Hi tanong lang po, baka natanong na din to pero di ko mahanap. Binibigyan ba ng ACS ng points yung work experiences even before ka gumraduate ng university? The experience is related to the course you had in university.

@roldanreal see example 2 on page 5 sa guidelines. you will need to complete the qualifications AND work experience. so hindi counted ang experience before you graduated.

No worries, @roldanreal ! that's also the case of my colleague at work here in Australia whose already a programmer while studying. Di pa rin counted dapat matapos muna nya masters nya according to ACS

Hi po. Newbie here and im starting to collect all the necessary requirements for assessment.

I worked po sa BPO previously and had 3 accounts/JOBs under that same BPO company for 5yrs. I requested po for COE and not to include yung pinaka 1st account (10 months) since di ko naman sya plan iclaim. I got the COE and hindi na nga nila sinama yung 1st account however yung whole length ng stay ko is nakalagay.

Question po is hindi po ba magkakaron ng issue yun since nung naitemized walang details yung 1st account ko (job1 April 24, 2006 - February 1, 2007)? parang nagkaron po sya ng discrepancy.

Ex:
whole length of stay to the company from April 24 2006 - April 15 2011
itemized
job 2 (February 2, 2oo7 - April 2,2oo8)
job 3 (April 2, 2oo1 - April 1s,2011)

@cheesybaconmushroom for example po kasi sa 3 yrs of experience nya dun naka 3 managers sya. Meaning po ba 3 stat dec din kelangan nya? Or dun sa isang manager kelangan po ang ilalagay nya lng tlaga na dates e ung timeframe na sya lng ang manager nya? Kindly please help po.

@TheRealMe24 sorry d na kita nareplyan. nasagot na ba tanong mo about dates sa reference letter? maybe you can request again to put exact dates? in ACS results letter though, they only put mm/yy. but then again when you lodge in EOI, it will ask for exact dates - so it’s better to have these info and with evidence as much as possible. But others here might have other and better opinion as i never get past EOI.

Question lang po, when filling out the Employment section for the EOI may automatic deduction kasi yung ACS ng 2 years. For example ang start date of employment is January 15, 2010 pero ang counted lang by ACS is the employment after January 2012, tama po ba na ganito ang entry?

Position 1 - Company A - PH - January 15, 2010 - January 31, 2012 - Related Emp : NO
Position 1 - Company A - PH - February 1, 2012 - January 25, 2019 - Related Emp : YES

Bale kahit same company, dapat split into 2 entries sya pero yung first two years ang answer sa Related Employment is NO then another entry para doon sa employment counted by ACS. Then mag start sya sa first day of the following month kaya February 1? Regardless kung anu yung start date sa company for example January 15 (half na ng month). Tama po ba ang understanding ko?

Hi ask ko lang po if may ngpa assessed na as software engineer dito pero ung role is SAP basis?
Note: my partner worked for accenture before kaya software engineer ung title.

@roldanreal in my case, counted yung work xp before ako gumraduate as bachelor degree, but the thing is, yung work xp na yun ay hndi for claiming of points, instead ginamit sya ni ACS as deduction to fulfill yung 5 years deduction since section 3 yung Univ na pinagaralan ko.

Eto scenario ko:
- Nagwowork na ako as Programmer (My first work) (May 2011), reason is nag shift ako ng course at 2 subject na lang tinatapos ko kaya nag decide ako na mag work na
- Nakagraduate ako as bachelor degree sa IT (April 2012)

In that case, sinama ni ACS yung work xp ko nung May 2011 sa 5 years deduction na ginawa nila sa overall work xp ko. Not sure sa case ng for claiming of points.

Hi, everyone. Newbie here. Mag-ask lang po sana ako question. Am sure nasagot na po ito somewhere in the thread. So, pasensiya na sir/ma’am in advance.

