thanks sa advice @J_Oz. I worked as Systems Engineer and Analyst Programmer..basically ung nasa job description naman ng both employment cert is mainly developing, testing, and maintaining software applications..sana lng tlga ok ung assessment ng ACS..

Hi mga boss, ask ko lang since yung previous company ko e hindi nag bibigay ng detailed COE, kailangan ko ng statutory from my previous lead or colleague. Pwede po ba pa share ng format and guidelines sa pag gawa ng statutory. Thanks po

@Xiaomau82 ayun salamat po sa template dito po sa philippines ako mag papasign ng statutory declaration. Ok lang ba papirmahan ko nalang sa colleague ko then dalhin ko sa notary public? or kailangan isama ko pa sya? thanks

@gladdenmac kahit di mo na sya isama. basta make sure alam nya pinipirmahan nya. para in case magtawag for investigation, aware sya.

Hello! My hubby got his COE from his past and current employer however I noticed some missing information need for ACS assessment.

Past Employer
• Country where Employment was undertaken
- Not indicated, but the Philippine address is there in the letterhead. Also the company
only operates here in the Philippines.


Present Employer
• Start and Finish Dates of Employment – these should be specific dates in a DD/MM/YY format

• If your employment is “Current”, the employer reference should state the term “To Date” and MUST include the date the reference was written.
- Instead of "TO DATE" ito ang nakalagay "July 26, 2004 UP TO PRESENT"

Meron ba sa inyo na nakapasa ng ACS assessment with this format of your COE?

- di rin naka specify na Philippines pero nasa letter head ang addresses.

- To present din pero may date kailan narelease ng HR..

@jrs Yey! Thanks for the reply. Atleast I have a peace of mind na okay to submit yung COE ni hubby. Blessing lang rin talaga na yung present company ni hubby was willing to provide the information we need for assessment.

Computer Science graduate 2007, started working as a programmer from 2007 so 8+ years na kong working. may deduction din kaya ako? and if yes aabot ba ko dun sa needed years?
also anung type of application ko sa ACS, yung RPL ba or Skills? mag file ako on my own without agency sinace nasasayangan ako sa PF nila. trying to backread pero nag-post na din ako. thanks and good luck to all of us.

@wanderingpaopao sakin related naman 7 yrs exp ko pero 2 years lang yung skilled masakit! 0 points unless mag-intay ako next june para may points work experience ko or maka 20 ako sa english test. wag ka mawalan ng pagasa

ok lang naman if previously na may IELTS na before mag-lodge ng anything (ACS or EIO), tama po ba? 2 years din po ba ang effectivity ng IELTS sa AU? Thanks po ulit.

@wingleaf di mo need ng Birth Certificate sa assessment kung gagamitin mo ang passport mo and be sure CTC siya...

Meron ba dito na MCSA na certificate na pinasa though ang tinatanggap lang nila is CCNP and MCSE?

Meron din ba dito na may job with a company na less than a year kasi may job ako na 8 months contractual.

follow up ko lang din kung sino ung mga naging freelance na sinama ung assesment at pano ginawa nyo kasi naging freelance ako na computer technician na minanage ko ung 2 computer shops and mga bahay bahay for computer services.

sensya na guys dameng tanong, gusto ko lang talaga malaman para mabigay ung mga dagdag na information na makakatulong sakin and thanks din sa inyo.

@jrs thanks for the info. I am considering sending the birth cert and passport to submit for assessment, sige we will send na lang the passport kasi yung birth cert halos di mabasa dahil hand written and may correction din that was made to it since mali middle name ni hubby on it.

hello po! I just got my ACS result and I got positive assessment..out of my years of work experience, walang nacredit as skilled experience..meaning 0 yr..

actually this is ok kasi partner skill points lng namn ung habol namin originally..not until naisip namin na pwede rin ako mag apply siguro as primary applicant (ksi failed pa rin si hubby sa IELTS and will retake on Nov 7)..

if ako po apply primary applicant, I get 60 points kahit 0 yr skilled work experience..ok lng kaya yun? possible po kaya? or required na meron akong skilled experience 3 yrs above?

your thoughts would be very much appreciated..salamat!

Tingin ko kung positive assessed ka sa ACS tapos 0 points pero pasok sa 60points min for visa189 eh pwede.
