like I said, invited ka na. You dont need to worry. There will be no changes per se for SOL and CSOL. In fact there will be additional job codes.

may isang member po kasi dito na nung nagfile na sila nang eoi or state sponsorship for WA hinihingian daw nang financial declaration for WA

When you apply for ss you will be asked kng mgkano ang funds available mo. Each state may requirement kng mgkno dapat. May ibang state na hihingan ka ng proof na may ganon pera ka talaga. If im not mistaken ung queensland ata. Pero sa victoria and south australia d na humingi ng proof nung ng funds but still be ready lang cuz theu might ask for it.

Invited and nakalodged na kayo di po ba? (Based sa timeline nio). indi na po po kayo affected ng kahit anong changes sa regulation. unless specifically stated sa regulation which is very unlikely.

Depende po sa nominated occupation, saka total points ninyo. May mga nominated occupation na mataas ang demand na kahit 60 points e sa next invitation right away naiinvite pa din. Pero for example kasama ka sa mga mga may high number of application, kung 60 points ka lang e advisable ang 190, wherein may additional din na 3 months for Vic processing. ACT po is 5 or 6 months na ata. which field of engineering po ba kayo?

may narinig kasi ako na matagal mag invite sa Analyst Programmer pag 60 lang ang points eh. Gusto ko lang sana malaman if pwede I-update yung EOI to 190 in case di ako makareceive ng invite agad for 189.

Gusto lang din sana malaman kung pwede ako mag apply ng SS kahit wala pa sa EOI ko yung 190 then cancel ko na lang yung SS in case mainvite ako sa 189.

medium availability na agad ang Sys Ad bakit ganun huhuhu
2nd option ko pa naman sya , after ng NSW.

Got this update from SA:

SA has announced that Planning levels (quotas) will now be calculated at the time the application for state nomination is submitted rather than time of decision.

This means that if an occupation is currently ‘available’ when the application is submitted, it will be assessed under the ‘available’ occupation criteria. This means that the applicant’s application will no longer be refused under the reason on planning levels.

So my suggestion is, submit your application asap :-)

@raiden14 Eyyy nag apply na po ba kayo NSW? Third backup ko pa naman SA pag di umokey VIC tsaka NSW...Balak ko sana pa assess Sys Ad if wala pa rin comp network sa SNOL ng NSW... :S

The demand for occupations in the ACT will be reviewed in August 2014, and an updated list will be published here. We are unable to provide information about which occupations will be open, limited or closed in the updated list until the analysis of demand is undertaken and the list is published.

@bebang - di paako nag apply sa SA . eligible na ako mag apply. Pero priority ko talaga ang NSW kasi andun lahat ng opportunity for my field. Pwede kaya mag create ako ng EOI for SA then create another one for NSW? Bawal daw kasi eh. Pero para panigurado lang sana.

@raiden14, pag nag create ka ng EOI, you can select which states you would like to get SS from So create ka na ng EOI.

@bookworm, may EOI na ako, but SA is matampuhin. Its indicated that in your EOI, you have to choose SA only, its a requirement else baka di sila magsponsor. Kaya ang naisip ko is to create a new one for SA. Kasi yun current EOI ko is for NSW.
