Hi all, just wondering if anyone else has passed an application this feb? Mine was received this feb 18, medicals sent off feb 25.

Hi Evea! Lodged mine last 26th of Feb, finished medicals March 8. Clinic submitted medicals to DIBP on 10th of March. No email since. Haven't called up for follow-ups din.

@hannahbugs hi! Did you get an agent? I think it's just the waiting game now anyway, me too.. haven't heard anything from them since then..

@evea hello! we did not get an agent kinaya ko naman mag collate ng files namin ni fiance! hehe! how about you? yup, waiting game na tayo nyan! pero mauuna ka makakuha ng CO kasi mas maaga ka nag submit! on the way na siguro sayo!

@hannahbugs we got an agent kasi parang overwhelming ang process. Well at least it's april na. Month 2! Tell me if you hear anything

@evea Naku girl super overwhelming talaga! haha! parang hindi na matatapos! ) pero once I got the hang of it, tuloy-tuloy na tapos nakaka-OC din especially nung day na ilolodge ko na! Nakakamiss din actually nung natapos haha! Kelan ang wedding niyo?

@hannahbugsWow. Well at least tapos na yung requirements part. Wedding is october 17 in Sydney pero flexible naman yung date. Ikaw kelan? And may preparations ka na? Kasi ang hirap pag hindi sure yung date. Sabi ng agent 3 to 9 months ang average waiting time ngayon.

@evea ours will be on november 21 praying to have the visa granted by then! Haha! Yeah, we started but we're not going far on the preps. Eyeing for venues and taking down ideas. DIY wedding namin girl hehe, on a budget kami kasi we wanna splurge on the rings and honeymoon. Diba? Hehe!

@hannahbugs where in Australia? Hopefully visa is approved soon im very excited. We'll have a small wedding in Australia then hopefully bigger wedding in phils later on. Where will you have your honeymoon?

@Jonjie1322 hello! Tourist visas may have a condition of "no further stay" meaning hindi ka pwede mag apply ng kahit anong visa while you are in australia, married or not. Also, celebrants in australia need a one month notice prior to the wedding. So hindi rin kayo agad agad maikakasal especially kung one month din lang ang binigay ng embassy sa iyo. Personally, I suggest mag fiance visa ka na lang muna. Mas sure iyon and less hassle

@hannahbugs wow we haven't planned our honeymoon much yet. Hmmm some of my relatives live there already pero we'll probably apply for a tourist visa for immediate family lang. Is your family going to aus for your wedding?

@Jonjie1322 it's better if you apply for a fiance visa here kasi mas mahirap yung tourist visa tapos partner. It's more expensive din kasi kapag partner visa in aus from tourist and yung mga requirements mostly dito kukunin.

Yes that's right! @Jonjie1322 you can visit her naman in Australia even if you are under PMV. Just make sure you are in pinas once the PMV is granted.

@evea ang cool naman! Sa Mount Druitt sila fiance. Pero we are planning to move near his work area sa Ryde. Pero shempre that's after the wedding pa, so dun muna ako sa house nila for the time being. Preparing for the move? Not yet! hahaha! feeling ko kase matagal-tagal pa ang waiting game namin.

@hannahbugs mabilis lang yan almost may na! So parang month 3 na natin I'm excited pero sometimes stressful din yung waiting game kasi hindi mo alam kung anong result or when =( oh well hopefully our visa will be APPROVED soon.

How many stat dec you passed?

@juan I submitted 4 stat dec ata (i applied offshore so kung onshore 5 un) eto yung pagkakatanda kong sinubmit ko

1. Stat dec of partner regarding relationship
2. Stat dec of partner for our son to travel
3. 2 stat dec of supporting witness in relation to partner visa

Pero may cases ata na pwede pa yan madagdagan depende sa situation so dapat check mo din yung checklist for partner visa

@juan hello! For your fiance, she needs at least two stat decs (composed by an oz cit). For you naman, i forgot na yung minimum, pero sakin kasi 4 stat decs yung pinaprepare ko sa mga friends and relatives namin ng fiance ko dito sa Pinas
