Hi po, newbie po kami for visa application. My husband is applying for state nomination. IT po work nya dito then ang nakita nyang work na pede sa kanya is Systems Analyst. Then may nakita kmi para magdagdagan ung points kelangan magpa-assess sa ACS. Nagbayad na po kmi ng 400AUD sa kanila then nagsubmit na ng mga required documents.

First reply nila may mga kulang na docs which are:
•copy of resume
•certified copy of passport
•certified copy of bachelor degree certificate
•certified copy of complete academic transcript
•certified copy of detailed employer reference for work experience

Then inasikaso na nmin lahat ng kelangan nila. Nagpunta na kmi sa dfa at sa lahat ng past and current company nya. Sinend na ulit nmin before their due date.

Tapo nagreply ulit sila ng “None of the documents you uploaded meets our requirements” so sobrang nalungkot kmi kasi parang sayang ung binayad nmin. Sabi nila dapat daw may word na “certified true copy of the original”, signature of the certifying person, date signed and name of certifying person, title of certifying person.

Lahat po yan nameet nmin except dun sa dapat may word “certified true copy of original”

Question po, kasi dba usually kpag magiissue company ng certification ganito lng wordings nila, “This is to certify that .... This certification is being issued upon the request of .. for visa application purposes. May format po kasi bwat company, the ung sa Ctc ng passport sa DFA na kmi mismo kumuha, ndi rin nila tinanggap. May naklagay nman na “This is to certify that based on Department’s Passport Database, Philippine passpprt was issued to... This is to further certify that the attached copy is a certified true copy of the page of PP No.

May mapapayo po ba kayo kung ano pede nmin gawin? Balak po kasi nmin magsulat na lng ng explanation letter na valid at un ung format ng mga companies for certification letter.

@sparkfire hello po, iba po yung certified true copy - need nyo po magpunta sa public attorney yung mga nagnonotarize tapos sbhn nyo po na magpapacertified true copy. Need nyo po ung original saka isang photocopy. Kahit coloured scan po yung pinasa nyo hihingi pdn po cla ng na CTC.

@sparkfire you need to thoroughly read the ACS guidelines provided on their website. All the requirements you need to provide are in there.

Hello po, nagpanotary na po kmi lahat ng docs for ctc. So sunday night ko po nalaman un, so monday morning pa po nmin gagawin un kaso nagemail si ACS ng monday madalaing araw (ph time) na since wala daw response kmi kung ano na ung napasa un na daw gagawin nilang basis. Nagreply na lng kami na if maari iuupload nmin lahat within the day sana mabigyan nila kmi ulit ng extension. Sa mga nkpagpassess na po ba, may pagasa pa po ung pinanotarize nmin? Wala po kasi silang reply dun sa email nmin.

hello po ulit. meron po ba dito na nagpa-assess and with results na recently and gaano katagal? I know sabi sa ACS website ay 8-10 weeks pero baka may nakaexperience nang mas mabilis - assuming na wala ng hihingin na additional documents.

If meron, ano usually ang hinihingi nila besides doon sa standard list of requirements?

@t0pZ normally it’s 6-8 weeks but our track record, based on the recent cases we’ve handled, they notify us of decisions in 4 weeks. The fastest we had was 2 weeks. All because we submit decision ready applications.

Hi just wondering ano po ibig sabihin ng stage na to? Gusto ko lang malaman if malapit na mrelease ung decision if ganyan na ung stage. Thanks!

Hi All

Anyone knows kung OK lang ba mag retry ulit magpa assess for the same code after ilang months? I was not able to get yung desired code from ACS and they suggested a different code which i obliged naman that time.

so naisip ko after ilang months na wala pa ring invite for that other code (190), re-try ko sana ulit mag pa-assess dun sa original code na gusto ko for 189 with updated job descriptions.

Also, I have a reference letter/coe with job des and all but the date was only from " Month Year to Month Year". It means that the actual date is not known for some reason. is this still ok?

May sarili kasi po silang format ng COE. Saan po kayo humingi ng detailed work description and need ba may letterhead ni company?

Base sa ACS document, at sa nababasa ko dito kung wala JD sa COE need ng Statutory Declaration ng kanyang colleague/Supervisor/Manager.

@sparkfire There’s a difference between COE and reference letter. This is a common issue I find here in the forum. You need to ask for a reference letter instead.

@sparkfire follow the requirements on the ACS guideline provided on the website. The thing with COE, it just confirm your employment and of course it’s not surprising if there is a standard format for companies. This isn’t what the assessing body is asking the applicants to submit. They want a proof of the duties you’ve performed and these aren’t found on a COE, it’s the reference letter you need.

@sparkfire has to be. I strongly suggest to read and follow the ACS guidelines. All your questions are easily addressed if you read the guidelines. All the best.

@RheaMARN1171933 thank you, nabasa namin ndi talga kami pede sa option na reference letter kasi ndi tlaga sila magbbgay ng letter head even sa immediate head. So next option would be the statutory declaration na lng. So if this would be our option, kelangan po ba migration agent lng magsign dito? TIA

hello, we want to claim partner points. sa ACS assessment ba, may minimum number or years of experience to have a positive assessment by ACS, and be able to claim 5 points for partner?

I can’t say much here as I secured the one with letterhead and still waiting for my results. But I think in your case, you should identify your (1) work colleague (preferably supervisor level) as the third party stated in the guideline and (2) an authorized witness - maybe others here in the forum can help specify who these are as I’m uncertain. There are also other requirements stated there (eg payslip or termination letter or service cert, certified copies)

@sparkfire i did submit a statutory declaration without company header/logo/letterhead.
Just the company name, address, tel no.
The "reference letter" na ni-share ni @t0pZ is almost same sa format na ginamit ko.
The authorized person signee was my manager. Then i had it notarized. requirements are detailed on the guidelines.
