@pindiola sa skillselect url, may makikita ka dun na invitation rouds. May mga occupation kase na madaming nag ssubmin ng eoi, kaso may cieling lang na pede ma invite. So minsan, pag mabilis napupuno, tinataasan nila required points.

@mmuela photocopy mo yung bio page ng passport then ipa -ctc. Mas advisable kung colored print yung bio page.

@heprex Thank you! Nag-aayos na ako ngayon ng documents for ACS Assessment. Problema na lang yung sa Employment Reference. May sarili ka bang format or same lang dun sa ACS format?

@mmuela problema talaga karamihan dito ang mag obtain ng employment reference. Yung format, wala kang prob basta yung employer mo ang nag release, importante nadun start/end date, company letterhead, and yung job description. Pero kung ayaw mag bigay ng employer, stat dec or affidavit ang ginagawa.

@heprex paano ba ang process kapag stat dec? Ako yung gagawa ng duties and responsibilities tapos papairmahan ko sa supervisor/manager tapos papa-notarize ko?

@mmuela based dito, ikaw ang gagawa at ipapareview mo na lang sa supervisor mo kung agree sya bago nya pirmahan, para less hassle din at abala sa kanya. Pero based sa guidelines ni acs, stat dec should not be created by you. Hehe after mapirmahan ni supervisor mo, saka mo panotaryo.

. I just want to ask since im in the process of collecting all required documents and one of them are employment certification. What if my ex employer has something against me nung nag resign ako. Can I just ask my team lead that time to sign ? My team lead is now working in another company. Cheers guys!

Hi Ma'am/Sir,

I need your help on clarifying info below on my application to ACS. I just stared to gather info since last week po. Salamat and God bless!

1. Wala pa po kasi sa active job sa ANZO ung role ko na 262111 - Database Administrator pwede na po ba ako magpa assess sa ACS in advance, or wait ko po ba magkaroon ulet ng vacancy sa role ko?

2. About my COE and Detail job descripton, iclarify ko lng po pagkakaintindi ko sa mga nabasa ko na trend dito:

a. Scan ko po ung original COE ko, Diploma, Transcript, then iprint then pa notarized as certified true copy?
ung notarize nya po usually ilang months validity nito, since naggagather palang po ako ng info paano mag apply sa ACS, kunwari papa notarized ko na po ito this year(December 2016), then papasa palang ako sa July, valid pa po kaya ito?

b. Magrerequest po ako sa dati ko manager or lead to provide ung detailed job description ko before, then papa notarize ko din po yun?
kasi most of the time, ung HR hindi sila nagbibigay nun from my understanding.

1. 262111 is under CSOL, you can check here to which state your skill is available. https://www.anzscosearch.com/262111
Pede na mag pa asses agad, since 2 years valid naman yung ACS assessment.

2. I suggest na, pag desido ka na mag pasa, saka mo lang ipa CTC, para sure.
Ang need mo ay:
TOR
Degree
Emoloyment Reference
Passport Bio Page

And lahat CTC dapat, per page. Scan mo yung original, then print mo. Yung printed ang ipa CTC mo.

Kung hindi nag bibigay si HR ng detailed COE, you can ask for Stat Dec or affidavit and have it signed by your supervisor, then i-pa Notarized mo.

Kung may stat dec or affidavit ka na na-notarized na. Okay na lahat yan.

sinigurado ko kasi na lahat ng kailangan sa COE nandun nung nagpagawa ako.

also, iba ba yung notarized at CTC? sorry di pa ko masyado familiar sa terms.
