Hi to all, need an advice: pumunta ako last week sa previous company na pnagttrabahoan ko..nagpagawa po ako ng COE with duties & responsibilities. tpos,sinabay ko na rin ask if pwede nla ako ma releasan ng previous payslip ko kasi that was year 2005-2008 ako employed dun...cnabi sakin ng incharge na hindi na nla ma track un kasi ung accountant nla nuon nag resign na,.cnabihan nlng ako ng staff nla na gumawa nlng daw ako ng generic tapos signan nlng nla..

my questions are:
1) regarding sa COE,okey lng po ba ung 2 pages?1 page for the certification, employment duration and the other 1 yung job description/duties & responsibilities. At pwede po ba yung Marketing Manager ang mg sign? Lahat ksi ng transactions dun, sakanya na dumadaan

2) regarding sa payslips, my nka pag try na ba gumawa ng generic payslip? gusto ko sana ung SSS contribution ko gamitin ko as proof, kaso wala akong contribution from march 2005-april 2007. If eto e submit ko, mkka apekto ba to?.worried lng ako baka hindi e count ung 2 years experience ko kc walang proof..

3) nuong ma resign ako, bnayran nmn ako ng company yung number of years na wala akong SSS contribution,, bali ung employer share na dapt binayad nla, binigay sakin..pwede ko ba un gamitn?

wala akong problema sa pagpapa sign ng mga documents sa previous employer ko, ang problema lng mga tamad gumawa ng mga tao dun kaya ako pnapaggawa tpos sign nlng cla..heheheh

@supertoblerone antagal q naghahanap ng reference para macheck ang qualifications q for the assessment if comparable sa au bachelors degree ang skin. Im a graduate of BS ECE sa section 3 school, i had 237 units and passed the licensure exam. Hopefully with support of CDR maging positive assessment ako

@sarah_lyn Usually kapag section 1, walang problema ka as they are usually comparable to a bachelors degree in Australia; worth noting are as follows:

Section 3 institutions can be comparable to a bachelor's degree in Australia if:
(1) Bachelor Degree in a professional discipline with (a) 4 or 5 years full-time education, (b) 120-200 credits and (c) Evidence of passing the Professional Regulation Commission’s Licensure Examinations in the relevant professional field.

Section 2 institutions can be comparable to a bachelor's degree in Australia if:
(1) Bachelor Degree with (a) 4 years full-time education, (b) 120-185 credits and (c) Average grade of 1.00 to 2.00, (A to B, or more than 85%)
(2) Bachelor Degree in a professional discipline with (a) 4 years full-time education, (b) 120-185 credits and (c) Evidence of passing the Professional Regulation Commission’s Licensure Examinations in the relevant professional field.
(3) Bachelor Degree with (a) 5 years full-time and (b) Around 200 credits.

Take note that if your degree is comparable to the AU bachelor's, it means 15 pts ka when claiming for your educational background.

Btw, sino po ang may idea dito if pede aq magclaim ng 5yrs work exp=10 DIAC points if part of the 5 years is a 6mos probationary status. ang work ko po ay same all througout since my probationary period hanggang sa maregular until now. sana po may makapagshare ng insight or better if based sa exp.

i was a trainee for 1 year, pero hindi ko naman nilagay na trainee lang ako..
nilagay ko graduate engineer.. wala naman problema.. as long as yung job description mo is matching your nominated occupation.

@sarah_lyn Tama sis, wag mo na balikan ang agent mo sa experience na yan, i-comply mo na lang muna ang mga requirements ng EA... Makipag coordinate ka na lang muna sa agent mo to solve yun issue with EA. Ang importante, makapag comply ka sa hinihingi ng EA and definitely ma solve mo yan. God Bless!

@lock_code2004 actually hindi ko rin po nilagay. I used the terms cadet engineer, junior engineer and engineer for the 3 career episodes respectively. and opo bale the nature of work from my cadet status till mapromote sa position na meron aq now is still the same.

Worry ko lang hindi aq magaattach ng contract pagmagsubmit ng CDR ksi sa contract nkastate na probationary status aq for the first 6mos. May nbasa ksi aq sa EA na kailangan regular status ang employment for skill assessment.

May posibleng mging conflict ba yung contract naun incase mkalusot ang assessment ko but then hingan aq ng contract sa CO stage?

