    hi po uli! Naguguluhan kasi pa din ako.. mag-aapply din kasi kami ng bf ko thru agency. Bali primary applicant bf ko kasi mas madami n syang work experience so para mas mataas n yung points. Pero nagpapa-assess p din ako s vetasses as chemist. Pero wala ako plan n mag-ielts. OK lang b yun? Saka possible din ba na makuha ako ng bf ko if kahit hindi naman kami magkasama s bahay?

    Sa mga nakapag-submit na po ng docs sa DIAC under new system, puro scanned certified true copy po ba ang sinend nyo? I mean dapat may tatak na certified true copy?... before kasi scanned original lang ok na diba... parang may nabasa kasi ko sa skillselect info na dapat certified true copy... I'm not sure tuloy kung need ko na din ipa-CTC yung ibang docs like passport, payslip, etc.
    A colored scan of your documents will be sufficient... Pwede din yung may CTC na tatak! :)

    If you need to claim Partner Points = 5pts, kailangan ng Assessment and IELTS.. check nyo po ang points system at ang mga definition.. so kung hindi naman kayo mag claim ng partner points hindi na kailangan mag pa-assess..

    saka ganito po katagal assessment ng vetasses? nagnenegative assessment din ba sila?
    around 10-12wks.. lahat nmn po ng assessing body pwde magbigay negative result.. depende po yan sa quality ng application..

    Hi! I'm doing the application of my husband as the primary for subclass 190. I was at ACS website and I read about this
    Each skilled employment reference must contain:
     Start & Finish Dates of Employment
     Description of Duties Performed
     Hours worked - Full time or Part time
     Country where Employment was Completed
     Company Letterhead and signed by the author

    Confirm ko lang po so I need to give this format to the companies of my husband. Kailangan lahat sila magbigay ng ganyan. Thanks!

    I just have a problem one of the companies of my husband refused to give him a COE so does it mean need na lang namin siyang tanggalin sa experience niya? Thanks in Advance!

    @snowyice hi.. may specific thread po ang ACS .. i suggest you do back reading sa mga tips dun..

    a) hindi po necessary ung format, yung information po ang pinakaimportante.. yes each cert of employment should have those required information..
    b) several consideration bago nyo tanggaling ang work experience kung walang job description
    - relevant ba sa nominated occupation, kung oo, hindi dapat tanggalin
    - pag tinanggal ba, eh pasok pa rin ang years of work exp, (ACS and DIAC's point system)
    - may mga suggestions po kung anu pwede gawin kung hindi makapagbigay ang company ng detailed COE (pwede magbigay ng statement ang manager, supv, or colleague)

    ... naku additional gastos na naman pala ito kung need na ng DIAC ngayon na naka-CTC yung scanned copy na isesend sa kanila... mas madami pa namang documents ngayon kesa sa mga sinubmit ko before sa ACS for skill assessment.

    Anyways I think antayin ko nalang din muna na magka-CO ako, pag nirequest nyang CTC saka ko nalang ipa-notarize, ang mahal kasi per page dito sa SG... nabanggit din ni @psychoboy na colored scan would be sufficient.

    Thanks sa inputs nyo!... I'll be prepared nalang muna kung anu man ang i-request ni CO. :)

    As far as I know @fullmetal_nell - wala naman sila paki-alam sa failing grade eh... At the end of the day, napasa mo pa rin naman yan diba? That is what matters.

    Pls double check and read carefully the guidelines sa assessing body mo though

    Thanks sa reply. mabuti naman may failing grade kasi ako nung 1st year. hehe. nagaalangan kasi ako maging principal applicant namin dahil dun. ung wife ko mas maganda credentials kaso registered nurse sya dito. need kasi registered au nurse para maapply nya ung work nya. kaya ako ang magiging primary. will enroll sa ielts this november na. sana pag palarin tayong lahat!! :D

    Question po sa mga may experience in application. We are filing an application on our own and in the process of getting hubby's job experience certified in ACS.

    1) Kelangan po ba notarized lahat ng docs?
    2)Sg based po kami. Pd kaya na sa Pinas i-notatize yung docs dito sa singapore galing?
    3) yung reference po ng supervisor, kelangan po ba ng notarize rin? As what do. Po?

    @Moontwinks - I don't get #2; if docs is from Singapore, why send it to Pinas para ipa-notarize?

    On the rest, am not sure with ACS specific requirements but when we submitted docs to CPA Australia, either it was the original or it was notarized as per DIAC specification... :)

    8 Jul 14 - Visa granted.
    16 Aug 14 - Hubby flies to ACT
    18 Aug 14 - Hubby's first day high at work

    Btw, did u use an agent or u lodged application on ur own?
    It was around S$5 for the first page of docs and S$2 for succeeding pages. If you have a lot, you can ask for discounts. I spent around slightly less than S$200 for all our documents. This included a statutory declaration already which probably ate 1/4 of the total cost. I doubt if it is also cheaper in Pinas if you factor in the cost of mailing it back and forth to Singapore plus the time factor and the risk of the documents not arriving... :)

    We lodge the application on our own lang.
