@catherine no need for OEC but when in AU already be sure to have your contract verified by POLO Canberra so you can apply for OEC if and when you need to back to the Phils for any purposes.

Possible po ba magfall under subsequent entrant. Any experience po?

@abbie0804 Maybe you can ask your partner's sponsor to write immigration and declare you as subsequent.

Be nominated by the primary visa holder's sponsor
The sponsor with the most recent approved nomination in relation to the primary applicant (or visa holder), must agree (or have agreed) in writing to include you as a family member in the nomination

@abbie0804 di naman siguro... as long as you can provide proof of de facto relationship.

when should we submit our visa application? pagcomplete nang mga required documents or pwede ba to follow nalang yung SG police clearance?
should I get medical clearance or wait for the HAP ID?
    Thanks in advance

Nag lodge na ng nomination ang employer at waiting na lang for approval or hindi pa? Anong agreement ninyo ng employer/sponsor?
Naturally, the faster the grant, the better for both your employer and you. There are specific exams for each visa class so as soon as you lodge the application, generate the HAP ID and go to the nearest authorized clinic.

@jefelin Am not familiar with the timeline for Sg PCC but unless you foresee any problem with the PCC, I guess you can already lodge the application, generate HAP ID so you can do the medicals. Once the PCC arrives, just attach the PCC even before CO contact.

@cucci ms, just want to ask may idea ka ba if malaki pang possibility na maapprove yung visa namin together with my family? If hindi, how long yung gap?

@jefelin Visa approval/denial is entirely on the discretion of the case officer assigned. If all documentary evidence are truthful and in order, there should be no reason to worry. Sometimes the drawback of filing as a group/family is that there might be some issues, like medical on one of the applicants which can delay the whole group. At times, it is better that the principal applicant lodges first, then when approved, have the dependents apply as subsequent entrant. At least, even if the dependents are delayed, the primary would not be.

Thank you all in advance

@GeraldineValeriano OEC is required for primary visa holders, not for subsequent entrants/dependents.

Hi @abbie0804, it's more like relationship declaration lang para kame lang ang pipirma, bale gumawa kame parehas ng partner ko.

@GeraldineValeriano Aside from tickets, passport and visa grant notice wala naman na tiningnan sa mga dependents ko nung mag exit sila gamit 482 visa. Sa regular lane lang sila dumaan... not OFW.

@GeraldineValeriano best wishes... ganyan din si hubby nung paalis sila ng daughter namin... stickler kasi sa mga rules and procedures... pero wala naman untoward incident... besides di man gaanong strict ang PH immigration...
Pagdating sa Au is another matter... DECLARE if unsure... bawal meat and meat products, seeds, fresh fruits and vegies... tatanungin ka kung may dala kang Jollibee... dried seafood is ok as long as commercially packed.

Good day po, not sure if im on the right thread. We are planning to go through this track since both of us graduated to courses unrelated to our professions .

    TIA