@danz1213 saktong 5yrs lng ba talaga yung stay mo sa company? so basically 6months probie tas 4yrs 6mos regular? tama ba? ;-)

@danz1213 actually sa EA di naman nila binibilang yung yrs of work, kase sa career episodes pwede nga OJT experience and college thesis...basta pertaining to nominated occu... ang yrs of work sa EOI na magmamatter... yung 3yrs work exp ko kase including na my probie period, tinanggap naman ng skillselect...

@chu_se dude umagang kayganda... yung COE na 2 pages ok lang yun, no worries... mas ok nga yung comprehensive... re the payslips, ang alam ko kase representative payslips lng so di kelangan lahat e submit mo, your COE is already proof enough of your work duration...

1. If you have lodged a COMPETENCY DEMONSTRATION REPORT (CDR), the
current turnaround time is c.13 weeks

- CDR applications received on the 22th April 2014 are currently with
an assessing case officer - formal advice of the outcomes will be
generated within the next 10 days or so

2. If you have lodged a Washington or Sydney ACCORD application, or
accredited Australian Engineering Qualification (AEQ) for assessment,
the current turnaround time is c.8 weeks

- Accord or AEQ applications received on the 19th May 2014 are
currently with an assessing case officer - formal advice of the outcomes
will be generated within the next 10 days or so

Please make due allowance for delivery times per Australian Post, etc.

So 13 weeks nalang lead time!!! And 22th April 2014 na ang nirereview nila.

@pontsiano bro yung payslips ba pwedeng yung last 2 payslips (1 month salary) before resignation? Dec17 kasi last day ko sa prev. Company ko and ang plano ko isubmit is yung 2 payslips ko ng month of November

@wizardofOz yung sinubmit ko lng bro eh first payslip ko lng sa current company tas yung representative payslip sa previous job, isa isa lng... di din ako sure dito, kase yung iba tlagang lahat ng payslips sinubmit; so far wala pa namang violent reactions... ang major dyan is the COE bro... ;-) ok na yang sayo na last 2 payslips bro...

a basis of a career episode(s)]) , pero sa immi account, one payslip per job lang ang sinubmit ko, wala pa namang CO so di ko pa alam if need mag upload additional payslip evidence. ;-)

@pontsiano for my question, i was referring to payslips to be submitted to DIBP when you lodged your visa application... bale ano yung sinubmit mong payslips for visa?

Sa EA kasi, yung mga COEs ko, meron nang nakalagay na Basic Salary ko, kaya hindi na ko nag-submit pa ng payslips sa kanila...

@wizardofOz aw for the visa application bro, tig iisang payslip lng inupload ko, one random payslip from previous job then very first payslip sa current employer... since wala pa akong CO i don't know if those would already suffice, if ka-duda-duda siguro yung COE at need pa additional evidence that you're really employed, siguro hihingi pa ng additional payslips... ;-)

@wizardofOz pero since comprehensive na masyado yung COE mo kase meron nang basic salary, ok na yun, random sample na lang of payslip. ;-)

@pontsiano bro, un first company ko 1year and 9 months ako dun.. wala ako payslips dun.. . requirement ba un payslips or depends sa CO?

@karl_amogawin bro, good day. hindi talaga requirement yung payslip... for employment evidence, pinaka major-major dyan is the COE, which is comprehensive and must reflect your length of stay, duties and responsibilities, job description, job title and any promotion at all... supporting doc nlng yung payslip... that indeed you are getting paid, and the company you're working for is legit, pero COE will suffice na, as long as meron itong complete contact details of the signatory, dry seal, company logo... and must be certified true copy. ;-) hope this helps.

@pontsiano Hi thanks bro.. Gandang umaga pla. hehe lapit kana sa finish line.. Im referring to DIAC bro.. sa EA complete nman requirements ko. COE with stamp, details ng company. Inaalalala ko yun sa DIAC baka tanungin ako paano ko masusupport na nagwork ako dun wala ako payslips. hehe. maraming salamat bro! Godbless!

@karl_amogawin ah oo for the DIAC, yung sa visa application, ang nakalagay lang kase sa ImmiAccount checklist ay evidence of employment, so kahit ilang evidence pwede mo e upload but best evidence is yung COE mo because this includes your length of stay; if ever hindi pa convinced yung CO mo then hingan ka other evidences such as certificates of internal or in-house seminars, or payslips... wala kayong payslips ba?
