@mimaahk, nga pala, suggestion, (gaya ng sinuggest ni @JClem kay @katlin924), pag iniscan mo into PDF, try to group yung mga docs, like kung puro proof of overseas work experience, isang pdf mo nalang yung mga COEs/Reference Letter. Payslips, save mo nalang din into another PDF. Same with qualifications, Diploma, TOR etc, sa isang PDF nalang. Good luck!

Oks thanks sa suggestion, ganyan nalang din gawin ko ...btw may sinubmit ba kayong statdec sa ACS before? pano kaya sa DIAC need to submit copy of supporting docs din ba and statdec for proof of overseas work experience?

yup, I submitted a stat dec to ACS during my Skills Assessment to support my employment claims to a company that has closed due to merger. Unlike other docs that I mentioned to you na ala ako copy, may 3 copies ako ng stat dec ko na pinanotaryo, may natira pa sa akin na copy(2), though na state dun sa one part ng stat dec na "for the purpose of skills assessment with ACS", sinumbmit ko nalang din (scanned).. di na ako gumawa ng bago since hinihingi lang din naman nila ay "copy" of what we submitted for skills assessment. kung ala na copy na natira sa iyo. panotaryo ka nalang ulit ng bagong stat dec..

@onesilvertwo, you have list of docs needed after you paid the application? Dba nag-ssend ng email? Ano ano ung mga docs na kailangan besides Form80 at FOrm1221?

Hi Guys,

I have a number of questions sa application process.

1. Other names you are known by (or something like it). Ano yung dapat ilagay dito if I don't really have other "legal" names? Pwede bang surname + nickname?

2. Sa attached docs, kelangan pa ba certified true copy, or red ribbon, or yung colored scazn ng original doc will do?

@itchan, para saang form yung question number 1? sa Form 1221 and Form 80? I am not sure about this but I just indicated NA since I don't have other Legal names aside from what is written in the passport (Fname, Mname, Lname). It would be applicable for married women, since they have the maiden name and name after marriage.

You just need to scan the original (colored would be better). For my case, that's what I did.

Thanks onesilvertwo! di ko macheck yung form ID itself (blocked kasi dito sa office un immigration site pero hindi blocked and pinoyau nyahah) pero para sa siubclass 175 yun hehehe. Thanks sa advice! Gonna put N/A din

@itchan, nga pala, kung online application yung finifill-upan mo, no need to indicate NA, the system will automatically ignore the field if they are not mandatory. So walang validation, you can proceed with the next page. kung yung Forms naman, indicate mo nalang na NA.

Just lodged my online application. Pero di ko pa na-attach yung 1221 at yung 180.

Kinakabahan ako kung tama yung ginawa ko.. @JClem at @onesilvertwo, paki confirm naman!

When I lodged the application, I attached the required documents (yung basic). Then I click on Exit. Tama bang ni-click kong exit? Nagawa ko na naman kse lahat ng dapat gawin. Yung iba naman to follow. Pero ang worry ko is wala akong nakuhang email from them. Atat lang ba ako or I need to worry na? Hahaha!

Isip ko yung sinasabi nyong acknowledgment email eh. Tapos diba to follow yung forms 80 at 1221? Bakit di ko naman nakita yun dun sa application ko? waaah.. (

@katlin924, you will receive it the next day. I got mine the following day lang. dun mo makita yung checklist na kasama yung forms 1221 and 80.

Actually, yung iba ang sabi lang nila mandatory isubmit ay ung checklist na nakita mo, upon completing the online application. other forms will be requested on a later date.

actually yung akin di ko pa naatach, dami kasi fill-upan. haha! pag ala ako sa mood magsulat mag pupuro bura lang yung form. hehe. But I am planning to attach it bsta matapos ko, though I am not rushing for the 28 days since I have already attached the basic reqts.

Don't worry much, your email confirmation will come later. Tama naman ginawa mo. Pay, Confirm, Attach, Exit. Ako last time, Exit after the confirmation agad, nagopen nalang ako ng link to attach the docs ulit. Check your status, makikita mo, may wording na "processing commenced" = lodgement date. may link din to see your payment receipt, also on the online tracking/status inquiry...

Anyway, same kami ni @onesilvertwo. After we filled out the online application, next is pay, confirm, attach, exit or cancel form (X). Yung forms 80 and 1221, nasa email sya nakalista. Parang ganito din marereceive mo na acknowledgment sa email na you provided in your application, kaya check mo sya parati. So most likely today makareceive ka na.


DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

- copy of passport Personal Particulars/Photograph(bio-data) page;
- IELTS English Test Report Results;

have applied for an onshore GSM visa);
- satisfactory skills assessment for your nominated occupation.
Please include all evidence of work experience you used to obtain this
assessment. If you applied for an onshore GSM visa please also
provide evidence of when you applied for your skills assessment
- overseas police clearances (if you have applied for an onshore GSM
visa) - you must provide a police clearance certificate from each
country where you have lived for a total of 12 months or more in the
last 10 years. These 12 months are calculated cumulatively, not
consecutively. The Character Requirements Penal Clearance
Certificates form (formerly known as form 47P) provides
country-specific instructions on how to obtain a police clearance and
is available on the department's website:
http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/.

If you have applied for an offshore GSM visa, your case officer will
contact you when you need to undertake health and character checks.

TIMEFRAME FOR RESPONSE

Where applicable you must provide all additional documents (identified

Salamt ng marami @onesilvertwo at @JClem.. yup, I got their confirmation email this morning. Atat lang ako. Kala ko kse mali yung ginawa ko. Hahaha! Sayang pala at nagpa-renew na ko kagad ng passport. Pwede naman palang mag-send ng change of details if ever. Hmpf. Oh well, hayaan na lang natin. At least til 2016 na ung passport ko..

@Katlin, tamang-tama lang na renewed na yung passport mo para at least bawas na sa iisipin mo. At saka baka bigla kung kelan mo kelangan dun magkaproblem sa pagpaparenew ng passport. O di ba sa 2016 sa AU ka na paparenew.

Anyhow, I have a question about police clearance...

I read somewhere kasi na 1 year lang ang validity ng police clearance (ata?) or basta may expiration hahaha... So dun sa case ng clearance from another country na tumira ka for more than a year or so, magaapply pa ba yun 1 year validity if say, matagal na akong nakabalik ng pinas and no plans to go back to that country probably until after maapprove and aussie visa?

so bottomline, pwede na kaya akong magrequest ng police clearance from dun sa ibang country na tumira ako more than a year as early as now (ni hindi ko pa nalolodge ang application ko hahaha - excited much) knowing na di na ako babalik dun muna in the foreseeable future?

Hi @Itchan! Here's what I got from the GSM's booklet:

In order for the Australian Government to determine whether you are of good character, you may be asked to provide police certificates for each country you have resided in for 12 months or more over the last 10 years, including Australia.

So I think you still need to obtain police clearance sa bawat bansa na tumira ka for more than 12 months within the last 10 years. Check mo na lang baka pwede ka naman makapagrequest online para di ka na babalik dun. Yung NBI clearance natin is valid sya for one year. I'm not sure with other countries. Baka less or more than 1 year.

On your question if pwede ka na magrequest sa ibang country, the best people to answer that is mga applicants who have work experience abroad. @unanimous21 might be able to help. I volunteer him. Or I believe si @aolee din. Hehe! Dito lang kasi ko sa Pinas.

@JClem, di ko napansin na pati pala sa ibang bansa na tinirahan for the past10 years. It's also my concern. Siguro kung from other countries/outside Philippines, you can get from the Philippine Embassy (I am not sure about this, will start asking about this)...

@itchan, bakit di mo try itanong sa embassy nung country na iyon na nandiyan sa pinas. malay mo you can get it from/through their office.

Meeting the character requirement for temporary and permanent migration

For the Australian Government to determine whether you are of good character, you may be asked to provide police certificates for each country you have lived in for 12 months or more over the last ten (10) years since turning 16.

If you are applying outside Australia, you do not have to provide this information when you apply. You will be advised when it is required.

If you are applying in Australia, you should provide this information with your application.

Instructions for providing character-related information are included in the health and character section of the Partner, Child, Parent and Other Family booklets which are available from this website

Subject to availability, you can obtain a printed copy from a migration office in Australia or overseas for a minimal cost.

In short, for those applying outside of AU, send only police clearances from other countries where you have lived for more than 12 months within the last 10 years IF and ONLY WHEN it is required by DIAC. So @Itchan, don't apply muna for a police clearance unless you're case office requires you to do so. Same lang din naman sakin, I'll wait for the advise ng CO kung kelangan na namin kumuha.

Hi guys, di pa ako ngtanong sa embassy but found out na pwede naman magapply online but would take around 12 weeks or so para matanggap ang local requests so prolly longer for international hahaha! BTW, excited lang si ako haha, gusto ko kasi syang ipre-empt... Maybe 5 months into the waiting period ko na gagawin hahaha!

Hanubayan excited na ako magsimula din ang wait time.. 3 days to IELTS result bwahahaha! Sana di ko na kaylangan umulit, 4 ps3 titles din yun a...

Haha, sorry malabo sagot ko... para sa police clearance yun sa ibang country na nagstay ka for 12 months or more... at least for that specific country na nag-stay ako, 12 weeks yung waiting period para sa request ng police clearance online, kung local yung delivery address... pag international, mas mahaba pa ata hehehe...
