may advantage din kasi less ang investigate ni CO kasi 0 point ako sa employment. hehe. baka mas mabilis ang visa grant

Hi @familiaC! Ako nagpareview ako. In my case kasi hindi naipasa ng agent ko yung work experience ko during. 2004-2008. Pinasa lang nya is ung 2008-present. Nag minus 4 years so less than 3 years na lang matitira sa experience thus no points macclaim for work exp. I submitted a review, pinasa ko lang coe sa job ko nung 2004-2008. After 6 days, I got the positive result with all relevant work exp assessed, I am now able to claim 5 years since nagminus pa din ng 4 years.

@key_ren thanks sa reply ha. ilang days bago ka nagpareview? i mean after mo mareceive result. baka sa june 25 ko pa mafile ang review. may iba nga rin ako nabasa na mabilis lng ang review. kaso 395 aud. balak ko rin gumawa ng additional document.

Nagpasa ko nung review after 1.5 month pa kasi nung kinausap ko agent sabi nya pinasa nya daw lahat ng binigay ko sa kanya so I was a bit convinced na baka ndi lang suitable ung job ko during 2004-2008. But I had second thought kasi when I reviewed the letter hindi talaga na-mention yung work ko nung 2004-2008 as suitable or not. So I emailed ACS and they confirmed na wala nga naipasa na coe during that timeframe. That's when I decided na end appointment na si agent and submit a review myself.

I suggest na pa review ka then submit all necessary docs na you think it will help your case even coe nung mga contractual ka. Sa case ko yung first job ko contractual din ako pero I advised ung company na put a full time employee since I was a full time naman. It doeant have to mention naman na contractual or regular employee. Anyway, you already have secured a positive assessment. Whatever the result of your review, your initial assessment is still valid.

@magoo_z hello. ok lang ba maglodge ng eoi na 0 point for employment? 27 mnths lng kasi yung na-assess sa akin na suitable. current job ko not suitable daw as analyst prog

Opo nag submit nako eoi for visa 190 kagabi... I think pag pasok naman na may 60 pts ka na with or without ss at at nameet yung requirements pede ka na mag eoi...

Mag aaply ako ngayon ng vic ss kasi mi form pa pala kelangan i submit... Irisk ko na kahit nag require sila 3 yrs exp kasi mi nabasa ako kinoconsider ata yung other work exp mo...

Ilang points ka na po now? Mag ss ka ba and nasa sol yung occupation nyo?di ko kasi makita signature, phone lng gamit ko.

so 0 points ka for employment, at naglodge ka na ng EOI? ilang points?

@familiaC if you are applying for visa 189, and you have atleast 60pts, then it is ok to lodge eoi even without claiming work exp points..

Kapag navisa refuse po ba, pwede pa po ba ako mag-apply ulit. Ang case ko po ay narefuse ako dahil sa minus 6 years of work experience pero gusto ko sumubok ulit sa state sponsorship. pwede po kaya yun?

@habibi, pasensya kna sa sasabihin ko ha pero hanap ka ng link sa DIBP o sino bang ka forum dyan ang may link sa sasabihin ko na babaliktarin ang dating nabasa kong guidelines sa booklet 6 na once na refused ka ng visa sa Australia hindi kna pwede mag apply ulet.

hi!i just want to clarify regarding the pts system in EOI, Kasi I have already 60pts when I finished EOI form, however I suspend my application because as per ACS my WE is recognize from March 2010 onward and not claiming for IELTS.

Thanks. I sent an email to the CO. Sana sumagot sila. Nagtanong na rin ako kung pwede ko ireklamo yung agent ko dahil sila ang naglagay sa akin sa alanganin. I should have known better.

I also have a question with regards to ACS. Kailangan ba ulit ako magpaassess kung may bago akong trabaho pero related sa systems analyst. I got my positive assessment last year as a systems analyst but my letter states that I am skilled after sept 2011 pero di pa kasama yung bago kong trabaho? I am considering applying this september at state sponsorship para umabot yung points.

hi @agchangcoco 40 points na rin ako. same tayo. 25pts sa age ko at 15pts for bachelor degree. thankful to God kasi section 3 din ang school ko.
nawa maka-8 tayo in all bands. kaya natin ito.

Yup. As advised by my agent, wala daw kaso yung ACS na nakalagay na skilled after na statement. So tuloy ako kahit minus 6 years. Ayun 2 years 7 months lang nag consider kaya 0 point ako sa work experience.

@habibi - I think yes.. if meron kang new work experience from a new company na wala sa ACS assessment letter mo, you need to apply for new assessment para ma-include sya.
