@agd maam, si sir @Heprex ang feedback nya ay lahat ng ka batch nya na grant na tapos kanya wala pa. Suggestion ginawa nya pero parang ganun pagkakasabi nya na natabunan na yung application nya kasi wala pa that time. try niyo sya ask. Si sir Heprex pala nag pauso ng feedback kaya marami rito ang ginamit rin at naambunan ng grant, including me hehehe

@agd hindi yan sir. Naabutan lang kau ng holiday ngyon pero baka this wk na kau my grant or nxt week. My mga target din yata ang mga CO kaya need din nila humapit para d malagot sa mga boss nila hehe

hello guys, pa help naman po...
Si hubby ang principal applicant. Nag lodge kami ng visa last march 2018. But before kami nag lodge saka ko nalaman na double registration pala ako sa PSA. We attached my old copy ng bc which is NSO copy kc yun ang naka aligned sa mga credentials ko like passport etc. Para lang makapag lodge kami.

Ngayon po, naayos ko na ang ibang gov id's ko at naka align na sa PSA bc ko. plan na din mag book ng appointment sa dfa.

ok lang po ba mag attached ulit ng mga documents ko sa immiaccount namin? from affidavit,passport, bc at iba pa? hindi kaya malito ang CO?

@malt much better na lang po maam na i-attach niyo yung correct documents kesa wala.. baka ma CO contact pa kayo, Total pag na submit na naman eh di na pwedeng i-delete, might as well submit mo na lang din yung additional information na need niyo i-submit. Tapos, mag submit rin kayo ng form 1023. Here’s the link:

meron po sa immiaccount when you're attaching docs, meron dun link to update details (left side-see step 1 pic). then after maclik yun makikita nyo un step 2 na pic. click nyo lang yun appropriate link for you. for example, inotify mo sila about incorrect info/answer makikita nyo yun step 3 pic. pwede po directly sa online form na mag fill up or inform about the update sa details, then attach nyo lang yun correct info under sa name ng applicant. meron din drop down menu kung para kanino yun updated details.

Hello, I need help with my current case. We are compiling documents my for secondary application for 457 (but now 482). My partner is already in Australia.

First issue: Nung nag-apply siya as main applicant, he declared that was “never married or in de facto relationship”. We were honestly not aware of what de facto meant then kaya akala niya okay lang.

Second issue: the address he used in the application was his home address and not the temporary address where we lived for the past 9 months. He used his home address since it’s his legal address for dovuments.

We have leasing agreements and rental receipts proving that we lived under one roof in that span.
His company’s immigration team has only required us to prove that we lived together for 6 months.

Any ideas how can we resolve these issues?
