Hi po another question po sa visa application hndi po kami nag claim ng partner points pero under po sa partner should this still be a "yes" ?

Yes, this is for your English ability, not your partner's.

Sorry I misread the question. If your partner meets the criteria here then the answer should be "Yes":

Hello! There is something I would like to confirm:

I'm planning to lodge my visa application (offshore) for 189 this December. Then I will go to Aus by January (I have Visa 476). Just in case I get invited for 189 before going to Australia, is it alright to apply for my visa there?

    Need your advice. Thank you!

Hello po. Sana may makasagot ng dilemma ko. This is our situation po. Bale I got sponsorship po from an Australian employer for visa 482 medium term, they will also sponsor my husband as my dependent. My questions are:

    3. If maging dependents naman ang mga kids namin under 482 visa (kunyari mapapayag si employer), magiging international student po ba ang rate ng school fees nila in the future?
    4. If hindi po umubra si 1 like conflict talaga kay employer ang pag-apply agad for 189 visa, may chance po ba mapapunta namin ang mga kids sa australia under tourist visa?

We just want to know po ang mga opinions nyo or if merong may similar experience sa amin.

One of my clients signed up to our services early this year. Whilst doing their skills assessment, she mentioned about her current employer looking into a transfer for her to Australia….so she moved whilst we carry on their case. We lodge her EOI by mid year and now she just got an invite to apply for a190 visa a few weeks ago. we’re now about to lodge it whilst she’s on 482 visa. In short, you can carry on with your employer sponsorship whilst sorting the GSM visa in the background.

    Hope that helps.

Thank you so much Ma'am @RheaMARN1171933 . One thing I"m concerned about is, if it's ok for me to apply for 189 (while me and my husband are on 482 in australia), pero our dependent kids naman are in the Philippines. Will there be an issue po kaya since we're not together physically. Thank you po ulit.

Hello po sa visa application form under sa partner, hindi kasi kami nag claim ng partner skill at English ang concern ko should this still be a "Yes"? prang mali kasi pag No

Baka meron po kaming same case hingi sana advise.

    Thank you po sa sasagot.

    Hello everyone.

I haven't officially started our journey but here's our case.

    Questions:
    1. What is the best migration pathway for us?
-- Apply for skilled work si husband since his job is in the list of skilled work visa? Or
-- Ask his relatives in AU to sponsor us going there? Mas malaki ba chance this way?

    1. If husband applies for the skilled worker visa, will I do the same process (assess skills, EILTS) or add na lang nya ako pag nag lodge na sya ng EOI? He will be the main applicant.

    2. Saan maganda magpa assess? I only heard of VETASSES. Okay na ba dun? Or sa ACS? IT related job ni husband.

Thank you po sa mga sasagot. First time poster here. Sana lahat tayo makalipat ng Australia soon. #CLAIMINGIT

Hi Ms. Rhea! Thank you so much for your input. Kapag one EOI for both 189/190 po ung ginagawa ko, is it still possible na ma-invite sa dalawa? Thank you so much for you time :)

in the SkillSelect system itself, pwede naman talaga pagsamahin. pero:

    1. for 190, depende sa state, merong states na gusto nila 190 for their state only is selected in the EOI
    2. kung gusto mo pa rin magkaron ng open chance for the 189 invite, even when you got invited with 190, mas ok na magkaiba yung EOI nila. kasi kung combined, and nainvite ka sa 190, the same EOI will be locked and no longer be eligible for another invitation.

    1. Hindi required na magpa-assess ka din or kumuha ng English test but it will help in increasing your husband's points.

    2. It depends on what occupation your husband will nominate. Each has its designated assessing authority: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list

Hi question po! Mas okay po ba if isang EOI for 189 and isang EOI for 190 ang gagawin ko? Or okay lang din po if sa isang EOI, both 189/190 na? Thank you so much po sa sasagot!!!!

in the SkillSelect system itself, pwede naman talaga pagsamahin. pero:

    1. for 190, depende sa state, merong states na gusto nila 190 for their state only is selected in the EOI
    2. kung gusto mo pa rin magkaron ng open chance for the 189 invite, even when you got invited with 190, mas ok na magkaiba yung EOI nila. kasi kung combined, and nainvite ka sa 190, the same EOI will be locked and no longer be eligible for another invitation.

Same way you created your first EOI. Just do it all over again, there will be a different EOI # generated for you. You can use the same email address too.

    Thank you so much po!

I created EOI for 190 NSW.
    1. Skills assessment
    2. Employment documents (offshore and onshore)
    3. PTE/english assessment
    4. Identity documents
    5. proof of residency (i'm currently onshore)

Ito lang po ba? Thank you so much po sa mga sumasagot~!

#CLAIMINGIT

    1. Hindi required na magpa-assess ka din or kumuha ng English test but it will help in increasing your husband's points.

    2. It depends on what occupation your husband will nominate. Each has its designated assessing authority: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list

    2. Husband is in Database field. ACS na po ba pag ganun?

      VETASSES for general skill/work assesment?

    Thank you.

"Husband is in Database field. ACS na po ba pag ganun?" - Here's how you can check. And then sa last column, makikita mo saan ba siya dapat magpa-assess ng skills nya.

For example lang ah (not saying na ito ang dapat na occupation niya, example lang):

"VETASSES for general skill/work assesment?" - Do you mean for your assessment ba?

Makikita mo yung general info about sa pag-claim ng partner points here, sa official points calculator: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/tools/points-calculator Fill out mo lang tapos pagdating sa "Partner skills", click mo "Check if you can claim this". Ito yung sinabi ni @whimpee na "Hindi required na magpa-assess ka din or kumuha ng English test but it will help in increasing your husband's points."

Hindi ko gamay yung specifics ng pag-process ng application with a dependent, pero yes, basta nagrreflect sa application na spouse ka — need lang yata magprovide ng documents to prove that. Good luck! :)

Hello.. Need your advice po please. So meron na lang kaming 18 days to process all the requirements to lodge, ang problema po eh yung PTE nya and EA (CDR) 2018 pa, so over 3 years na.
