Hi! Better check po 'yung occupational list kung saan ka pinaka-fit. Before deciding to get the assessment, you must carefully check and analyze 'yung work experience mo versus sa desired nominated occupation mo.

Gagawa ka kasi ng career episodes for EA assessment, so better choose which nominated occupation really fits your experience.

Ask ko lang po I have 5 different companies that I previously work for. Is it okay na ideclare yung 5 or may limit lang si EA ng Career episodes. As per my understanding po kasi 1 career episode per work experience or company. Thanks

Hi! 3 career episodes lang ang required ni EA. You don't need to make 5.

Good thing na you have many possible options for your career episodes. You can pick those work experiences which best fit your nominated occupation.

How can I pick po pala is it the longest expand of year that I work or the most fitted. I have 1 year experience as a planning engineer, 1 year as technical sales for refractories in cement, 5 years as sales engineers for pumps and other mechanical equipment, and currently almost 6 months as Shift Supervisor in Waste Heat Recovery Plant.

Career episodes will be evaluated to check if you worked according to your nominated occupation. So choose the ones which fit the description of the nominated occupation you're targeting to be successfully assessed with.

Get as much points as you can to further increase your chances. Although getting a 189 invite now is very, very, very hard. Try to check other visa options as well. Good luck!

thankyou.. sub 190, 70 points and sub 491-80 points po.. iaapply ko nalang lahat and kung san nalang mas mabilis matawagan..

Tama po si charm1008. Increase your points and/or try other visa options. Yan lang po ang ating pag-asa.

It’s not pataasan nag points at the moment because if you’re offshore don’t expect an invite. Offshore applications are not prioritised for the current financial year. SA his open for offshore nomination on few selected occupations and your occupation is on that list. You just have to meet their minimum requirement to be considered for 491visa nomination

Right now the best strategy for offshore users be document ready, still aim to maximise your points and lodge your EOI asap kasi once everything goes back to normal and they start inviting offshore, that’s when pataasan ng points would resume.

Yung sa akin po, inabot ng exactly a month. So, business days po ang 20 days na yan.

Di na ako nagcheck sa portal, nakakatamad din kasi kaya di ko napansin kung may update dun.

Di ko lang sure if paano ang approach nila if may comments sila sa application.

Hi guys. In terms of EA membership, sa Australia na ba kayo nagpa-member (during your practice) or kahit waiting pa for invitation nagpa-member na din kayo? May effect ba sa CV if may EA membership?

Engineers Australia is more about visa requirements lang, maybe in a very few cases may tulong sya. Nagmember ako for a few months winithdraw ko din later dahil sa case ko wala namang clear benefits in the near future. Tulad sa sinabi ng iba, establish your network sa field mo. The way they hire, select and interview people is far from we are used to. Good luck bro.

Ask ko lang po. I'm a license Civil Engineer here in the Philippines but my job right now is focused on Structural Steel Detailing so wala masyadong computations on designing na ginagawa dun. Macconsider paba sya sa assessment ko as civil engineer ng EA? or mgcivil engineering draftsperson nlng po ako sa assessment? everytime na tntignan kc ng mga agents ung resume ko lage nila sagot skin is civil eng dw po..worried lang po ako baka mgkamali kc.

You can nominate the occupation that you like but make sure na your career episodes are clearly aligned with the occupation description. Worst case, EA will propose other relevant occupation which they think is aligned to your presented work experience. Good luck!
