Hello po @RheaMARN1171933 may I just ask if may expiration date dn po ba ung lodged EOI? Thanks po :) Also, confirm ko lng dn po if tama ung nabasa kong info. n ung PTE result if for skilled migration purposes will be until 3years from the result date? even though nakalagay dun sa scorecard is up to 2 years lng? Thanks po in advance :)

Your EOI will be active for 2 years. With regards to English results, home affairs will accept up to 3 years. Hope that helps.

hello po, good day sa lahat.. meron sana po akong e tanong tungkol sa skill points claim ni dependent.

    1. my husband is the primary applicant, he is applying for software analyst.
    2. for me as wife to claim points for him din, do i need to be in IT din? I am in HR, and hindi po ako maka pag claim if hindi ako IT? only english qualification?
    3. or, pwede ako maka pag get ng points for him if I have myself assessed under HR management skill assessment.

i am thinking, need similar skills kayo ni primary applicant to get skill points as dependent.

Been thinking about this din po.. i appreciate all of your help!

as per the points table po from immi re claiming partner points

    • had nominated a skilled occupation that is on the same skilled occupation list as your nominated skilled occupation
    • had a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for their nominated skilled occupation, and the assessment wasn’t for a Subclass 485 visa.

    Ref here: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/skilled-independent-189/points-table

Sorry to hijack this question. To clarify lang po, if my partner wants to claim the 10 points in this category (Partner skills), kailangan din po ba ako (partner ng main applicant) magpa-assess ng employment history or skills lang (i.e. qualifications)? I understand yung skills assessment po is a different process from skilled employment assessment, tama po ba?

Di kaya dahil dun kaya wala akong option to apply?

    491 to 190 visa

I have read many times from migration websites that once you're on 491 you cannot apply to 190 (or you won't get an invite).
I don't see any info in immi website though that clearly states you cannot.

It did say that when you have 491 you can apply for 191.
But if you're also eligible for 190 as well, it did not say they will not accept if you have a 491.

    Please enlighten me. Thanks!

I found this on the Internet. But beware its not a legit website of Australia immigration. So ikaw na bahala. They were saying na if u have 491 u cannot apply to 190. May visa after the 491 to be PR. But u have to render at least 2 years of living in the state and working for at least a year. Di ko sure. Kung halimbawa andun kana sa Australia. Bawal siguro un. Kasi may isa rito na may 491 na. Pero nag apply patin ng 190. U may ask @wallflower kasi siya 489 granted then pending 190 siya ngaun

Good information. Thanks sa clarification. Hindi nga talaga siya pwede. Kasi iniiwasan ata yung lumipat ka ng state after u got 491.

"Can I apply for Subclass 190 while on Subclass 491 visa?
The immigration department of Australia has placed restrictions on what visas can be granted to Subclass 491 visa holders. This is to stop them from moving to other areas of the country. Therefore, Subclass 491 visa holders will not be allowed to apply for Subclass 186, 189, 190, 820, and many more other visas."

Yes. I got 491 invite around August. Nilodged din namin nung September. Then by November nagkainvite kami ng 190 sa NSW. So we withdraw the 491 after nming malodge ung 190.

    Thank you for the answer!
Was your 491 already granted or awaiting grant nun mag-withdraw kayo?

Awaiting parin. Im not sure pag nagrant na 491, u can still apply for 190. Diko sure kung pwede or hndi.

Ito nakita ko sa website. Hope it helps po.

May nakalagay din na ganito. Pwede naman need to wait for 3 years.

@Linetdane @ga2au Thanks so much sa info.

I currently have my 491 visa almost 1 year na.
I got invited for 190 last February, so nag lodge din ako kasi mas prefer ko yun.
Walang update sa status "Received" parin for 4 mos na, so I'm thinking maybe I need to withdraw my 49.

But baka risky kasi supposedly after 3 years pa but sa isip ko I am qualified naman din for 190, except my current visa is 491 which sa requirement ng 190 did not say anything about sa list ng bawal mag apply.

Neep Help, Ask ko lang if kailangan naba ipacertify/notarized yung mga documents during assessment (Vetassess and ACS). If YES, ano po yung documents na Ipapacertify/notarized and ano po yung mga documents na hindi na kailangan ipacertify. Salamat in advance.

U have to ask an agent. Mas alam nila if may nabreach kang rules.

Hi everyone especially for those na nagsucceed na, would like to check on the EOI -Education starting date, particular po ba ang immigration nito? because in my TOR that I requested 3 years ago, there is no exact date of the start of my Bachelor's degree. So basically I just input June 1, YYYY in the EOI. I also have another TOR which was the first one I requested after graduation around 10 yrs ago na ung format ng school TOR namin may admission date which is the enrollment date but still no starting date only the year.
Hope someone can answer me. Thank you

My partner got a superior score already 4 months back in PTE. i have been taking pte exam for the last 6 months and i only get proficient score lang po. We are planning to apply for 189 and 190 sana.

    Hello guys,

Is there a way to fly into Australia without being a resident or citizen?

I scored 95 for 189 visa but Australia can't invite me because I live offshore. I will be 32 in August 2022. I worry that I will lose 10 age points before Australia border reopens.

    I'm running out of time.

Yes. If na paassess niyo both of your skills pwede kaung both mag apply for EOI para more chances . Kung sinu unang mainvite then good. Cancel niyo nlng ung isang EOI after mainvite. Kami ng asawa ko both kami nag apply since we both took PTE and Skills assessment.

There is still a lot of time for you. You wil only lose points due to age when you turn 33 years old.

Di kaya dahil dun kaya wala akong option to apply?

@jakibantiles you can generate your HAP ID once malodge mo na visa 190.
