You can access occupations that appear as ‘Special conditions apply’ on the State Occupation List if you meet the requirements listed under one of the following categories:
If you are international graduate of South Australia, visit International Graduate Occupation and Waiver Requirements.
If you have an immediate family member permanently residing in South Australia, see Chain Migration requirements.
If you have been working in a skilled occupation in South Australia for the last 12 months, visit Working 12 months or more in South Australia to see if you are eligible.
Once the number of nominations for an occupation meets its planning level (quota) the occupation status becomes ‘special conditions’. Immigration SA is able to offer a limited number of nominations for occupations listed as special conditions apply. Planning levels apply to all occupations and availability is subject to change. Priority will be given to applicants based on length of employment in South Australia.
I think theres no problem submitting application for sponsorship kahit naka specail conditions apply pero you can just wait total 1 month na lang mahigit July 1 na

Need advice which job to nominate. For Vetassess.Bachelor of Business Admin grad, with 18 educ units and LET passer. Nagwork ako partime 20 hrs per wk as Marketing Officer from 1999-2012, then, naging teacher din for 1 yr 2005. QA rin ako dati from BPO for 4 yrs 2006-2010. Now, dito kmi family sa S korea and naging English teacher for 2 yrs.
Pwede ko ba i-nominate ang Marketing post? Naisip ko yun ang mas related sa degree ko, or Teacher ?I emailed vetassess re this pero they said they are not in the position to recommend.
I will appreciate your views or input on this. Salamat po.

1. if you need points to get to 60
nominate the job where you got the most years of experience. does not matter if this nominated job is not inline with your academic qualifications.
you still get points for both (education) and (work experience).
2. if you have enough points
then nominate the job where you will have the best chance to get the state sponsorship (e.g. Teachers are in demand in certain States)

State nomination requirements include:
1.Commitment to South Australia – You need to commit to living and working in South Australia for two years from when you arrive, with a view to long-term settlement.
2.Age – under 50 years at the time of nomination
3.Occupation – this must be listed on the State Nominated Occupation List as available. Access to a supplementary occupation list and ‘special conditions apply’ occupations are available in some circumstances
4.Skills Assessment – a positive General Skilled Migration skills assessment from the relevant authority
5.Work experience – at least one year of skilled work experience in the last three years. Some occupations have a higher work experience requirement. If you are an international graduate of South Australia, you may be able to access a work experience waiver
6.English – ability to meet Immigration SA’s minimum English language requirement for your occupation. If you are a passport holder or citizen of the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada or New Zealand, you don’t need to provide an English test result
7.Financial capacity – sufficient funds to settle in South Australia.
8.SkillSelect Expression of Interest (EOI) - you need to have an EOI which meets the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) criteria and Immigration SA nomination requirements.
In this case kailangan mo mga payslip, cert of employment, etc to prove yong work experience mo..since medyo kaunti siguro yong needed sa skill mo, i suggest kung ready na lahat docs mo, apply for sponsorship pagpatak ng July 1 kung refreshed na ang state occupations list ( take note of the hour diff para macheck mo agad)
