@nice_guy: I just called them sabi kokontakin daw ako ng assessor kasi may need pa daw sila. Hayz ano kayang kulang? Ndi pa kasi sinabi kung ano.

@bait0211 Wait mo nalang at if not that difficult, i provide mo na kagad pra ma complete assessment.
Sa akin nman walang na mention na shortcomings. Naguluhan lang kasi sabi nung friday, complete na yung assessment and for issue na yung letter. Tapos nung tumawag ako kanina to confirm kung na issue na yung letter, underway pa daw yung assessment at nasa assessor pa. Pati sa msastatus e October 13. Ang gulo nila.

@nice_guy: ganon na nga lang wait ko na lang nga ang call or email. Sana naman today na nila gawin. Darating din yan sau baka on the way na.

hi po sa lahat.ask ko lang sana kung gano katagal ang validity ng EA assessment result.like po sa ielts 2yrs po. salamat po ng marami

How long is the assessment letter valid for migration purposes?

Whilst the assessment outcome will remain valid indefinitely for Engineers Australia, our understanding is that DIBP mandates that the assessment notification be no more than 3 years old at the date of migration application.

If you require an updated letter of assessment after this time, you must apply in writing using the Admin Fee form, requesting a new letter for migration purposes. With the completed form you must:

Return the ORIGINAL assessment outcome letter. If you are not able to return the letter, then you must provide a Statutory Declaration, witnessed by a Justice of the Peace or equivalent, describing why a new letter is required.
Provide payment of the $115.50AUD administrative fee which has included the Goods and Service Tax (GST) and details of your current mailing address. Please note that if you are a resident outside Australia, the GST does NOT apply, the fee is $105.00AUD.

Question po ulit.Since ndi ako mapakali kung ano daw ang shortcoming ko sa EA when I made a call this morning. I'm thinking na baka IELTS from the testing center ang kulang kasi my frist take was in June and July naimail yung result however the CDR was received only on the 7th of October. How many days bago mag-email si assessor ng shortcoming? And if ever na IELTS ang kulang, ano po ang dapat kong ibigay yun first take ko ba ng June (though nag attach ako ng copy nito sa CDR na minail ko) or yung second take ko ng December? Thanks much!

Cenxa na I just wanted to prepare na kasi in advance, 17weeks and counting na kasi pending sa EA and feeling ko ndi na ko umusad.

@eun08: oct 3 yun sa receipt ko. Pero nadeduct ang card ko ng oct 7. Sa 7 me nagstart magcount ng weeks.

Mga kapwa eng'g. I received a reply from EA today eto sabi ng assessor ko. "Positive letter in mail today
M". Ano ibig sabihin non? Wuah! Natatakot me magreply baka sabihin ang kulit ko. What you think guys?

@bait0211 Lagpas na tayo >16 weeks, kaya di na dapat matakot mag follow-up. hehe
Maaaring positive na yung assessment mo.

Same pala tayo ng assessor. "M" as in Michael Bevan din yung nagre-reply skin.

May nagbago na ba sa status sa EA account mo. Sakin kasi "Queued for Assessment" pa rin, inaatay ko mapalitan yun ng "Assessment in Progress", sayo ano na status?

ahihihi inde masyadong halata na super excited ka @bait0211 oo @pilot_marker Dec7 ako, parang 2weeks ago eh nagrelease na sila outcome for Dec2 online application. pero ung akin ala pa din still queued for assessment... baka nga tinatapos nila lahat ng paper apps. kelan nga ba nagsimula ang online application? nov1?

Hi guys. I'm an Electrical Engineer. 3 years palang ako working sa isang Geothermal powerplant dito sa PH and this is also my first job. Okay lang ba makahingi ng sample CDR sa inyo? Di ko kasi alam paano sisimulan. Yung nakuha ko kasi sample from the net is experienced engineer na. 1 career episode = 3 years nya sa trabaho. Meron ba kayo na very simple lang yung CDR. Maganda naman work ko dito sa Pinas pero di ko talaga alam if papaano ko gagawin at sisimulan.

Working experience:
1 year cadet engineering program (Dito marami ako nagawang projects and activities from every departments na napuntahan ko)
2 years sa Operations group (Malawak yung pwede sakupin ng work ko dito kasi responsibility ko ang isang Power Plant which comprises of 2 generating units)

Marami po sana ako data. Nga lang po, hindi talaga ako marunong gumawa ng CDR. Hihingi lang po sana ng help makagawa ng CDR. Wala kasi talaga ako alam paano tamang diskarte dito. If possible, from those members na kunti lang din experience katulad ko pero maganda yung naging assessment sa EA. Of course, gusto ko rin po na medyo maganda assessment ng EA ko baka sakali makatulong sa paghahanap ko ng work sa Oz.

Mas maganda rin po sana kung meron dyan katulad ko na galing from Generating Plants.
