    http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/bringing-secondary-app.htm

ang nakalagay kasi ay "In all instances". sa pagkakaintindi namin, whether married or not, kailngan magpasa ng additional docs. nagkakatalo lang sa marriage certificate.
Cge salamat... Gawin na den namen :)

In all instances, you must provide evidence that supports your claim of a genuine and continuing relationship with your partner.
For those who applied with secondary applicant/s can you enlighten us regarding this query, do we really need to provide additional documents aside from Marriage Certificate?

As I've said, hindi na po kailangan nun mga yun for married applicants. Paki-read din po dito.

    http://www.immi.gov.au/media/fact-sheets/35relationship.htm

    "What is the relationship requirement?
Applicants seeking to demonstrate a de facto relationship with their partner must provide evidence that for the period covering at least the twelve months before the visa application is lodged:"

So ayun, hehe. I think kailangan talaga ng ganyan proof kapag hindi kasal kasi possible nag-aapply lang as 1 application para makatipid sa visa fee. haha.

@chiffonscarf , trying to get one pa rin, in GOD's time.. na busy ako last week went to remote location to do work, tanong ko lang pano ang preparation ng mga documents sa assessment kailangan ba naka lose lang ang mga documents or naka paper clip lang bawat group sa isang folder? Do I need to prepare it like making report with table of contents and divider page per group e.g. identification, qualification, application form, etc., please help. thanks again.

Maybe you can just create a new thread or topic. That way this thread can stay on topic of Step by Step Process of GSM visa. Who knows, maybe it would be favorable for you as well since interested ladies can easily notice your plea when they visit this site. :)

May mga cases kasi na hinhingi talaga lahat ng payslips covering the claimed period for work experience.

In my case, I have all the required references (since kinailangan din naman yun sa ACS), may ma payslips akong sinubmit pero hindi lahat ng year meron (malay ko bang mag-aaply ako ng visa in the future haha).

    Partner

If you are legally married, you must include a certified copy of your marriage certificate issued by an official registry office. If you are in a de facto relationship, you must provide evidence to demonstrate that you have been in a genuine and ongoing relationship for the 12 months immediately before making the application, unless there are compelling reasons.
See: Fact Sheet 35 One-Year Relationship Requirement

In all instances, you must provide evidence that supports your claim of a genuine and continuing relationship with your partner.

So tama si @bryann pag kasal marriage cert lang...

Yup ganun po. Kasi diba po bakit po need mo pa patunayan na you are in a genuine and ongoing relationship for the last 12 months if legally, you are married na. Hehe. I think that is proof enough.

Iba po pala talaga ang case niyo sir, long distance and wala pa 12 months. So it's a good initiative na bago pa kayo pagdudahan sinama niyo na mga supporting documents and evidence na yun. Also, dito na kasi papasok yun process niyo. Kasi nag-add ka ng secondary applicants, which were not included during time of lodging.

    http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/bringing-secondary-app.htm

I mean why go through all the hassle when it's not required. Pero syempre po, end of the day, ang may final decision naman ay tayo bilang applicants. Nasa atin kung ano gusto natin isubmit.

    Also, itong part na ito...

Yun sinasabi po dyan na "in all instances", yun po ay kadugtong ng statement earlier na. "..., unless there are compelling reasons.. Meaning, you must provide evidence (like yun mga love letters, etc) as proof na genuine and meron kayo long term plans na magsama. And then unless meron compelling reasons, like tutol ang pamilya, etc. In all instances, ibig sabihin kung ano man dahilan meron, kailangan pa din ng evidence to support yun gusto niyo na isama siya as secondary applicant.

@Mario_Roxas, there is a separate thread for SS application.. mas detailed ung info dun..
    but to compare these two;
    - VIC : average 12 weeks processing
    - WA : approx 2-3 weeks..
ofcourse depende pa din yan sa other factors such as nominated occupation, ielts.. etc..

Kung yung employee reference letters mo may salary details no need for payslips.

Pero starting today itago mo na mga payslips mo since you will need it naman when lodging the visa application

Evidence to attach to your application

evidence of one of the following:
that they meet the Australian study requirement in the last six months before applying

Yung po bang "in the last six months"? dapat po ba within six mos from date she graduated, naka-lodge na kami ng pr visa? pls help po.... thanks..

Yup that is correct. Within 6 months if you count backwards from the lodging of your visa, dapat sakop yun completion date ng course niya. Anyway I'm not sure pero hindi po ba ang "...in the 6 months before you apply for a visa" is only applicable sa primary applicant seeking work exemption?

Ahhh... iba po yun professional year.
