@LovellaEllen Don't update your QLD EOI. Instead submit new/separate EOIs for each state na aapplyan mo. Most states prefer this anyway. So gawa ka lang bagong EOI, you can use the same email.

Hi @sicntyrd thanks for replying po but I know i have to submit a new one but I dont know how.. have you tried it before? Please advise me how to do it po.. tingnan mo screenshot ko, wala nman option to submit new EOI.. Should I create new account sa skill select?

Hi! yan din ang dilemma ko sa pagllodge ngayon..kasi natatakot ako ilagay yung current employment ko na hindi naman naasess, kahit na tinick ko na “not claiming points”..although meron naman ako mapapakita payslips, baka maghingi ng COE eh bago lang ako sa company for sure iba iisipin nila bakit ako nagrrequest nun hehe yung sayo ba anong naging result?pumayag naman ba ung CO?salamat sa reply

wala pa yung result, pero nakuha ko na paano mag submit nag multiple EOIs for 190.. Sa akin kasi may assessment yung nilagay ko na experience so I'm not sure.. For me, hindi ko sinali yung experience ko dati 11 years ago kasi hindi naman na assess yun.. baka kasi if sinali ko ang daming tanong ng CO.. So I only indicated po yung experience na may assessment para iwas complications..

@LovellaEllen tama yan po mas mainam na yung experience mo na ilagay pag nag LOG ka ng visa or create ka ng EOI is base sa assesment unless after assestment mo nag change ka ng company then kilangan mo e include yun as a present employer and NO claiming points. meron din kasi bandang huli pag invited ka na sa immiaacount pag nag log ka if this is your current employement.. kaya make sure read it carefuly and understand....ang CO they are very cleaver na mag ask ng question for each detail...cheers

@gandara I'm one of the applicants noon naka receive ng pre-invite sa VIC but after waiting 4 months walang ng yari po sorry to tell mahigpit competition sa VIC.. we have same points 65+5 and same profession like you. I'm not dsicourage you in VIC but the chances are very less.

I have suggestion, if hindi ka nmn namimili ng state try Queensland sa Mechanical Engineer mabilis ma invite ones you are registered RPEQ sa QLD within 1 or 2 weeks me invite ka na then after 2 weeks ITA na recieve mo ang challenge d2 first come first serve..kaya sa ngaun if you want just google it and register your profession as RPEQ thru EA, NER path... advise dont involve any agent to your registration since agent is about $$$$$..

@aron_drn agree with sir aron di mo alam talaga paanu si vic mag invite wala din valid reason if ma reject if approved man swerte na rin kaya kami ng apply din sa act then once mag open qld for CE mag aaplay din kami. Bsta apply lng ng apply hehe sa huli maiinvite din tayo lahat.

@steven Iba-iba requirements per state. May states that require it, may states na ang nirerequire lang ay financial declaration but not actual proof and may states na hindi humihingi.

Hi po! Sa pagsubmit ba ng EOI for 190, chinecheck nyo ba muna kung open yung job code nyo for the particular state na aapplayan nyo or basta na lang kayo naglodge ng EOI without checking? Thank you!

@steven @maguero all states/territories require fund maintenance for 190 nomination except for NSW. From my experience handling cases, the state/territory we’ve applied to have not asked for fund maintenance evidence but I do tell my clients to always be ready should they be asked to provide such supporting docs. I would advise you the same thing as well.

Hello, may question lang ako about leaving the state temporarily pero destination is within Aussie. So for example nominated kami by Vic but one of the visa grantees eh need pumunta sa SA for a short period (around 1 - 2 months) pero yung main applicant will remain in Vic, will this be allowed?

@neteng Hi for visa190 anyware of the sponsored state, for visa489 must live and work in regional sponsored state.

Hi po, newbie po kami for visa application. My husband is applying for state nomination. IT po work nya dito then ang nakita nyang work na pede sa kanya is Systems Analyst. Then may nakita kmi para magdagdagan ung points kelangan magpa-assess sa ACS. Nagbayad na po kmi ng 400AUD sa kanila then nagsubmit na ng mga required documents.

First reply nila may mga kulang na docs which are:
•copy of resume
•certified copy of passport
•certified copy of bachelor degree certificate
•certified copy of complete academic transcript
•certified copy of detailed employer reference for work experience

Then inasikaso na nmin lahat ng kelangan nila. Nagpunta na kmi sa dfa at sa lahat ng past and current company nya. Sinend na ulit nmin before their due date.

Tapo nagreply ulit sila ng “None of the documents you uploaded meets our requirements” so sobrang nalungkot kmi kasi parang sayang ung binayad nmin. Sabi nila dapat daw may word na “certified true copy of the original”, signature of the certifying person, date signed and name of certifying person, title of certifying person.

Question po, kasi dba usually kpag magiissue company ng certification ganito lng wordings nila, “This is to certify that .... This certification is being issued upon the request of .. for visa application purposes. May format po kasi bwat company, the ung sa Ctc ng passport sa DFA na kmi mismo kumuha, ndi rin nila tinanggap. May naklagay nman na “This is to certify that based on Department’s Passport Database, Philippine passpprt was issued to... This is to further certify that the attached copy is a certified true copy of the page of PP No.

May mapapayo po ba kayo kung ano pede nmin gawin? Balak po kasi nmin magsulat na lng ng explanation letter na valid at un ung format ng mga companies for certification letter.

@sparkfire suggest ko rin po na basahin nyo yung guidelines ng ACS sa mismong website nila for migration assessment. Ang ibig po nilang sabihin na "Certified True Copy of the Original" is dapat yung sinend nyo na mga COE (work references) na PDF copy is naverify talaga na copy talaga ng original document. Iba ito dun sa "This is to certify" na statement kasi yun is sinasabi ng employer na naging employee ka talaga sa company na yun. Usually sa mga nag nonotaryo (pero hindi lahat) nag tatatak sila sa mga documents ng certified true copy provided na dala nyo yung original. Mga notarial services lang po alam ko pwede mag certify na true copy yung mga COE, hindi lang ako sure kung may iba pa. About sa passport I guess ok na yung ginawa na certification ng DFA.
