Pano kaya yung mga freelance project ko na software development, how do I claim experience dun? may project kasi ako before sa Petron, application na nag kocompute ng langis na sinasakay sa mga barge na papuntang Pandacan, almost a year ko din ginawa up to now ginagamit pa sa Petron Bataan Refinery, ano kaya ang mga documents na kailangan ko ma secure? di ako nag bayad ng tax para dun sa project since freelance nga lang sya at wala din akong receipt. Willing naman magbigay ng certifications of mag sign yung supervisor sa Petron, any suggestions, may gumawa na ba nito dito? sayang naman kasi ung 1 year work experience.

Tingin ko kung positive assessed ka sa ACS tapos 0 points pero pasok sa 60points min for visa189 eh pwede.

thanks for the affirmation..we have 3 options actually..

1 - hubby primary applicant w/ 55 pts then state nomination to get additional 5 points
2 - hubby primary applicant, wait for his IELTS retake on November 7
3 - me primary applicant (pero 0 skilled work experience baka slim ung chance to get invited)

need to think further kung anong magandang diskarte..

@jandm no problem sis..mag eoi ka na pra makahabol sa october.. if u want higher points..try state nomination or 20pts sa pte or ielts..but if ur satisfied na sa 60 pts.. go go na..goodluck syo sis

mabilis lng ba makakuha ng result sa state nomination? chineck ko both visa 189 and 190 sa pag apply ng EOI..

@jandm depende sis sa state kng san..dun sa kakilala ko inablt 3 months..pro last yr pa un..kasi si hubby 189 pinili nya..naselect nmn kgad dhil cguro sa pts.kng decided kyo na 190..apply ka na kgad..bka abutan ka ng holiday delays nyan

Hello question, for COE ng present, ok lang ba na HR manager yung signatory? yung Manager ko kasi based sa Europe. Anybody here who had that experience? Thanks!

yes pwede mo ilagay as employment with PLDT, are u claiming points for it ba? if yes, you need evidence na deployed ka sa PLDT. are u able to get employer reference letter with PLDT company letterhead? pwede ilagay kahit 8 months lang.

@Xiaomau82 Thanks, Yup ilalagay ko sya for added experience and points, May format ka po ba ng employer reference letter? kasi ung agency ko wala na sa business and ni contact ko na ung isa sa mga naging superior ko sa PLDT kung ano number ng HR na pede ko tanungin kaso wala pa rin. may ma susugest ka po ba sakin kung ano pede ko gawin para mabigyan ako ng COE at valid naman sa ACS? wala ka bang nakuhang coe before ka umalis ng company? if meron, pwede nmn coe + statutory declaration na lang kunin mo. para di ka na kukuha ng bagong coe.

@Xiaomau82 sad to say nawawala ung COE ko dun kasama ng TOR dahil sa pag move namin sa ibang haus, kaya kumuha uli ako sa school ng another copy of TOR. pero ok ung suggestion mo bro, saka oks lang ba sabihin ko sa PLDT na sila na lang magbigay ng COE then pa statutory ko na lang ung superior ko dun?

Nakaexperience na si hubby na ganyan..hired sya ni Company A..pro deployed sa Company B...mga almost 2yrs un. Afterwhich absorb na din sya ni Company B

Now, closed na si Company A..nagbakasakali kme kay Company B ng COE. Nabigyan sya ng COE.tpos nakalagay is This is to certify that juan dela cruz is a contractual employee etc of Company B

Tpos dun sa time na nabsorbed sya ni Company B...instead of Contractual..Permanent employee ang status.

@ihsan21 ganon ata talaga. AMA din ako, Computer Engineering course pero ang nominated skill ko is Software Engineer. 4 years deduction din ako siguro dahil more on hardware ang course ko and software naman ang nominated skill ko.

For everyone how ACS determine the work experience and skilled requirement. It doesn't mean kahit graduate ka sa selected course mo is may points un as per this statement "The work experience required to meet the suitability criteria is NOT included as Skilled Employment and is NOT eligible for points under the skilled migration points test."

The Skill Level Requirement Met Date is dependent on the completion of both the relevant qualification and relevant work experience.

The ACS assessment process will seek to find the earliest Skill Level Requirement Met Date possible for each assessment type.

Example 1 – Employment completed AFTER the qualification:
 - You complete a relevant Bachelor degree with a major in ICT in Jan 2008 and you have 4 years of relevant work experience from Jan 2008 until Jan 2012.
 - 2 years of work experience will be used to satisfy the suitability criteria and your Skill Level Requirement Met Date will be Jan 2010.
 - All suitable work experience completed AFTER Jan 2010 will be considered Skilled Employment and eligible for the skilled migration points test.
 - The 2 years of work experience used to satisfy the suitability criteria is NOT eligible for the skilled migration points test but is assessed to meet the suitability criteria.

Example 2 – Employment BEFORE the qualification:
 - You complete 2 years of relevant work experience from Jan 2003 until Jan 2005
 - You complete another 2 years of relevant work experience from Jan 2006 until Jan 2008
 - You complete a 3 year relevant Bachelor degree in Jan 2011
 - You complete a final 1 year of relevant work experience from Jan 2012 until Jan 2013
 - The “Skill Level Requirement Met Date” will be Jan 2011 because this is the date BOTH the relevant work experience AND the relevant qualification are completed
 - Only relevant work experience completed after Jan 2011 is considered “Skilled Employment” and eligible for migration points test
 - All work experience completed before Jan 2011 is NOT eligible for migration points test.

@snider. sayang if deduct ung 4 yrs work experience mo. just knew na its important sa chosen nominated skill mo is matched dun sa work experience mo. like if your work experience is more on system hardware so hnd sya matched sa software engineer since ACS will find for description of duties related sa nominated skills napili mo or if meron ka tlaga work experience related to software engineer could be software testing, programming, debugging etc...

@mdc oo nga e, nanghinayang din ako nun una. 9 years na din akong software engineer, so minus 4 kaya 5 years na lang natira. 10pts pa din naman. habol na lang sa IELTS.

Question lng po. newbie here. Nasa qatar po ako ngyn.
1.My problem is pano po kung close na yung dating company sa pinas. Sino po pwede pumirma ng CoE.
2. Nabasa ko rin po kelangan ipanotaryo ang ang CoE, what if nasa abroad?
3. Nalilito rin po ako kung anong skill ang inonominate ko. 263111 - Computer Network and Systems Engineer or 263212 - ICT Support Engineer? I have 5 years experience as IT Helpdesk in Philippines and 3 years NOC Engineer in Doha (which is my current job) Currently yung job ko ngyn is more on system and network monitoring and escalations.

1. no idea ako dyan at no assurance, pero try mong mag pa statutory declaration sa mga naging boss mo.
2. Kelangan mo talaga sya ipa notarized.
3. Try lang sa Computer Network and Systems Engineer kung indi pasado saka ka mag ICT Support Engineer, actually parehas tayo ng iniisip pero try lang naman. although may panibagong bayad na-naman pero pano natin malalaman kung indi natin susubukan.

Thank you for your replies We submitted the ACS application for assessment Oct 18 and as of yesterday nasa Stage 4 na kaagad sya. So glad na okay yung COE that we have submitted.

We only submitted the passport with CTC kasi yung birth certificate ni hubby may error and hindi rin gaanong mabasa kaya we opted to submit the passport.

@ricardooper @wingleaf . nabasa ko to mas ok kung san mataas makagain ng points base sa actual work experience un piliin na nomination at para iwas ung deduct kung hnd nman match. so if san dto sa dalawa ung related work na matched tlaga.
