    April 2015 - submitted required documents to UNISA
    April 2015 - Received offer letter
    May 2015 - Emedical
    May 2015 - Paid Tutiotion Fee + OSHC +signed offer letter
    June 2015 _ received COE from UNISA
    June 2015 - completed notarised documents were submitted to AMS
    September 2 2015 - Acknowledgement from AU Embassy
    October 15 2015 - VISA GRANTED!!

    Hi. Yes may agency ako which is Fortrust. Subclass 572 din ako. Sa tingin ko normal naman kasi ang standard processing nga for 572 is 3 months eh. Swerte na lang talaga kung aabot tayo ng intake natin. Yung iba nalelate ng one or 2 wks sa klase and pag di pa din abot, nadedefer na sila for next enrolment. Hopefully umabot tayo.

    Observation ko lang is usually lumalabas ang decision sa mga cases katulad natin na less than 3 months before intake na naglolodge is within the same week na ng intake. Nakakanerbyos lang talaga kasi hanggang ngaun wala pa din interview. Goodluck sa atin! :)

    Hello, yung mga nasa OZ na currently taking Bachelor of Nursing... What kind of work yung mga inapplyan nyo? hehe Para lang may idea ko pag nagstart na magjob hunting salamat
    I have two friends here who are doing bs nursing both single and finishing within
    the year... Both just below 30 yrs old and not that sure abiut their work though it's aged care related jobs. Sabi nila hirap pero i told them malapit na din sila matapos.... Apply na sila 485 soon after receiving their letter of completion from school. Good luck to others and God bless

    Salamat Kuya Dan :) . Hayz bat parang ngayon ko lang narealize to kung kelan malapit na ko umalis . Bakit sa Monash University in Melbourne(3 years w/ credits) ako ngenroll hindi sa University of Sunshine Coast in Queensland (2 years w/ credits.) Ang mahal pa naman ng tuition kaya ko lang siya napili dahil nandun tita ko at dun ako tutuloy. Ang tagal kase dumating ng offer email sila ng email na kulang yung documents ko pero sinend na lahat ng agent ko, 2nd week ng November dumating after almost 2 mos waiting .

    On the other hand, nagsend agad ng offer yung USC parang kinabukasan lang meron na pero need ko mgtake ng English Course. Sabi ko sa agent ko wait ko muna offer ng Monash, tapos dahil sa tagal dumating nagexpire offer ng USC. Gumawa paraan agent ko para makapasok pa din kung saka sakali sa USC, interviehin daw ako through Skype dahil speaking lang talaga sa ielts mababa ko, anytime naman daw yun pero ako wait pa rin sa Monash. Cons lang pag sa USC ako nagtake, magrerent ako at ang kilala ko lang yung friend ko na nakilala sa review sa IELTS.

    Honestly, kahapon ko lang yata napagtanto na 3 years ako mag study w/ credits na yun hinde 2. Kase kadalasan sa nabaabasa ko dito 2 lang. Well, nandya na ala na ko magagawa. Naawa lang din ako sa mommy ko na nasa USA, nahohomesick kase at hindi man lang nya naenjoy yung pera niya puro sa amin. Mabilis lang tong 3 years. Babawi talaga ko sa kanya. Kung pede lang hindi matulog pag bakasyon/holiday work lang ako ng work.

    Sorry sa SONA!!! Gusto lang kwento yung katangahan ko? Or sobrang anxious ko lang ngayon dahil malapit na ko umalis

    October 10 - Inquiry at IDP (Cebu)
    October 10-22 - Self review IELTS
    October 23 - Submitted application form and reqts. to IDP
    except IELTS
    October 24 - IELTS Exams
    November 6 - IELTS RESULTS (PASSED)
    November 12 - Submitted IELTS results to IDP
    November 16-25 - Waiting for offer letter from ECU through IDP
    -Follow up IDP (No feedback from ECU)
    -I was told by my counselor 3-4 times that
    application was sent and have to wait for ECU.
    -Checked ECU online tracker and application
    shows "no records"
    Nov 23 - Medicals at NHSI Cebu
    Nov 25 - Looked for a new IDP counselor. Counselor was away.
    Nov 26 - Complained to a different IDP counselor & found out
    my application was not yet submitted to university by
    my previous counselor.
    Nov 27 - I called AMS and submitted a new application.
    - Received acknowledgement email from ECU.
    Nov 30 - Long distance call from ECU Representative confirming my final agency of choice (IDP or AMS)
    Dec 1 - Nominated AMS and AMS emailed ECU.
    - Checked ECU online tracker and found my name on their
    records (YEY)
    - NHSI Medical results uploaded.
    Dec 7 - Received Offer Letter
    Dec 8 - Paid tuition fee and OSHC
    Dec 11 - Receive COE from Univ
    Dec 14 - Visa Reqts forwarded to AMS
    Dec 19 - 2GO scheduled pick up of visa application
    Dec 22 - Acknowledgment fro AU Embassy & Visa Lodge
    Jan 11 - VISA GRANT!

