    Kung galing po kami agency and gusto ko pullout application para kami nalang po ang mag tuloy puede po ba yun? uulitin po kasi namin yung assessment kailagan RPL si misis kasi Course nya is Accountancy and for 5 years Business Analyst sya sa isang IT company ..

    Desidido na po talaga ako ituloy at inspired ako sa mga nag ka VISA na... 2010 pa yung application nalmin till now di namin naayos dami kasi excuses :)

    Katulad mo/niyo, nasa initial stage pa lang ako ng application. Both of you, nasa skilled occupation list naman. Tingnan niyo if sino ang makakakuha ng mataas na points. Pero kung si misis mo, need muna mag IELTS (7.0 in all subjects) para maka pag proceed sa assessment ( https://www.cpaaustralia.com.au/become-a-cpa/migration-assessment). Accountant din ako. :)

    Hello Guys,

    I am very new to this forum. So now I am waiting for a CO to be assigned. What happens next? I am living in Manila so I am guessing the Medicals will be in St Lukes right? Can I also apply for an NBI clearance now? Additionally, may I know what will be the composition of the medical exam? (eg Blood test, X-ray and what else?)

    Medical and NBI - will affect your initial entry date requirement after visa grant.... if you dont care about that, you can proceed.. or plan accordingly pag malapit kana ma-assign ng CO..

    what do you mean it will affect my initial entry date. Hindi naman actually ako sobrang nagmamadali, hinahabol ko lang kasi na wag mag close yung Code na inapplyan ko. So pwede after CO assignment ko na lang sila gawin. Tumawag kasi ako sa St. Lukes bago na daw kasi process, kelangan ko na daw ng parang referral before going there kasi e-health na daw. Online na din pati submission ng Medicals so wala na courier na kelangan.

    Hope you can shed more light.

    Hello mga friends,
    Patulong naman po ulit.
    Na-attach ko na lahat ng required/requested documents doon sa 190 visa application ko (pati PCC, etc.). Tapos, hinihintay ko na lang 'yung magiging decision for the visa grant.
    Now, parang gusto ko kasing i-attach 'yung PRC documents ko (board certificate/rating/ID card) about my license from P'nas doon sa category na: "Occupational Licence/Registration, Evidence of"
    Hindi naman siya required, pero pang additional supporting documents lang ba.
    So my question po is, do you think may positive bearing kaya kung i-attach ko pa ang PRC documents ko? Or, baka mas lalo kayang maguluhan o mainis 'yung Case Officer ko, since nag-aattach-attach ako ng dokumentong hindi naman required? :-/ at baka mamaya niyan ay pagalitan lang ako? :-SS
    May nakapag-try na po ba nito?
    Ano po sa tingin ninyo? I-attach ko pa po ba 'yung PRC supporting documents ko?

    @clamp27 - there is what you call an initial entry deadline (IED); after you receive you PR visa, this is the latest date wherein you MUST NEED to make an entry to Australia in order to activate your PR status. If you the date has passed and you fail to activate your visa, mawawala na yung pinaghirapan mo.

    Having said that, the IED is usually 1 yr after your NBI/medical issuance date (whichever is earlier); ang iba kasi dito, they want the IED to be longer so that they can have time to prepare for whatever reasons they have.

    Your call on this... Kami we started securing our clearances and medicals prior to getting a CO assigned as we had a target date naman kung kelan kami aalis.

    Im new here, I would like to ask. Im actually a Quantity Surveyor in singapore and this was my career for more than 5 years now. Dba kelangan po mgpaskill assessment e since QS ako AIQS ung body na kelangan mgassess saken. Ang tanong ko po e BS CE ako grad ala naman po akong nakuha n QS course nung college maliban sa estimates. Dun ba ko dapat mgpaassess or sa AE kaso lng ndi ko n po naprapractice pagiging CE ko

    Its important to note the health insurance requirement for skilled visas. If your applying for a 457 visa will need to show proof of health insurance such as the ones shown on this page http://www.457visacompared.com.au/457-visa-health-insurance/.
    If your going for a 485 visa after studding many can apply for medicare medicareaustralia.gov.au if they come from countries such as the UK. If not then you have to get 485 visa health insurance as shown here http://www.457visacompared.com.au/485-visa/health-insurance/

    @sn00pee03 try to check with AIQS kung ano requirements nila for positive assessment...usually kailangan work experience on the skills that you wanted to be assessed..kung CE grad ka and no experience on CE at sa EA ka magpaassess, malabong positive ang results... If employment is not post qualification, then a number of years of highly relevant employment is required like in my case..CE grad ako pero ibang skill pinaassess ko and they require at least 5 year work experience...hope this help

    Bro, 2 years will not give you points. Minimum of three years, which is equivalent to 5 points. Please check this http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/booklets/1119.pdf. Kung wife mo, i think no need to have your skills assessed kung sure na kayo na sya yung main applicant.

    Katulad mo/niyo, nasa initial stage pa lang ako ng application. Both of you, nasa skilled occupation list naman. Tingnan niyo if sino ang makakakuha ng mataas na points. Pero kung si misis mo, need muna mag IELTS (7.0 in all subjects) para maka pag proceed sa assessment ( https://www.cpaaustralia.com.au/become-a-cpa/migration-assessment). Accountant din ako. :)

    Hi guys, just got an invitation for subclass 189. I wanted to include my fiance sa application. I think we cant prove na de facto kami, so i will not declare as such. Is it wise to include her as part of my application although were just engaged? Noticed that there's an option for 'engaged' as civil status.

    Mga sir baka merun may experience sa RPL? my wife need to submit one Accountant Grad sya to IT Business Analyst field. Kailagan ba talaga pakita na may mga ginawa sya mga projects? but her experience is 6 years na as IT business Analyst doing QA as well.. Thanks

    Hi quick question po regarding end date COE in your current work. Kasi po start date lang nilagay ng HR and just mentioned na "This is to certify that "My name" is full time employee of "Company name etc." in paragraph form. Sorry kung sobrang basic ng tanong just wanting to be sure. Nakalagay kasi sa ACS na required ang end date. No end date specified kasi still a full time employee daw.

    kung ano lang po ba ang nasa EOI, un lang din po ang ilalagay sa visa application?
    sa EOI ko po kasi ung first 4 years experience lang yung na-declare ko, lumipat kasi ako ng ibang company, tapos hindi ko na isinama sa EOI ko kasi nahihiya akong kumuha ng certificate of employment while employed.

    Kailangan ko po bang i-declare sa Visa application ko ung sa bagong company?

    under state sponsorship po ako; approved by WA.
