Paano po kaya kapag walang sss, or any gov't contribution ung dati kong company. 2 months ako sa kanila. Wala akong naipon na payslip.

Nakausap ko na ung HR ko dun and humingi ako ng COE (same template requirement sa primary documents list) at tsaka for Secondary Documents I think possible kong hingin ay yung 3.1 and 3.2 sa list? Ang problem di ako sure kung yung
3.1 Work permit is yung work permit ng company (evidenece na legit company sila)
3.2 Official Contract Document from the Ministry of Labour - Pwede na ba yung payslips??

1. COE (for business travel), including contact info of HR, position and date of employment;
2. Job Offer Letter - with JD, payrate, hours worked;

Additionally, I will attach my ITR, SSS and Pag-ibig contributions.

The only problem I see in this is the purpose of COE. You need to request a COE for assessment/visa purpose na recent ang date. Or generic COE with no purpose.

The rest look OK.

I nominated my bachelors first (electronics engg) and proceeded to make my CDR based on my experience (production/plant engr). I made sure to mention skills and knowledge that I gained from my bachelors and related them to my occupation.

I cannot say which is better -- nominate occupation that is different from your degree outright, or do what I did which was wait for the CO to assess my CDRs and tell me that I am more suited for something else. Up to you. If closely related naman yung course mo, I think you can nominate materials engg. Basta dapat gandahan mo ang CDR. You can search this forum or other sites for similar cases. That's what I did.

Its ok , just refer to the MSA booklet and pin down your CDR to the competencies needed to closely relate your degree and experience , meron din ako experience na i thought can’t be considered as a Civil Engineer’s scope of work but it ends up yung career episode ko as Utilities coordinator were credited as part of my civil engineering experience ,again it’s up to you how to convince the AO. 🤞🏼

Got my positive outcome plus 8yrs+ experience! TYL! Thank you so much sa lahat ng members na masipag na nagrereply sa mga queries dito.

My turn to share some infos:

1. Collecting and compiling required documents:

• Reference Letters based sa MSA, ako na gumawa ng template para piprint nalang ng HR at isasign (4 ang work experience ko at may isa akong work, na nag-awol ako pero may contract, coe, payslips at 2316 ako, kaya sinama ko pa din, na-award naman)
• BIR 2316 every year
• Payslips (3months per work)
• SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig (Online lahat to) Generate lang sa website save as "PDF"

2. CDR Preprations

• Career Episodes are based on my work experience. No certain format, essay type ang ginawa ko. Read carefully the MSA Booklet andyan naman lahat.
• Summary - just answer the template provided in the MSA
• CPD - Table type 1 a4 size only, wala ako masyado seminars or training after graduation. We have 2 businesses na ako ang nagmamanage, nilagay ko din since nagagamit ko dito yung course ko.

3. PTE - Youtube lang then mock exam, subscribed in APEUNI App.

Yan lang po! SALAMAT PO AT GRADUATE NA AKO DITO SA EA.

Sakin RFI is sept 5, may outcome na kahapon sep 21.
Generic lang nirereply nila kapag nagfollow up ka. Baka this week lang po din may outcome ka na since 2days lang gap namin.

Hello po, just wanna ask if meron ditong nagsubmit ng CDR under normal track last July 31 or later? May feedback na po ba kayo from EA? I submitted mine po kasi last July 31 and till now, "Awaiting Assessment" pa rin yung status. Pwede ko na kayang iemail si EA to check the status again at this point? Or dapat po bang hintayin ko muna na mag 3 months?

Pero possible naman po kahit wala pang 3months. Based sa mga nagpaassess dito before.

Graduate po ako ng Civil Eng and Board Passer din. nagkataon po na na-linya ako sa BIM - Structural Drafting.

sa mga nababasa ko po kasi, sa vetassess is nagbabawas sila ng years na ma credit.

I am counting on my 3 years and 3 months experience sa Structural Drafting Job ko to claim 3 years sa points.

Feasible po ba na i push through ko ung sa VETASSESS or should I opt for the Engineers Australia for the asessment.

Question lang po regarding sa RSEA.

Ang kelangan lang po ba ilagay na work experience is ipapaassess na complete primary and secondary documents? Meron kasi ako work experience (though related) is wala ako ako makuha na secondary documents for some reason, I only have is a reference letter..

Should I still include this?, kokontakin ba ako ng EA for RFI para sa employment history na eto? or they will just neglect it since secondary documents are not presented? salamat po sa sasagot

I'm an electrical engineer and currently working in water utility company in the Philippines as
Asset Management Specialist, 1 year pa lang work experience ko and plano ko gumawa ng CDR.
No need for RSEA cause i'm not planning to get any points for experience since 1 year pa lang naman.
Ang concern ko is kung anong pwede kong ilagay sa career episodes, plan ko ilagay yung Thesis, OJT as maintenance engineer, and yung current work ko. Ang problem lang, hindi ako sigurado kung considered ba as electrical engineer yung work ko ngayon since more on asset management and maintenance reliabilities yung duties and responsibilities ko. Baka may nakaexperience ng ganito and mas okay bang wag na lang isama yung current work ko? TIA

Hello po. Would you be able to confirm po the below statement from the EA page? I had a positive outcome assessment for chemical engineer last April 2018. My EOI lapsed since at 65pts lang ako that time so now po I am planning to submit again for the same occupation. If the statement below is true, tama po ba na hindi ko na need magpa-assess uli? Plan ko po kasi is RSEA na lang i-submit for 5yrs+ work experience. Thnks po!

Nagpa assess ako before ng walang work exp, ginamit ko mga project ko nung college saka thesis. Positive naman.

Nagrequest ako ng reference letter from previous company and yung signatory is nalaman ko na nagresign na sya. Kakasubmit ko lang ng application ko last week.

Will that be an issue to EA, since baka mawalan ng access sa email address si HR? Should I ready another reference letter from them? Ano po ang dapat ko po gawin po para po sana di magkaproblem sa assessment ko po? Salamat po.

Good day po sa lahat. Some advice needed lang po about RSEA. I had positive assessment for chemical engineer in 2018 and EA told me that I can apply for duplicate of this but if I am planning to submit for RSEA, makakasama na yung update ng positive outcome ko as chemical engineer doon sa RSEA.

Based po sa mga nabasa ko na dito, meron po gumawa ng sariling version for the detailed engineering duties then pina-sign/validate na lang po sa senior colleague/line manager.

Need lang po opinion from people na with positive outcome ng RSEA if enough na po yung ganitong detailed engineering duties na example:

(1) Develops and updates process flow diagram for new or innovation raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods developed by R&D ensuring suitable control and measurement points are incorporated into the detailed engineering design.
(2) Generates mass balances for individual process steps or full process lines, where applicable to establish basic operating condition, detect deviations and address corresponding waste and losses to maintain high output efficiency.
(3) Develops and deploys the technology framework for each factory for assigned technology. Single point resource for factory engineering team for technology selection (process design/ machine selection).
