 months ang expiry ng victoria state sponsorship ko, and it's supposed to expire around July, pero yun ng nakatanggap ako ng email na that can be used until Aug 31, 2012 during the transition period... If not, wala ng bisa totally
