Ya thats what i think also kasi sa passport given name is yung first name lang. So hindi ko na lang lagay yung middle name sa application.

Naku @Bryann, kung ako sayo mag-practice ka n nga mag-fill up ng form. hehehe. nahirapan nga ako nung nag-lodge ako ng application eh. kinakabahan kung tama ba ang pinag-sasasagot ko dun. hehe, mahirap na ma-TY yung pinambayad natin.

ako naman i need clarification on the scanned documents. i read sa ibang forums (britishexpats and pomsinoz) na pag colored scanned copy ng original documents no need na i-CTC. but for black and white scanned copy ng original documents dapat CTC yung documents. ganito rin ba ginawa ninyo?

Ginawa ko po, if un original document is talagang fully black and white; (wala man lang letterhead, etc), ginagawa ko yun signature ko or nun kung sino man pipirma, is colored. Hehe. Meron talaga ako dala blue pen para yun gamitin pampirma. Para pag scan, meron color. Hindi siya mukhang photocopied. Meron lang ako nabasa na suggestion ng ganito from a fellow member, kaya ginawa ko na din.

@bryann mukhang ganito nga ang ginagawa ng karamihan sa scanned docs. Wala pa naman ako nabasa so far na dapat CTC lahat ng docs regardless if its colored or black and white. Ganito na rin siguro gawin ko mahal kasi magpa-CTC dito may iba sumisungil ng 50sgd per page! Anyway most of my scanned docs may CTC naman meron lang mga naiwan na docs na di na-CTC.

I believe, pwede yan. Walang validity period ang CTC.

@lifehouse28, ang mahal naman magpa-CTC dyan sa SG. Pipirma lang naman sila! Hmpf. Nwys, yup i-scan mo n lng ang original tapos pag photocopy or black and white yung doc, saka ka n lng pa-CTC.

^ mahal pala sa SG magpa CTC... buti pa dito kahit tambay, lasengo, labandera pede pumirma ng notaryo at opis nila e sa ilalim lang ng puno ng manga heheheh joke lang

pinadala mo ba thru courier or scan then email na lang?

Yup although hindi pa namin ginagawa, yun na yun supporting documents for that. Marriage certificate and Birth certificate. Kasi tinanong na namin sa university yun, maiden name daw talaga hindi nila babaguhin to married name. Hehehe.

sa Form 80, at "places ere you have lived", kelangan pa ba indicate each address in the specific country where you lived, if you changed address quite often in that country? In my case for example, I have moved alot here in Singapore, so kelangan ilist lahat? Or pede indicate ko na lang yung latest address?

I think nakalagay dun diba, where you have lived for 12 months or more in the last 10 years. Tama po ba? So you can move alot, like ako meron months na out of the country ako, pero hindi ko na kailangan ilagay since hindi ako tumira dun ng 12 months or more.

Ang purpose naman po yata nun is more on the police clearance. If you lived in 1 country for more than 12 months, kailangan mo kumuha ng police clearance from that country just to assure them na hindi ka law offender.

@Bryann nope dude I am not referring sa online application. That one you don't need to put a specific address in a country. Sa Form 80, question no. 45, you have to 'list in chronological order, the addresses of the places where you have lived during the last 10 years.' may mga addresses kasi ako here where I stayed only for less than a year, so pano kaya yun..

Hi lifehouse28, yung amin linagay ko lahat ng address since birth, kahit less than 12 months pa. minsan daw kasi hihingi sila sa country ng PCC mo kahit less than 12 months ka nag stay. nabasa ko sa ibang forum. kaya iyun...
