Anyway, kahit ano, move on, life goes on....Sana matupad ang mga pangarap natin.... mabuhay tayong lahat!

Specific kasi yung nomination.

Thanks...

By the way, pag approve na visa mo huwag mo kalimutan kunin yung original papers mo sa agency baka mawala pa nila yun.

Sana ma approve na sayo this feb.

NSO, NBI, IELTS etc....

@jaydeetizon Okay. Thanks.

@TotoyOZresident im not being so negative. i based it on our experience. all that was written on that compliance form was already stated on my husbands contract. so i did not see the point of having it signed by the employer. when we submitted the signed compliance form, they didnt even check if that was really the employer who signed in the contract. i know because the one who signed on that form was not the one who signed the contract. see how stupid they were.

@TotoyOZresident and so we complied with POEA's requirement, then when we are paying for the OEC, we informed the cashier that we recently just paid the philhealth so there is no need to pay it again. But he insisted that we have to pay it or else he will not issue an OEC. Now tell me that i am just negative.

@jaydeetizon thanks for sharing your experience.

Anyway gagawin naman nila yun eh to authenticate the contract.

Step 1 - Employer Applies to be a Sponsor
    Step 2 - Employer Nominates a Position
Step 3 - Employee Applies for a Visa

Sa Step 1 pa lang ang dami ng requirements ang kailangan i submit ng employer para ma- qualified to sponsor an overseas worker kaya kapag nakapag apply ng 457 visa means tuloy na tuloy na yun.

Take it easy.. cool lang jaydeetizon. cheers
