@NoelRubio based sa march 27 invite, nasa nov 27 sila for 70pts. Tapos as per @ceinau15, nainvite si @panda last april 4 rounds na nov 30 lodgement for 70pts, so we can assume na may movement kada round ng 3-4 days kada invite rounds for 70pts. If Dec 12 ka for 70pts, and if consistent na 70 ang required points kada invite, you can wait for 3-4 invite rounds pa for your 189, its up to you to wait and risk, pero sayang yung invite mo for 190. Heheh

@NoelRubio Yes, based on my experience and experiences of my other colleagues. Di kami nagpasa ng any form of evidence sa unclaimed work experience kasi di ka naman nag claim ng points dito. Importante sa department is yung mga clinaim mong points is kaya mong i-prove sa kanila na legit.

Share ko lang din isang scenaryo ng friend ko. 10 years total work experience nya. 5years sa pinas 5 years sa SG. Lahat yun dineclare nya sa form 80 and sa online application form for points based skilled migration visa when he lodge his visa but ang pinasa nya lang na evidences ay ang sa mga experiences nya sa SG since yun lang ang clinaim nya na points. Even sa vetassess, SG experiences lang din pinasa nya and wala naman naging prob, di sya na CO contact and was granted a visa na Direct Grant.

Since nag backread ka ng 124 pages sa thread na ito haha I assume nabasa mo na si @dy3p nagpasa ng evidence sa unclaimed work experience nya kaya hiningan sya ng further evidence nito. But it’s your final call sir, binibase ko lang ito sa experience ko and experiences ng colleagues ko na granted na ang visa without submitting any evidence of unclaimed work experience. Let’s wait also if meron ding iba na nagpasa ng evidence sa unclaimed work experience nila na hindi naman hiningan pa ng further evidence dito.

@NoelRubio @OZingwithOZomeness ako nagpasa ng mga documents sa unclaimed work experience ko and fortunately hindi naman na ko hiningan ng further evidence. ang pinasa ko lang na evidence were COE with JD,contract and payslip(almost all my payslip). I think dipende talga sa CO na titingin ng docs mo at kung meron ka naman maipapasa na major proof of your employment I suggest to submit it but like @OZingwithOZomeness said its your call kung ano magiging decision mo.

Nasa iyo na talaga ang bola @NoelRubio kung ipapasa mo kay Rudy Gobert or Donovan Mitchell, ay si ricky rubio pala yun sir haha pero yes sir it’s up to you. Basta make sure mo lang kagaya ni sir @Hunter_08 na makapag provide ka ng strong further evidence ng unclaimed work experience mo in case na hingan ka pa ng magiging CO mo.

For 189 ko (70pts), i submitted EOI nung Nov. 30 2017. Up to now wala parin na ITA. Kahit superior english na. (Kaya sinabayan ko ng dalawang 190's NSW and VIC na EOI's rin just recently).

May chance parin ba ang 70 pointers?
nag submit ka na pala NSW at VIC. wait mo na lang ITA. max sa NSW is 12 weeks. ako inabot ng 8 weeks bago na approve sponsorship and ITA. i don't know sa VIC kung gaano katagal yun max nila sa pag process. malapit na yan.
Ei kaidenMVH, salamat for this. It increased my hope. Feb 19 2018 ako nag lodge EOI for NSW 190, and was able to apply nomination narin. Still waiting for its ITA.

Today is April 17, 2018. Now is my 9th week.

I was wondering kasi dun sa November 30 ko naman na 189 EOI lodge (70 pts).
Not sure what steps i need to do kasi may nag mention na may naka kuha na daw ITA na nag lodge EOI rin ng end of November 2017. Nakuha na niya yung kanyang ITA last April 3 or 4 pa. :-/

based sa timeline mo, just to clarify, may pre invite ka ng march 2 and nag submit ka sa NSW ng application for state sponsorship March 4? is this correct? march 4 mag start yun count mo ng waiting time for your ITA. halos 6 weeks ka pa lang waiting.

Ok lang yan. Yes, I still believe na nasa CO talaga yung discretion na to. Mahirap din kasi magsabi e. Ibat ibang cases, hindi naten alam kung anong criteria nila sa mga yan. Besides, pwede din talgang kulang pinasa ko as proof of evidence nga naman. Evidence of employment income nga pala hiningi nila hindi proof of employment. Siguro to support that na din. Nung naglodge din kasi ako, ang inupload ko lang was the COE and reference letter. Walang kahit anong payment stuff tulad ni @Hunter_08 . So baka yun yung naging difference. Pagpray ka nalang namen nina @OZingwithOZomeness [-O<

@dy3p Ok lng ba na proof of income ung sa tax report na lng wala na payslip? Im based at sg, ung payslip ko kasi iba na ung company name. Baka mg invite ng questions pa. C HR ang tamad mgbigay nv official proof of name change.