Am planning to submit my assessment, may cav’s na diploma and TOR ko. For work experience, i have all my employment contracts and ITR for every year of service. 3 of my previous employers have ceased to exist. Will they accept my employment contracts and ITR’s. Thanks in advance. I’ve been losing sleep kaiisip on what step i should take.

Hi everyone! Need your advices. My bf submitted EOI for 261212 - Web Developer. For 190 - NSW and VIC. 75+5 pts po siya. As of March 11 kasi, nawala yung 261212 sa visa 189. May chance kaya mainvite for visa 190 or pa-assess ba siya sa 261312 - Developer Programmer? Kasi yun nasa visa 189 pa at 75 pts naman siya. Mas may chance ata mainvite dun? Medyo magkalapit naman po yung job description. Though mas swak siya sa Web Developer. Need your advices po. Sana may makatulong. Thanks and God bless po!

I have been lurking on this site for a couple of months na po, and I want to thank you all for the informative posts here.

I just have a couple of questions

I am an BS-IT 4 year graduate from a Section 2 school and currently working as a systems consultant (5 yrs) based in SG and previous was IT technical support (3 yrs) in Phil. Here are my jobs:

Systems Consultant (Mainly windows systems administration, backup, VMware) - 5 yrs
IT Technical Support (More on windows systems administration rin) - 3 yrs

Nagpplan po ako na mag pa assess under ANZSCO 263111 (Computer Network and Systems Engineer) but my concern was my curriculum is geared towards Softwares though my previous and present work is more on Hardware. Possible po ba to be assessed as Bachelors degree? and 2 years deduction sa work experience?

I hope may naka-experience na sa inyo. So closed na yung previous employer ko. May statutory declaration ako from my supervisor. Supporting document ko is payslip. Kaso sino po mag certify true copy ng payslip? Closed na po yung company. Thanks in advance!

@mister.hyde whether or not the business is still in operation, the authorised person to certify documents would be a notary public.

@RheaMARN1171933 thank you sir for the reply. Weird, kasi kanina I spoke sa notary ayaw nya accept to certify yung mga payslips ko. Can you recommend a notary i can go to? Thanks!

@mister.hyde I have the same issue. My previous company also has already closed its Manila office. I plan to secure a COE but coming from the global office. Do you think ACS will accept this?

Can you let me know how you go with your statutory declaration please? TIA

@mister.hyde there must be a reason why. Did you provide both the original and the photocopied documents? I’m a migration. Agent based in the UK and not Phillippines. Can’t recom anyone from there.

@AUzhm what i did is i tracked down my supervisor/senior. I have him signed a statutory declaration/affidavit/sworn statement. That what am hoping to pass along with my payslips.

@RheaMARN1171933 yes i did, however she declined. But she the she said it is somewhat vague. ‘We don’t certify true copies of docs that’s not issued by our office, you can check on other notaries if they do such procedure’ to that effect. So i guess i just need to find another notary to do so. Thank you, again!

@mister.hyde hmm that’s odd. We never had issues from our clients in Philippines. Maybe she meant notarise? Notarise and certify are 2 different ways to make documents legal.

Hello po. Magpapaassess na po sana ako sa ACS. May mga clarification lang po ako.

1. Kailangan pa din po ba i-CTC yung birth cert and copy ng passport? pati po TOR and diploma? Balak ko po kasi sana yung employment reference lang ipa-CTC
2. Yung work experience ko sa role na ipapaassess ko is saktong 3 years.. is this advisable po? Since positive naman ako na related talaga sya based dun sa description na pinrovide ng ACS
3. Nakalagay sa current Employment reference ko is "probationary" ako since hindi pa ako regular, okay lang po ba yun? Though yung job description is swak din sa ipapaassess ko na role.
4. ACS din po ba ang magaassess ng Education Qualifications? Nakita ko po dito na section 1 yung school ko so hindi ko lang po sure pano sya iaassess.

@RheaMARN1171933 so, my wife just got back from the notary, and I again a lawyer said they cant certify true copy the payslip cause they are not the issuing body. I don’t what to do.
