It's a case-to-case basis, so I wouldn't really expect a particular timeframe. The current trend is that people with 95+ points get invited first, with a focus on target sectors (accounting, IT, healthcare). As it is now, Australia has focused on inviting those who are already onshore, so if you're offshore right now, you are bumped down to the bottom of the queue. Also, the allocation for skilled migration (189 is more competitive than 190 state-sponsored) for 2021-2022 has been lowered in favor of family visas, so the likelihood of getting an invitation right away is much lower than pre-pandemic times. But lodge an EOI anyway, and continue on with your work/life as you wait for that invitation.

No one knows at the moment. Offshore applications are not a priority and we don’t see it happening until mid year next year. Best to go on EOI queue and utilise all possible chances to maximise your points. Alternative pathways could possibly be via employer sponsorship or studying.

The PMSOL is more for 482 visas. If you are able to find an employer to sponsor you and they qualify as sponsor then PMSOL is very useful.

Hi po. As far as I know po macacancel lang ang 482 pag granted na ang 190

482 will continue and if it expires before visa is granted, bridging visa will take effect. Hope that helps

my gusto lang sana akong iclarify sa recent update ng TAsmania subclass 491 for Overseas Applicants (https://www.migration.tas.gov.au/skilled_migrants/skilled_regional). sa application process (photo shown below) is dapat ang EOI submitted should be 6months or less. i created an EOI for the TAS state last November 2020 so does this mean I have to create a new EOI to be considered for review? or paano po mag update ng EOI?..
