Hello po, hingi lang po sana ako ng advise regarding sa pag fill up ng employment details sa pag lolodge. Per position po ba nilagay nyo? Or yung last position na lang per company? May nabasa kasi ako somewhere na mas okay yung per position para mas clear. Ang problem ko lang is yung last position lang yung nakareflect sa CoE. Sana may sumagot, thanks!

Ask ko kang po, we have 2 EOI po 189 at 190... kpag na-invite k po b like s 189 dun sa isang EOI yung remaining n EOI 190 d rin b ma-access? Kc nagtry kme magopen nung 190 may lumalbas n error po na nakared s taas.

Hi po, ask ko lang po yung situation ko now. Nung naglodge ako ng EOI nasa regional area pa yung cousin ko which is my sponsor for this visa. Now, may ITA na ako pero lumipat sila sa hindi na regional area for two months na? Worth it ba na itry to apply for visa or hindi na? Syang din kasi, if I'm right may down payment na, na non-refundable if I proceed.

Hello po ask ko sana yung need po ba na penal clearance certificate is within the past 10 years lang or need all of the countries na tinirhan for 12 months after 16?

according sa immi website:
an overseas police certificate from every country, including your home country, where you spent a total of 12 months or more in the last 10 years since you turned 16

Syang din kasi, if I'm right may down payment na, na non-refundable if I proceed.

For me, hindi na valid yung EOI mo since lumipat sila ng non regional area 2 months prior the invite.
For the visa fee, hindi sya downpayment. Full payment sya and yes non-refundable as far as I know.

Sa pagkakaintindi ko sa requirement, last 10 years lang since you turned 16. Pero kung may pagaagam agam ka, pwede mo naman i-provide lahat ng countries pinanggalingan mo. 2 countries lang kasi naging residential ko so yun lang prinovide ko sa visa application.

Magkakaroon po ba ng issue? (Ex. Nilagay ko start date sa eoi May 29 2018 sa coe na binigay ni employer nov. 01 2018) salamat sa sasagot

i would stick to EOI. baka pwede mo pakiusapan si employer mo na kung ano nasa EOI mo, yun na lang din ilagay sa COE. hehe. pero make sure maback up mo pa rin ng supports like payslips, SSS, ITR, etc.

Nag request ako recently ng NBI Clearance Renewal thru their Online Renewal Services. Na receive ko na yung certificate kaso yung Address is last 2017 pa and matagal na kaming hindi nakatira doon. Yun kasi yung address ko nung una akong nag request ng NBI Cert.

Ma question kaya ako ng CO regarding sa address na nasa NBI Clearance ko? Hindi po ba dapat yung recent na address ang nakalagay? Nung nag request kasi ako online, wala kasing option na mabago yung address. Hiningi lang nila yung NBI ID No. ko. Currently overseas po pala ako kaya I chose the Online Renewal lang.

Yes kasi may access sila sa international immigration. Mukhang marami, okay lang yan. Kung completo, the more na maappreciate nila sa application mo.

Hi. May mga fields talaga ng information sa renewal na di ma-eedit po. If that's the case, you have to file for a new nbi clearance and undergo the process as if you're a new applicant for clearance. Appointment >> Personal Appearance (Picture/Fingerprint) >> Wait result.

Ganyan din po xp ko, yung akin naman, nung nagreview ako ng NBI Portal ko, Nakita kong may erroneous info pala kong nilagay instead na Manila ang birth place ng Father ko, Caloocan ang nailagay ko. Although, di naman mag-aappear to sa clearance, nag file pa rin ako ng new application. I created new account (using new email na ito, di na ubra yung dating account sa nbi), and then, I input all my information including mga correction. Baka magkaproblema pa kasi in the future, kung may time naman, better to make things right na.

Earliest appointment in our area (caloocan) is december 16, 2022. Binayaran ko na to secure a slot.

Hope this gives you an idea on how to correct info sa NBI Clearance.

With all due respect po, pero passport/travel document po ang tinatanong sa Q10. Parang wala naman pong tinatanong na visa? If you have a US Passport, then, you can answer this portion.

Hi po need lang po ng insight nyo mga sir and maam.

Konting background lang po muna, Nasa australia na po kami as family of 3 since 16-August-2022 under Tourist Visa. Then onshore processing na rin po for Student visa. So ang plan kasi namin is dito na mag Apply ng visa 491,189,190 onshore after ma grant ung student visa. So dito na rin ako mag take ulit ng PTE and at the same time dito na rin mag pa skill assessment under EA.
So ngayon nagresign na ako sa trabaho ko sa pinas noong July 2022 so unemployed na ako sa occupation ko. At ngayon bakasyon muna habang naghihintay ng work rights.

Ang question ko po is may mga magiging problema po ba sa application namin sa PR side in the future? May mga ganito rin po bang senario sa inyo or sa mga kakilala nyo po?
