If your occupation is on the list of eligible skills occupation and your employer is willing to sponsor you, pwedeng less than 3 years kung Direct Entry or have worked for at least 3 years kung via TRT. 29/11/2019: medical
03/12/2019:applied for 186 ( kahit wala pa result ng nomination)
22/04/2020: immi messaged for medical for my wife
13/05/2020: medical for my wife
22/05/2020: PR 186 granted.

For Direct Entry stream sa nursing, I was required to submit... dunno with other professions.

Hi @juantamad mag aapply din kase ako ng ENS186. Accountant ang position ko for the company who just started business just more than a year. I want to make sure na qualified si sponsor kase I do not want to risk my visa applicarion considering family of 5 kame, shempre malaki magagastos. I want to make sure na ma-approve ung nomination since I plan to submit my application even before ma-approve ang nomination. Gusto na din kase ni sponsor na mkpagstart agad ako ng work. My questions sana ma-share mo ung experience mo: 1. Did they get a migration lawyer or diy application pwede na? Familiar nman ako sa process and documents na kelangan kaso baka may mas mabusisi pang detalye na kelangan. 2. Strict ba talaga sa labour market testing? Considering na new business sila and clinic (health and beauty) ung industry tapos kukuha ng accountant overseas. Baka masilip na pwede nman kumuha sa AU ng isang accountant. 3. Do you have tips or advice to make the application succesful?

Thank you in advance and if theres any one out there na may pwede din ma share, I would appreciate any tips or help.

Hi,

I am currently on Temporary Visa which will be expiring soon.
My skill is included in the eligible skills occupation.
I have spoken to my employer and they were happy to sponsor me for 186 visa.
We are only doing it ourselves.
Does anyone know if I can use my Immi account on my employer’s behalf for visa nomination in attaching documents and lodging?
Or my employer needs to create their own immi account?

Hello po, I'm just confused and gusto ko lang mag clarify ng some questions. So I had 2 years work experience as an Industrial Engineer in PH. I finished my Masters here in Australia, currently employed as an Industrial Engineer and I will be earning my 1 year work experience here in Australia on August. Naka visa 485 na po ako ngayon for 1 year. I also had my positive skills assessment from Engineers Australia and for my two years work experience. Kaya po ngayon winowork around ko nalang ung 1 year work experience ko onshore to complete 3 yrs requirements ng ENS DE.

Question is, in ENS DE, under proof of skills and qualifications document, it states that they do not accept a skills assessment obtained for visa subclass 485. Clarify ko lang po if iaaccept ba nila ung 1 yr obtained work experience ko dito under visa 485? Ipapaassess ko din naman ulit ung 1 year work experience ko sa EA after I gained 1 yr work experience. Medyo nag worry lang ako sa nabasa ko.

I have one of my reports who is in a 482 visa for the last 4 years. Company is willing to sponsor transitioning to 186 but ANZSCO code is not included in Strategic Skill list. Are there any stream on 186 that does not look up on job code?

hello po. meron na po bang nakapagtry dito na med lab sci na offshore then nakakuha ng sponsorship from an employer? 186 or 494 visa?

Hi po, meron na dito nakapag migrate to AU using visa ENS 186 DE? Pa share naman po ng experience nyo after the PR visa is granted. Did you have to comply pa with POEA requirements or not applicable to for ENS 186 visa? Thank you so much po.

No need for POEA/OWWA OEC kasi PR visa ang 186. You and your dependent(s), if any, would need to be registered with the CFO as part of exit requirements from PH.

1. advisable po bang magpa medical na in advance kahit wala pang Go signal tutal 1 year validity naman ang medical? mahirap po kasing kumuha ng schedule dito sa pinas?
2. How much po ang maximum amount na pwedeng i-remmit from AUD to PINAS?
3. How much pwedeng i-deposit na AUD Cash going to your personal online AUD Account?
4. Pwede po bang to follow ang PTE result for dependents sa pag lolodge ng 186? or dapat may PTE result na agad?

Question po, for PR Direct Entry stream, usually po, mga ilang months average ng approval or waiting time? sa Immi page is 3-6 months talaga.. pero in real life scenario, usually kayo po ilang months lang na aapprove na ang PR Visa after lodgment?

Hindi na po kelangan ng OEC pag PR na.

Hello @juantamad , question lang po. gaano po katagal yung inabot bago ma-approve yung visa application niyo sa AUS government? Waiting na lang po kasi employer ng ng gov't approval bago ako bigyan ng formal job offer. Thanks po.

Hello, questions for folks who applied for 186 DE. One part of the application is if applicant hold employment registration licensing or professional membership. Is Australian Computer Society (ACS) membership a yes for this?

Under ACS ka ba magwowork? employment reg licensing/professional membership should be from your employer since the employer is the "applicant" of your 186 visa

I am 60/40 sure based from my findings since I am looking at 186 visa as my plan B if 189 and 190 streams will take >90 days initial movement (invitation).

update ko din pala tong thread na to, Visa 186 DE po here Grantes on the 14th of January, 2023!!!

nasa signature ko po yung timeline ng visa application, mga 10 months waiting time bago na-grant.

Any update po sa mga na grant recently ng 186 Visa. Our application was lodged 10th December 2022 and up until now waiting pa rin. Software Engineer.