@Kaye28 meron din akong ganyang scenario na nagpalit ng name yung company ko so iba yung nakalagay na name sa payslip at COE ko pero sa COE naman nakaindictae na previous "old company name" so sa sg ko COE,contract,tax nad payslip

Ah ok. Salamat. Need ko kumuha ng bago COE at Referrence Letter pla. Hindi kasi naka-indicate ung previous company name. Pero I have an official HR Communication memo naman (email). Not sure if enough ganun na include ko na lng un together with the COE and Referrence letter na ginamit ko sa EA for skills assessment last year. Ayaw ko na kasi sana magpapirma na nmn sa boss ko...hehehe

@NoelRubio same ako kay @OZingwithOZomeness, wala kaming pinasang kahit na ano sa unclaimed work experience bukod sa nahagip siya ng SSS screenshot kaya nasa discretion mo talaga kung ipapasa mo ba.

At yung friend ko, nagpasa ng EOI Dec3 ata? 70 pointer, Telco Network, kakakuha lang ng ITA kagabi.

Hi guys, next month na pala ang BM namin kaya busy na sa job applications. I dont know where to post this kaya dito nlng po sana. My hubby just received an email from the HR manager stating...

"I note that you are travelling to Australia on a Skilled-work Visa (subclass 190)). This is believe is restricted to certain occupations, although you have permanent resident rights.

Can you please email me details of the employment categories for which you are eligible and any other restrictions that there may be?"

As u may know, secondary applicant po ang hubby ko. He is an electrical engineer pero wla po sya skills assessment. Ang nkalagay po sa VEVO nya is "the visa holder has unlimited work entitlements". Base on my own understanding wla po syang work restrictions. tama po ba? If so, enough na po ba ang VEVO and visa grant notice lng ang eemail namin sa kanya? Thank you!

Kung ano mauna na pre-invite pre, which was NSW yung nauna na pre-invite sakin.
So tinake ko na. Sayang kasi. VIC talga ako. Pero nauna si NSW, which is nauuna talga si NSW usually. May expiration kasi yung pre-invite na dapat mag apply ka agad ng nomination within 14 days (NSW). Eh kesa hintayin ko pa si VIC pre-invite na mejo risky rin, meaning baka di naman rin pala ako bigyan ni VIC ng pre-invite in the long run if hintayin ko siya.

November 30 2017 siya nag lodge EOI. Ako rin.
April 4 niya nakuha yung ITA. Yet ako April 19 na wala pa rin. :-S :-S

I think may kinalaman sa nag update yung EOI ko from 75 to 70 points nung Dec 12.
Nag update ng points dahil nag birthday ako.
Guys, should i base my EOI lodgement as Dec 12, instead of Nov 30?

Nov 30 pre ako nag lodge EOI 189 (75 pts). Yet nag update yung EOI ko ng Dec. 12. (70 pts).

Yeah sayang yung nomi application ko sa 190 sa NSW because of the nomination fee that i paid. Pero I'm waiting for the ITA on it still, habang naghihintay ITA rin for 189.

Sige dude. I guess wait pa ako ng 3-4 rounds for my 189. Thank you @Heprex pre.

Onga pre nakaka pressure lol. Sa dami ko rin na nababasa kahit sa ibang threads. Sabi sa ibang thread: "Pre pass mo lahat kahit sa unclaimed. Isa yan sa nireregret ko. Dapat pinasa ko pala lahat kasi hiningan ako sa unclaimed exp ko."

@NoelRubio Yup, nung Dec 2017 rounds naging 75 pts ang requirement, kaso lodgement date is Oct 18, 2017 for Dec 6 round, and 75 pts pa din for Dec 20 round na Dec 13 lodgement date. Sayang di ka umabot sa Dec 6 rounds na 75 pts, tapos nung Dec 20 rounds naman, naging 70 pts ka na. Nung January 2018 bumalik sa 70pts ang cutoff, starting Sept 21 lodgemnt.

Yup, ganito nangyare samin. Sa sobrang tagal nag expire yung medical ng daughter ko and inulit namin. Try mo mag feedback bago mag expire yung medical and tell them na mag eexpire para mabalikan agad yung application. wala naman mawawala sa pag try.

@NoelRubio Once mabago ang points mo mababago din ang DOE mo. Since Dec 12 nag-update points mo, yun na ang bagong lodgement date ng mga invitation na aabangan.

Sa code mo na 2613XX, kung hindi ako nagkakamali, 30 Oct 2017 pa din for 70 pointers ang last na nainvite at hindi pa ulit yata gumagalaw kasi kahit 75 pointers may backlog pa. As per last invitation round, unofficial na nainvite for 75 pointer sa code nyo ay 15 March 2018.