    @danyan2001us start kasi ng coverage ng OSHC ko is on Feb 16 tapos Jan 30 na flight ko to Oz. How much kaya maiincur nun?
    that's not much....just be sure to enquire your insurance provider na you are arriving earlier than the original date of your OSHC coverage

    sino dito student visa kasama husband. mga magkano pocket money nyo papuntang Australia.. ung 400,000 pesos kaya good for ilang months or magakno dapat ang pocket koney we are couple and the mag part time din kmi dun sana mabawi lahat.

    Question po. Sino po dito ang student or naging student sa ULTIMO College or APC, i wanna hear your feedback. I'm torn between 2 institutions, Advance Diploma of Accounting ang course. I got offers from Ultimo and Australian Pacific College. Hindi ko alam san ako mag eenrol. Sa Ultimo duration is just 1.5 years while in APC 3 years. Hindi malinaw sa Ultimo Offer yung course detail pati sa website nila. APC has 4 terms kaya ata mas matagal. When it comes to feedback sa facebook, mas madameng positive feedback ang APC, mas reasonable rin ang tuition sa APC. pero dahil sa duration kaya ako nagdadalawang isip. Sana may makapagbigay ng feedback. Salamat ng marami.

Na refused na ako nang student visa under GTE issues. Dahil nd ko inexpect na my interview pala. So bagsak. Hoping this time..

    hi..i'm just new here but i have read your posts..i really do think that i could relate with you and you're the best person who could advise and support me bec I think, we have the same IDP Cebu agent. I applied to a university in Nov 27, 2015 but until now, I haven't received acknowledgment letter or letter of offer yet. It's been more than a month. I'm already very anxious now that is why i decided to apply to another universities but i haven't heard yet from my counselor if he already submitted my additional applications. Classes are about to start in Feb 29, March 23 and March 26 for the 3 universities but I'm still stuck to step 1.. i don't know what to do..

    Ako po nageexpect din ng interview pero sana wala na hehe. To prepare, sinulat ko na lahat ng possible questions and ginawan ko na ng sagot lahat to make sure na spontaneous ako at di kabahan. Gagamitin ko lng un as guide habang iniinterview. Dala ko lagi sa bag ko para prepared tlga..mga apat na page yun LOL.

    Parang kadalasan ang visa decision/grant lumalabas ng Monday.. napansin ko lang :)

    Sana sa next monday, lumabas na ung sakin o kaya sa next monday. Waaa. January 25 ang orientation ko and Feb1 na ang intake ko.

    @AUstudentwannabe hello. I suggest you look fro other options since you haven't gotten any offer letter or at least an acknowledgment letter from your application. Might as well ask your agent or request for a different counselor. But if all else fails, maybe you can look up your university's website and check if they have any other affiliated agencies. I also received a private message from one of the members here and confirmed that we had the same counselor. I am not sure if the problem is with him alone or the entire system. My assumption re the similar situation/s is that IDP is usually the primary choice for future students and they might be really queued with a lot of applicants as of the moment. I am just dissatisfied from my counselor since he's not transparent about my application...worst, he lied about submitting it for 1 month and it was confirmed by a different counselor. He never apologized and didn't reply to any emails at all. Anyway, if I were you, I suggest to call him frequently or look for a back up agency. Whoever responses quickly or submits first, would be your agency of choice. When I transferred to AMS, I was able to catch up and process my application in a span of 3 weeks only. :) or try confronting your counselor if your application can catch up with the scheduled intake. My friend processed her application on January last year and she was able to catch up the Feb intake. Just prepare ahead all necessary docs so that you can swiftly submit it when an offer or reply comes. That's what I did. I suggest you take your medical ahead at NHSI Cebu :) once an offer arrives, mostly, everything will follow through smoothly! :)

    Hi everyone! Baka meron po dito for La Trobe University this coming February na wala pang accomodations. Wala padin po kami but interested to team up with other students to find houses up for rentals. Let me know po.

    My wifey is a product of feduni and it is not expensive compared to other institutions and one good thing is that after spending one semester with them, you can settle your next tuition fees on an installment basis
