@happywife23 application wala pa ring kahit anu sa co.... ang plan ko email siya bukas and i will ask if she received my email last feb 20. kasi nag-ask ako sa isa sa mg topics dito sa forum.. and they said its unusual that nearly a month and the co did not make any reply from my email....

@elena05 yep, hindi namin ineexpect ng hubby ko yun, ang processing time na nasa isip namin is up to 7months kami maghihintay..nagbigay rin kami ng NSO certs before pero wala ring acknowledgment from embassy..i think depende sa CO na nagaasikaso pero normally daw hindi nila inacknowledge. Did you try to call them to ask po?

@foreverna4always - if 3 months palang, within processing times pa rin..yung papers ko kasi nilodge via a migration agent..case to case basis rin sila, may iba 5-6months before iapprove sa mga nahandle na nila..inask ko rin sila nung 2nd month if pwede ba magfollow-up, hindi nila inadvise na magfollow-up as early as 2-3months..so we just waited lang talaga..i understand you kasi ganyan rin kami ng asawa ko, halos araw araw nakatingin sa email & naghihintay ng updates..inaccept na namin na 6-7 months pa talaga pra nandun ung expectation na hindi pa sya anytime soon..then magugulat ka nalang okay na..wala pa naman ata ako nakausap na umabot ng 7months or more..so don't worry yours will be approved soon pray lang lagi

@happywife23 ah gumamit ka po pala ng agent???? ang mahal kasi ng tawag $10..... I will email them first tomorrow and then if magrereply.. thn thats good if not after a week i'll call them po

@elena05 - yes, may agent kami kasi nasa nagwwork ako outside the phil during the application so kailangan namin ng magrrepresent sa amin..pero all docs kami lahat ng organize at gather, sinubmit lang namin sa kanila malaking help rin kasi alam nila what docs are more important, although they can never guarantee ung approval na mas mabilis if may agent or wala..marami naman kasi naapprove din less than 3months na walang agent. oo nga mahal tumawag sa embassy..hmm..i hope magreply na sayo ung CO.

@happywife23 oo nga sana magreply, para di na ako kinakabahan na madeny ung visa ko dahil ung cenomar di dumating hehehe..

@elena05 - may i ask ano po yung additional documents na nirequire ng CO sayo? Thanks Kasi samin sa acknowledgment letter, nirequire ulit yung NSO docs & medicals to be passed within 28 days. nung pinadala namin yung NSO docs, wala ring confirmation kaming nareceive. Same with the medicals nung inupload na sya ng doctor sa ehealth. I just took note of the dates na natapos ko sya.

@happywife23 certificate of no marriage at form 80 po. di na naman pinaulit sakin ung birth cert ko...... tapos sabi kailangan daw nasa kanya na un within 28 days kung wala daw po magdedesisyon sila kung anu lang ung naipasa ko... eh parang pinakaimportante ung cenomar kasi dun po nya malalaman kung talagang pede ako ikasa sa fancee ko...

@elena05 - did you request from ecensus? sakin kasi i just sent them an email at [email protected] to ask if my documents have been delivered to the embassy already then I took note of the date. Regarding Form 80, required sya talaga to include on your application. Both documents are important. Sa case namin, nung pinasa ng agent namin yung medical receipt ko via email as proof na nagcomply nako pati yung NSO docs from ecensus, wala rin silang reply. So, nagworry din ako baka hindi nila nareceive kahit nagcomply ako within 28 days..sabi nila normal lang daw yun na hindi sila nagadvice ng receipt of additional docs so hinayaan nalang namin.. don't worry po, i'm sure nareceive na nila yun..you sent them an email advising na nasend mona dba?

Nagprepare nako na in case ma-interview ako sa phone or face-to-face makakauwi agad akong Manila..pero thank God wala namang interview. I think case-to-case basis din sya..almost 9years na rin kami ng asawa ko. May interview ka po ba?

Nagprepare nako na in case ma-interview ako sa phone or face-to-face makakauwi agad akong Manila..pero thank God wala namang interview. I think case-to-case basis din sya..almost 9years na rin kami ng asawa ko. May interview ka po ba?

i sent my co a msg this morning sabi dun sa acknowledgement letter co will reply within 2 business days.. so i will wait till next week kung wala pa rin dun na ako tatawag.. as per the inteview.. wala talaga akong alam kung meron o wala kasi walang abiso or msg from my co.. basta humingi lang sya ng additional docs ayon na... di na nagreply.. para tuloy akong bulag.. heheheh

may nagreply po sakin pero hindi po ung CO ko.. ganun kaya talaga un???

@elena05 - ano po yung reply nila sayo? Relax ka lang po..I'm sure they are working on your application. Dahil iba iba ang cases, kaya nagvavary ang processing times.. some are simpler than others..hindi talaga natin masasabi how they work & how long they will take for each case..just be patient & pray lang

well i asked if they got my email last month asking if they received my additional docs... and i just resigned from my job.. i want to ask if there are forms that i have to fill in.... they answered yes they got the additional docs and the co will contact me if they need anything... the thing is i just resigned so how would my co know about that eh di naman ung co ko ang nagreply??... i dont know bahala na si batman.. hehehe.. tatawag na lang ako kung wala pang communication kahit ano from my co after 2 mos

hay naku.... uu nga... ayos lang naman na di muna maapprove eh.. kaya lang,, baka mamaya mas lalong matagalan.. im not really sure kung bakit hindi ung co ko ang nagreply.. anyway.. sabi ko nga.. bahala na si batman....basta tatawagan ko un co after 2 mos at wala pa rin ni ha ni ho galing from her.. heheehehe

forum na usually it goes through one CO
for checking of docs then endorsed to a senior CO for approval.. not sure if this is correct but mine got approved by a senior CO.. if ngreply na sila na nareceive na nila
docs mo, bakit kapa po nagwoworry na hindi CO mo nagcontact sayo? Okay na naman yun that you got a reply from them. They are working on your application for sure.

@happywife23 well ang alam kong narereferred eh un may problema sa medical..... at saka po hindi co ung nagreply sakin.. someone from diac pero di sya visa immigration officcer.. parang medyo nakakapgtaka lang kasi sabi nun iba dapat daw un co ko ang magrereply.. hehehhee... pero atleast nareceive na nila...

nagsend ako ng bagong email, last week... i received a reply pero hindi galing sa CO ko... someone from DIAC lang un nag reply... pero from my co?? wala pang kahit ano
.. ikaw po?? may CO k na???

ako 3 mos bago nagka co.. naglodge ako nov 5 co contacted me feb 4.. :P

alam ko medyo nakakakaba and minsan excited tayo malaman ang resulta ng application.. pero minsan kailangan talaga natin maghintay, usually 3-5 months may results na yan, pag lumagpas malamang may additional docu o complicated ang application.. tsaka minsan pag walang contact from CO, mas ok pa yun kasi more often than not ibig sabihin kumpleto application and iaapprove na.. good luck everyone!

@elena05 yes nasa australia, pagkaapprove ng visa within a month kinailangan ko na lumipad dito..
