@JClem - Sir does it mean na ang ipprovide mong evidence of work experience is the one you have submitted during your skills assessment? Pede kaya ung updated na kasi 6 months ago pa ung COE ko and I got a new one, sayang naman ung 6 months.

hi! parang wala pong employment verification, kasi wala naman po nabanggit yung HR ng employer ng hubby ko. my hubby actually is the main applicant..

Hi po! Girl po ako. Anyway, you can submit both documents. Like yung ginawa ko, sinend ko sa DIAC yung sinubmit ko for skills assessment. Then after mga 6 months din yun, humingi ako ng updated na COE sa HR namin and then sinubmit ko din sya.

ask ko lang po... since online, bali puros mga docs lang ang pinasa nyo online tapos wala ng hardcopy na kelangan ipadala sa DIAC? salamat po sa sasagot. tia

kelangan ko pa ba magprovide ng COE ng new company ko? at isama ko sa pag-upload?

Yes, you just need to upload all of your scanned documents in the online storage linked to your application. you will recieve instructions after you filed your online application. You must scan all original documents in color, and for photocopies, you must have these certified as true copy from original by a notary public.

Yes, you need to submit a CoE representing your new company, because you will indicate this in the online application and it needs to be documented. It does not matter if its not included in the ACS assessment, they will see in the dates that your new job is already after the assessment.

yung previous company ko kasi, wala pakong COE, statutory declaration ang ginawa ko dati...
ngayon na wala nako dun, kelangan ba na COE na ang ipasa ko kasi nga wala na naman ako dun?

Yup, SOP yan that for so long as you are cleared with your previous company, then they will issue you a CoE. For your new company, you may prepare a statutory declaration or try to request for CoE from HR, baka they will issue you one..

Hi @Bryann! Update mo pa din. Yung date lang naman usually nababago. Proof din yun na you have worked or you're working for 12 months within the last 24 months na nag-aapply ka for visa. Ganun ginawa ko, same with my husband.

may nakaexperience na ba na magexpire yung saved application mo after the day after? Twice na kasi ako nagcreate ng draft, but the next day palaging unrecognized yung password/id ko, so I am assuming they are clearing the draft applications after some time.

Alam ko po nage-expire after 28 days if hindi po pa ni-lodge yun application. Nabasa ko po siya sa online application site.

Twice din sakin nangyari yan yung time na maglolodge na kami ng application kahit sure akong tama naman yung password ko. Inis pa nga ako nun kasi medyo tedious din magfillout ng application form so inulit ko na naman. Ang worry ko pa nun is baka pag nagbayad na ko biglang maging unrecognized. Buti naman hindi kasi once naman na marecognized na sya hindi na sya mawawala basta within 28 days mabayaran mo na application fee.

Yes meron naman email acknowledgment. Usually marereceive mo sya within the day or the following working day. Yun lang sana walang power failure.

After mo mag-lodge ng application, may site ka na pwedeng puntahan and maglogin using ur transaction reference number and some other personal identifiable information. Sa page na yun, nandun yung ilang documents regarding your application like payment receipt.

Ang kaylangan siguraduhin na isave after lodging application, bago iclose ang window is yung summary ng application mismo pag nireview mo na... wala kasing copy na ipoprovide nun sayo be it via email or dun sa sinasabi kong webpage...

Di ko nasave yung ganon ko dati, so naglog pa ako ng inquiry para lang bigyan ako ng copy hahaha!

Regarding sa power fluctuation, or intermittent internet connection sa pagsubmit ng payment, pag pumasok ang payment, marerecognize dapat yun ng DIAC since sila ang nakikipaginteract sa card issuer for transaction authorization... so kahit magbrownout, basta nasubmit successfully sa DIAC yung application mo, tutuloy at tutuloy dapat yung payment...

Try mo maglog ng inquiry, baka sakaling pwede nila igenerate ulit yung email na yun... Gaya nung comment ko kay bryann sa taas, ang hindi ko nasave is yung summary ng application ko hahaha, and sa awa ng dyos nabigyan naman ako ng kopya nung naglog ako ng inquiry

Nwy, @icebreaker1928, kahit di ka na magpacredit increase ayos lang! mag-advance payment ka na lang. Yung ginawa ko, 50k lang yung credit limit ng credit card ko. so nag-advance payment ako sa credit card ko ng 90k para sakto na 140k yung pwedeng i-credit sa card ko. Ayun! Okay naman, walang problema. Nakapag-bayad na ko sa DIAC gamit yung card.

@Bryann, oo nga, halos nasa ganung range nga yung nabayaran ko. so safe na ang 140k.
