Good day! Pwede po ba magtanong ano documents kelangan para sa 457 visa? May employer na kami pero naghihintay pa kami sa email ng migration agents. Gusto lang namin mag prepare na ng mga documents while waiting to hear from the agent.

Kelangan ba ipa certify true copy lahat ng docs or pwede scanned color copy ng original ng passport nalang na hindi na na certify and upload sa online application.

Also tanong ko lang kung exempted ba ako sa IELTS kasi nabasa ko ito sa comlaw ang exemptions:

(d) applicants who:
(i) are nominated in an occupation that does not require a level of English language competency for grant (however described) of registration, license or membership; and
(ii) have completed at least 5 consecutive years of full-time study in a secondary and/or higher education institution where the instruction was delivered in English

Pig farmer lang work ko. hindi kelangan ng license, registration, etc. Pag mag provide ba ako certificate of English as Medium of Instruction from my High School and College pwede na hindi mag IELTS?

Hi kelan nyo natanggap yung request for medical at kelan kayo nagpamedical? bilis naman ng approval nyo. swerte kayo.

@apc Lahat dapat original, as in lahat. dapat may contract ka galing sa employer mo na may perma ninyong dalawa. mag IELTS ka nalang, huwag ka mag asa sa exemption, aabutin ka ng siyam-siyam nyan. Kung mag IELTS ka aabutin lang ng 1 monght kasama na review at exam result, kung magpapa exemted ka, baka abutin ka pa ng 3-4 months. Kailangan ng NBI, NSO birth meried cert. certification ng trainings, coe, crientials at consistent na resume. Dami kong dinaanan sa pag apply ng visa, lalo na sa mga papers, gutom, gastos at pagod, palagi ako absent sa office para lang mag ayos na papers, sana hindi ito masayang. Tyaga lang, para may nilaga. Goodluck saatin. Ngayon nag hihintay nalang ako ng visa, tapos alis na. Thanks.

yung medical naman hindi gaano ma higpit kapag 457, hindi tulad ng sa saudi. dito x-ray lang ok na....

ok, so halos 3 weeks din talaga... sana nextweek or nextnext may result na visa ko...sana hindi ma denied, wala naman ako problema sa papers...thanks...

@apc kung yan lang an trabaho mo, advise ko mag IELTS ka nalang, wala nang etse-buretse, kailangan mo lang kumuha ng 5 na score sa lahat ng exam, speaking, reading, listening at writing, madali lang ang exam, kaya mo yan. mejo mahal nga lang ang bayad, pero mas ok na kaysa sa umasa ka sa exemption tapos hindi ka ma exempt. ako nga 6 ang nakuha ko sa exam, 6 lahat sa 4 na exams, karpentero lang ako, kaya mo yan...

@apc nov. 4 inadvice na kmi na magpamedical, nov 5 nagpaxray kmi sa Nationwide. then nov 10 nafinalised medical ng mr ko, ung sa akin nov 15.

hindi na kmi nag IELTS dahil sa application form may nakalagay dun na kung ang medium of instruction sa tertiary is english kuha na lng ng certification from the school. and may nakapagsabi sa akin na kundi college grad un ang required kumuha ng IELTS.

@jaydeetizon Tanong din po tungkol sa certificate of english as medium of instruction from the school... nabasa ko kasi yung form 1066 ng DIAC at nakalagay dun:

# 46 Have you studied continously for at least 5 years in a secondary and/or higher institution where instruction was in English language?
tapos kung yes ang answer, nakalagay "aatach details of this study. Include:
-the name and location of the institution
-the level of qualification achieved on completion of study
-how many contact hours of instruction per week were delivered in the English language and how many contact hours were delivered in other languages.

Kelangan ba talaga nakalagay yung contact hours kasi yung standard CEMI na nakuha ko from my University ay walang nakalagay na contact hours. Yung sinubmit mo ba may nakalagay na contact hours? Also did you submit CEMI from high school and college kasi yung college 4 years lang naman pero ang hinihingi ng DIAC ay 5 years continous study.

@apc kung ano lng ung certification na bngay ng school ng mr ko, wla dn nakalagay kung ilang hours. sa form na fill up nmin, wla nakalagay na 5 yrs. send ko syo ung form if gusto mo makita.

Thanks. Natanggap ko na yung email. So yung agent na ninyo nag fill up ng form 1066? yung official application form ng DIAC? yung pinadala kasi na form sa inyo form ng agent pero yung questions similar dun sa form 1066. Kung online lodgement pala hindi na kelangen signature ng applicant sa pag lodge?

Naglodge kami ng RSMS 119 kaya lang na deny yung nomination ng employer at sabi daw 457 nalang ang gamitin kaya mag lodge kami uli. May agent ang employer pero hindi pa nag contact ang agent sa amin tungkol sa details ng 457. Sabi ng employer hintay lang daw kami kasi email lang daw kami ng agent. Pero gusto na namin prepare lahat documents while waiting sa agent

whole family kami kasali sa nomination ng employer. Sa Queensland sana kami punta. Hopefully lang hindi kami ma deny ulit.

Hi, three weeks na wala pa din result, I am wondering, maybe nextweek ulit, 4rth week na nextweek or maybe next next... nakaka inip mag hintay...danon talaga ang buhay...

Tanong lang po sa mga certified true copies. Kasi nagpa certified true copy ako sa notary public ng mga documents pero September 2011 pa yun at yung nakalagay sa stamp ng notary public ay notary public until Dec 31, 2011. Now kung maglodge na ako ng application ngayon Feb 2012, valid pa ba kung yun pa rin na mga documents na naka certify nung 2011 pa ang ipa scan ko or kelangan mag pa certfied true copy ako ng documents na bago na 2012 na ang stamp ng notary public.

sabi ng migration agent na kinuha nung company sponsor ko, 2-3 weeks lang daw un pag ok na lahat ng requirements mo including x-ray. kakalodge lng ng visa application ko last friday.

Ano po sabi ng migration agent nyo? yung nomination nyo ba approve na? Sabi din kasi ng employer ko na mga 2 weeks lang daw ang 457. yung akin hini pa na lodge, ngayon ko lang na send yung mga documents sa migration agent so hopefully next week ma lodge na nila.

@rpdimapilis balitaan mo kami kung ano progress ng application nyo. Approve na ba nomination nyo or sabay naglodge ang agent ng nomination and application? ano po ba ocupation nyo sa OZ?
