@karl_amogawin heto nga alis na alis pre hehehe tindi ng haze eh.haze sa trabaho. Seriously, once mag-ok na ang visa mag-plan muna ako so hopefully may awa ang Diyos mga June siguro para maka headstart na then sunod na ang mag-ina ko doon.

Hi all...i also had my ielts exam last March 15. The essay question was about the importance of money to teach among children. For the speaking part, i was asked about tourist attraction that I recently visited, about the best Philippines tourist attraction, about tourism industry in general and the effects of tourists in a community.

D po ako nag-review center kasi sayang sa oras at pera..self study lang lahat after office. I bought a reviewer too, cambridge 9 (latest edition). i suggest i-practice yung academic part..mas madali na lang if sa general na..this website was very helpful too, www.ielts-simon.com. jan ako parati tumatambay for practice lalu na if nasa viaje..God bless.

@karl_amogawin I haven't booked my second and hopefully (my last) exam yet. I'm thinking of taking it next month. Weeee!! Parang dati lang nag uusap usap tayo sa January 2014 magretake.. hehe.. na late tayo.. tapos si @sonsi_03 lapit na makuha visa niya.. hopefully makagraduate na rin sa ielts.. hehe..

@filipinacpa Undergrad ako sa IELTS university haha! Tagal nga ng CO nakaka 1 month na ako. Anyways, galingan nyo guys para naman hindi madismaya si English teacher nung elementary at siyempre makapag EOI na kayong lahat.

Mga resources natin jan baka mangailangan mga bago natin kasama dito share share lang po natin.

Sino dito nag review sa niners nag sale kasi sya sa metrodeal baka sa dami ng bumili hindi nila ma accomodate lahat.btw.bumili din ako voucher hehe papasom ako sa niners sa sat.

@filipinacpa Hi sis, when are you planning to take the test again? gusto ko sana next month, but I have already booked my test today and it will be on May 10, just to give me ample time to prepare well. I'm hoping that this would be my last. This is really killing me! I had a visceral feeling on applying for a remark, which I never did, and it makes me maudlin, looking at mt test results last October, konti na lang di ko pa nakuha nag flash back lahat, ngayon ko lang kasi na received yung hard copy ko.

@imeetr hello sis, I'm planning to re-take the exam next month. Though I haven't booked it yet. Lol I still need to assess myself as well. As much as possible I don't wanna risk my money for a pure luck. (Kelan pa kaya yun no haha)

@cartmandemarco Hi sir, actually if Im not mistaken that metrodeal voucher is intended fore what they call crash course only.If you intend to enroll in their unlimited review, you need to pay additional about 3 or 4k. fyi

@filipinacpa thanks for the words of encouragement, your previous scores are pretty amazing as well, btw why you didn't apply for a re-mark? If that will be my scores, I'll definitely give it a go. I know someone who took GT, from 6.5 in writing after remarking it went up as high as band 8, would you believe that?

British Council or IDP?...malaki kaya possibilities na maging ok kung .5 nalang talaga yung kulang then iparemark. It also means we get the refund for the remarking fee if the scores deemed to be better than the current marking.

Mostly, yung other forums na chinecheck ko yung ibang nagparemark inaadvise nila na to go for the retake rather than the latter.

maraming salamat waiting for the results on friday 28th...sana this time would be better, before hindi ko naramdaman yung threat na imposed nang IELTS pero after 2 takes tapos narealize ko hindi pala ako makakakulekta nang points para dito, narealize ko like most of us guys here, sobrang major show stopper pala to.

@thegreatiam15 hi, I think she took the test under BC in SG, her scores are all band 8,except for her writing that's why she decided to apply for a remark. If you really know that you did well on your test and you are pretty sure that your essay is a good one, then go for a remark,it makes me think that some of the examiners were too tired of checking the essays, thus resulting into a low band score, this also means that the results really depends on their verdict which is questionable in some cases. Yes you will get a refund if your score will increase and a senior examiner will do the re-checking.

by all means this is what i am really after, july magrereshuffle na yung occupation as per ACT and ARCHDP's are on the limited slots, so probability wise it could be eliminated by JULY crossing my fingers in check, sana wag naman.

ngayon ang dilemma ko is let's say makakuha nang semi desirable results like the one on top. which is wiser to do re take or remark.?

if ever man i would have to wait for a new state to offer SS in conjunction with my skills assessment.

maraming salamat ate @filipinacpa hope lahat tayo maging successful sa mga future endeavours natin.

now question ko lang?sana may makasagot. if and if ang isang skilled list per state occupation is on the limited slots, what are the chances that these skills would still be included in the next list?...

medyo worried at pressured ako kasi dalawa na publema ko one is IELTS passing rate or 7 straight in all bands, secondly SS sponsorship being on the limited slot

@thegreatiam15 we have the same dilemma. sa sobrang bagal ko magtake ng ielts, naging limited nalang ang IA sa Canberra.. I think they will notify us about possible changes so we just have to be ready all the time.. Since our occupation is now limited, I think it's a sign na that we should hurry up to lodge our application. Lol

if you are really beating a deadline and money isn't an issue, go for a remark and while waiting for its result, retake ka na rin.. allow at least 2 months (if I'm not mistaken) if you're going for remark..

@filipinacpa ..hello sis..my update na ba kung my changes na this coming july sa SOL?..eto na kntatakotan kung mngyari kung mging totoo ung 50 occupation matanggal kasali ako dun..kahit ano pa gawin ko, maabotan na tlga me sa july kc need pa magpa assess sa EA.
it would take aroung 4months waiting time..whaaa!..at etong IELTS isa sa mga hadlang bkit ntagalan me..
