Sa mga nagpa assessed na. Do we have to send via post our certified true copies of documents just like few years ago or does ACS no longer required it? Online pdf.file na lang ba nagbi base sa documents ang ACS ? Thanks in advance!

Haaay salamat! naman @frederique, hindi na pala kelangan magpadala. Tama. bka mawala pa along the way yung result noon kasi send pa ng ACS sa Australia post.

@heyits7me_mags Thanks for the reply.. I graduated yr 2006.. Then worked at accenture for the 1st two years pero not IT related.. Sept 2008 when I started working in the IT industry, bali 6 years IT related work experience ko by September.. Most probably pa assess na lang cgro ako September nxt year para 7 yrs work exp.. Para kahit 4 years ma deduct may 3 years na matira para pwede mag apply for SS victoria.. Maitanong ko na rin po may bearing po ba pag ITIL certified? Thanks again

Hindi listed ang ITIL sa ACS pero pass mo rin baka lang may bearing. To all...next skill select round pala sa April 28. May message ang DIBP sa fb. Sino ang nag apply nG EOI?

i suggest dont waste your time.. magpa-assess ka na ngaun..
once lumabas na ang result (few months from now) and you are still working for the same company.. you can then still claim work points.. you just need to get an updated COE and present that for your SS and EOI application...

@lock_code2004 thanks for that suggestion bro. Let's say nagpa-assess na ko.. So next year I can just simply add 1 year work experience sa EOI? Hindi na ba required i-update ito sa ACS? I thought yung pwede lang i-claim work experience sa EOI is ung based sa ACS.. pasensya na po, newbie lang ako.. Thanks so much.

yes thats correct.. assuming you will not change company or change your job role/title/description.. at nakasama na ung role na un sa initial assessment, then you can claim that..

the EOI point system for work experience is based on the date of EOI invitation...
so ang effective points will be based on the date na nainvite ka...
so kung continuous ang employment mo, you can get/claim that...

Hi Guys,

Eto scenario ko sa EOI:
nominated occupation from previous company is 4months (pero working ako dun ng more than a year - 2008-2009)
nominated occupation from current company is 3.5yrs
both na declare ko sa EOI but 3yrs lang ang point.

For the visa application I'm planning to declare yung current work ko lang ang nominated occupation since pasok naman na sa 3yrs experience.

Ok lang ba yon? na ung 4mos from previous company is hindi ko na ideclare.

reason ko is hindi ko ka makita ung payslips ko for that 4mos and ITR for that year. para less hassle na rin na yung current job ko na lang ako kukuha ng mga requirements.

Hi,

I would like to solicit any opinion regarding my case. Basically, I graduated BS COE last July 2004 and started working right after at Company ABC as a contractual under Agency X. I was under this agency from July 2004 to October 2008 when Company ABC absorbed me on October 2008 as a Regular Employee up to present.

My roles during my entire employment changes but most of it are comparable to Systems Analyst (261112).

In the ACS Assessment Result, my work experience from July 2004 - October 2008 was not stated whether it is suitable or not. My initial suspect is that the Reference Letter that came from the Agency X does not mention my entire duties, which make it unsuitable (I think).

Below are my questions:
1. Is this possible that not all work experience will be stated in the letter, regardless if it is suitable or not?
2. Is it advisable to lodge a "Review" to ACS with an updated Reference Letter? Since I was under an agency but solely assigned to Company ABC. So, I plan to have this Agency X Reference letter counter signed by Company ABC and make sure duties and responsibilities are stated completely and correctly.
3. Notice that they have deducted 4 years on my second employment, while I am very sure that my work experience and as stated in the COmpany Reference Letter is closely related to the nominated occupation. Can anyone advise if this is subject for Review/Appeal?

The following employment after October 2012 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261112 (Systems Analyst) of the ANZSCO Code.

Dates: 10/08 - 09/13 (4yrs 11mths)

By the way, I am working with a MARA for this one and I am not quite happy and he is not helping me at all.
Appreciate any inputs before my time for Review or Appeal expires on April 14.

Aha! I found out that my experience from 2004 - 2008 was not submitted to ACS by my agent. This is why this emploment was not even mentioned in the Result letter from ACS.

So, I decided to end the appointment of my agent and submit the Review to ACS by myself. Got the review result today and I am so happy with the result. Kahit na they deducted 4 years sa work experience, I can still claim 10 points kasi abot ako ng 5 years. Thanks to this forum.

Now, I am about to submit EOI and thought of checking some items:

The following employment after July 2008 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261112 (Systems Analyst) of the ANZSCO Code.

Company A
Dates: 07/04 - 10/08 (4yrs 3 mths)
Company B
Dates: 10/08 - 09/13 (4yrs 11mths)

Sa EOI ko, both Company ilalagay ko diba, but si Company A ang start date should be July 2008 since yun ang Met Date ko? And no need to put the dates prior the Met Date?

Question, last July 2013 ako nagpaassess sa ACS and suitable naman sya.
and then, ngayon ko lang narealize na kailangan kong magrenew ng passport. Pwede bang maging issue yun for both ACS and IELTS kasi magpapalit ako ng passport number? Sa June 2014 pa release ng bagong passport ko.

Hi! I received my ACS assessment today, 2 months after I submitted. Suitable result, Bachelor major in computing. Though 4 year binawas sa work experience ko. Probably because ECE is not too related sa software testing. Kinulang tuloy ako ng few months to gain 8 years. Need ko tuloy july na maglodge ng EOI. But anyway, cannot complain. Thanks be to God! Step 1 done. Step 2- IELTS! Need to seriously practice/review na.

buchock, yung sa IELTS any valid ID raw kelangan sabi ni hubby. Pwede cguro sa ACS hingi ka Ng print out tapos scan mo yung new passport mo. Pwede ka rin mag email sa ACS ano gagawin. Pareho tayo Ng situation June 2015 expiry date ng passport nmin. Tumawag c hubby sa DFA kung anong pinaka malapit n panahon mag renew, replied sa kanya at least less than a year so bka ask kmi ng new print out sa ACS pag nag lodge ng EOI at visa o kaya nman report na lang circumstances sa DIBP pag nakapag renew na ng passport.

Sana magkaka totoo. Hindi na nag email si Accenture about rejection sa requested JD ni hubby. They just ask the address of the recipient and then 2 days na kaming waiting. Sana ganun nga no need for us to have hubby's superior signed his JD. Hirap din kasi humingi ng letter head sa company, HR lang daw meron nun.

Salamat, @jonhvangie, Vangie, Salamat Sa Panginoong Jesus! may notice na ang Accenture pwede na raw makuha Sa mailbox Ng department Ni hubby ang JD. At least maipa notaryo na at makapag online na Sa ACS. IELTS pa. Cguro kc current employer c hubby at may access pa sya sa system Ng Accenture kaya pumuwede tsaka ginawa na Ni hubby Yung JD ska sent Sa HR i-print n Lang nila. Sa mga nag advised kaluguran Sa Ng Diyos ang buong application nyo @Littlefinger @ Persephone, etc. God bless Sa sting lahat.
