My question pa ko. If incase maging positive yung assessment ko for ICT support engineer, ibig savhin hindi ako pwede pumasok ng ibang trbaho if magrant ang Visa.. plano ko kc if incase nasa australia na ko (thinking positive.. hehehe) i2loy ko yung Cisco ko..

@Xiaomau82 sad to say nawawala ung COE ko dun kasama ng TOR dahil sa pag move namin sa ibang haus, kaya kumuha uli ako sa school ng another copy of TOR. pero ok ung suggestion mo bro, saka oks lang ba sabihin ko sa PLDT na sila na lang magbigay ng COE then pa statutory ko na lang ung superior ko dun?

Pwde din po. Dapat consistent lng ung details.

1.My problem is pano po kung close na yung dating company sa pinas. Sino po pwede pumirma ng CoE.
2. Nabasa ko rin po kelangan ipanotaryo ang ang CoE, what if nasa abroad?
3. Nalilito rin po ako kung anong skill ang inonominate ko. 263111 - Computer Network and Systems Engineer or 263212 - ICT Support Engineer? I have 5 years experience as IT Helpdesk in Philippines and 3 years NOC Engineer in Doha (which is my current job) Currently yung job ko ngyn is more on system and network monitoring and escalations.

1) nakakuha ka ba ng coe before u left the company? If yes, provide that plus statutory declaration from your former supervisor or boss or colleague na alam ung work mo.
2) required ang certified copies kahit asa abroad. Pero if the stat dec for example is to be signed by someone from pinas, then ung notary dapat fr pinas pinas din.
3)mas ok ung 263111(comp network and systems engr) since asa csol cya than 263212 mhirpn k later on mghnp ng state to sponsor u.

@Xiaomau82 thanks! update lang sa pagkuha ko ng COE, as per PLDT indi daw sila pede magbigay ng COE na under agency so buti na lang at alam pa nila ung agency ko though nag search ako indi sila ma contact and wala na dun sa alam ko na office. So ok lang ba na PLDT pa rin lagay ko sa Resume ko kahit ang COE is pangalan ni agency? pero sabi naman ni agency lalagay daw nila na nag work ako sa PLDT.

sa mga nag pa notaryo na, ok lang ba na scan copy ung ibigay ko sa nag papa notaryo? meaning indi ung original copy? kasi ung HR ng previous company ko is from overseas and ni send lang trough email.

1. Opo nkakuha ako ng CoE sa previous company ko. So it means sir kelangan ko po umuwi ng pinas pra magpanotaryo Statutory declaration from my boss?
2. How about po yung sa current employer ko dito sa Doha. Nbsa ko po na pwede magpanotaryo sa embassy. Tama po b?
3. Since ako po yung main applicant, yung wife ko po hinde n kelangan magpa asses dba? IELTS n lng?

Need pa rin ng IELTS or English Test, Functional level lang at kung ayaw mo naman papakuha ng English test pwede din naman yun lang magbabayad ka ng AUD 4890

Guys, ask ko lang, kung mag papa assess ako sa ACS ng work experience, ito ba mga need ko

1. TOR
2. Diploma
3. COE

Hardcopy ba ipapasa sa kanila or soft copy? Tapos need ba na certified true copy kung hard copy at soft copy?

How about kung original ibigay ko, need paba ng certified true copy? Then babalik paba yung mga documents na pina assess ko?

@warquezho no need to send hardcopy sa acs.lahat upload online. Pa notarized mo lahat docs including passport mo.ung coe mo dpat ma-meet nya ung requirements ng acs

Yup thanks! Nabasa ko nga sa ACS website. Ask ko lang, diba sa SG kayo? Sa SG ba kayo nag pa notarize? Sa embassy kasi mahal eh, san kayo nag pa notarize?

@warquezho yup sg me.. Andrew ee..malapit sa funan..by appointment..5 sgd sa 1st page of the doc then 2sg sa succeeding pages.per doc 5sgd ang unang page

question po ulit, para dun sa mga nag-submit ng statutory declaration. yung 1st company ko medyo ndi flexible yung COE nila and yung mga need na details ng ACS hindi reflected sa COE, so mag statutory declaration ako. question, yung signatory ba dapat andun pa din nagwowork sa 1st company? or pwede akong kumuha from a manager na nakawork ko nun sa 1st company ko pero now nasa ibang company na? thanks po sa mga sasagot.

@wingleaf Yung scanned copy yung pina CTC ko pero I brought the original kasi kailangan nila to double check with the original.

So happy bilis lumabas ng ACS result, Oct 18 we submitted today we have na a suitable result

@kittykitkat18 Sis question naman. I am helping a friend na BS ECE din cia from Mapua tapos ung ANZSCO nya na gagamitin e 263111, if ECE grad ba e no need na for RPL?

@mgt21 suggest ko lang na bigay mo sa 1st company mo ung COE template ng ACS para may idea sila kung ano ung gagawin sa COE. para wala ng statutory declaration.

wag kana umuwi, ala ba pwede magpanotaryo sayo para sa pinas? tas pascan mo na lang ung document since ang acs namn e online submission lng. if u have enough points no need na magpaassess ung wife, sayang dn effort and application fee.

for Q3 po, yes pwede sa embassy pero check mo din minsan mas mahal pa magpanotaryo sa embassy natin compared sa local na notary public lawyer like dito sa sg, mas mahal pa sa embassy.

depende po yan sa lawyer kung papayag. dito kasi sa singapore, may mga pumapayag naman na lawyer, hinahanap lang ung orignal email.

yes pwede just bring the original as the lawyers need to see it for verification lang.

Recognition of Prior Learning – (RPL)

confirm ko lang po na indi na kasama ung resume for assessment sa ACS? kasi ung mga ni rerequestan ko ng job detailed COE is nasa resume ko. Thanks

@wingleaf no need for resume. Basta dapat yung information required ng ACS are indicated on your COE.

@mariem and @kittykitkat18 thanks! nga pla baka may idea kayo, kasi nakipagtalo ako sa previous employer ko, ayaw magbigay ng detailed COE bibigay lang daw ung generic or standard.. so mag papa statutory ako nito. may experience na ba kayo sa statutory? penge naman ng format and tips.
