26.NOV.2013___Received Positive Assessment Result from EA via snail mail dated 11.Nov.2013

yung EA Positive assesment eh dated 11November so mga 21 days, halos one month nga since nag respond ako sa EA, antagal ko kaseng naka respond sa email kase nung 15October nag earthquake sa Bohol, so wala na kaming internet connection for several days...
kung wala namang shortcoming, walang delays yan, so magiging okay din yan sayo bro. #Pancit
P.S. sabi dun sa post office, mga 20 WORKING days ang snail mail from aussie to Pinas...

tanong lang po about dun sa subclass 190.. how does nomination commence? ang alam ko ilalagay mo yun sa EOI mo then ang state/territory ang mag-nominate sayo pero how will the minister know if na-nominate ka? will the state/territory declare it sa EOI mo? or will the state/territory send you a formal letter stating that you were nominated and saka mo i-lodge sa EOI?

then after nyo magkaayos dun, ininform ka ba nila beforehand through "email" na like "ok we have assessed you as Pro Eng, just wait for the letter......."?

Or nalaman mo na lang talaga yung Final Result nung dumating na yung snail mail result letter?

tas nag thank you na ako, after nun di na ako ang follow up kase sabi nila wag daw kulitin ang assessor, unless lumagpas na ng 4 months from submission of CDR, so di na ako nag email, nabalitaan ko nalang dumating na sa bahay yung snail mail... pero, if after 11November nag follow up ako kay assessor, email niya sakin na positive result, pero di niya e email yung scanned copy of the letter. parang notice lang.

@pontsiano as of now yes sir it was my 5th yr sa iisangcompany last May 2014. If nov or dec aq mkpag EOI by that time 5 yrs and 5-6mos na.

Regarding sa 3yrs exp m sa skillselect stage, may part po ba dun na imemention na part nun is proby? also, did u avail the additional assessment of EA for assessment of relative work exp? Aq ksi di qna iaavail

@danz1213 saktong 5yrs lng ba talaga yung stay mo sa company? so basically 6months probie tas 4yrs 6mos regular? tama ba? ;-)

hi @danz1213 di na ako ang avail brad ng additional assessment... tapos yung sa work experience ko, wala naman naka indicate na 6 mos probie, pero this is already understood sa lahat ng companies na date of hiring marks the start of probationary period, nagkaka differ lang sa period say 4 mos yung probie ng iba, yung iba 8 mos, pero sa COE ko, nilagay lang dun date of hiring, then date of resignation...so saktong 3yrs one month lng ako kasama na yung probie period.

Pwde po bang gumawa ng 2 career episodes in one company with one position, 7 years na po ako sa company ko holding one position plus one year experience on my previous company bale 2 engineering positions lng po ang ako. Sa booklet kc ng EA dapat 3 career episodes.

By the way, I was employed by one company before pero ang title ko is Cadet Engineer lng and hindi ko na isasama since 9months lng ako connected dun.

Hi guys, want to join the discussion.. may concern lng ako regarding my the preparation of my CDR. To date, 8 years na po ako sa power plant operations. Pwde po bang gumawa ng 2 career episodes in one company with one position, 7 years na po ako sa company ko holding one position plus one year experience on my previous company bale 2 engineering positions lng po ang ako. Sa booklet kc ng EA dapat 3 career episodes.

By the way, I was employed by one company before pero ang title ko is Cadet Engineer lng and hindi ko na isasama since 9months lng ako connected dun.

Actually pwede kahit lahat nung Career episodes mo, galing sa iisang company lang, pero i suggest iba-iba (distinct ika nga) yung each episode, for example...

-Same Position/Company, pero different projects each CDR

-Same Position/Company, pero different "responsibilities" (example design, project management, manufacturing support, etc...)

Saka each Career Episode, dapat mas-satisfy nya, if not each, at least the most of yung mga Competency Elements. Also, as much as you can, iwasan mong maging redundant yung competency element (although overlapping naman kasi yung iba)...

Pero take my advice with a grain of salt and pepper hehehehe.. Di pa naman kasi lumalabas yung result nung assessment ko so im definitely not an expert.

Hingi ka din ng advice sa iba pang members dito, maraming makakatulong sayo.

The best approach pa din is basahin at aralin mong mabuti yung requirements na nakasaad sa MSA booklet.

hi @melrose no probs with number of companies jan kase ang important is 3 distinct career episodes... yung CDR ko all 3 episodes, sa isang company lng, at first yung draft ko was one work, one thesis, one ojt, tapos, two work, one thesis, hanggang sa 3 work na, kase ang hirap e prove yung ojt and thesis, wala akong enough supporting docs, and mahirap na din e narrate,,, so i came up with 3 episodes sa one company lang, so walang problema as long as distinct itong 3 from each other. gudlak!!! ;-)

Ang problem ko kasi, sa recent job ko for almost 8 years same position lng kasi ako and I can't recall any major or distinct project na nagawa ko since nasa operations ang assignment ko..Pwde kaya gawan ko nlng ng episode ang Cadet Engineer with 9months experience ko para ma completo ang 3 career episodes ko?

@melrose, hindi naman, kase yung sa akin din is job title lang din and inclusive dates, yung ibang COE kase 2 pages sa kanila, merong detailed job description sa second page,,,sa akin wala, dun ko nilagay ang detailed job description ko sa CV... ;-) dun mo ilagay lahat ng scope of work.

@pontsiano lahat po ba nga COE dapat may detailed job description? ang nakalagay kasi sa COE ko is position lng and dates of employment walang job description..
