    That would mean that assuming the EOI submitted pattern is linear and if the number of invites are going to be the same, then we would see the cut-off now as 65... It is just a matter of waiting! :)

    hello... tanong lang po regarding certificate of employment (COE)...
    im here in saudi at medyo mahirap kumuha sa amin ng COE.. possible kasi na ipitin ako pag nalaman na naga-apply ko for migration to AU.

    naka-kuha ako ng COE pero the purpose is not for applying in AU instead appliying for loan.. stated naman dun yung position ko, then instead of annual salary, it is per month basis.. tapos sa last paragraph ay ganito nakasulat.

    "This certification is issued upon his request for loan without holding the company in any financial obligations."

    Pero meron din akong another COE na generic pero it was dated 2010 pa. Pwede kaya yan?

    thanks sa input.. recently lang yung signed ng IT manager..
    bale i have 3 COE

    1. COE dated 2010
    2. COE dated 2012 pero for loan ang purpose
    3. COE with Job Desc signed by IT manager dated 2012

    tanung ko lang kung isasubmit ko pa ba sya lahat or kahit yung 1 & 3 lang?
    isip ko kasi na isubmit lahat para just in case na makita yung 2 na for loan purpose eh makikita din nila yung 1 na generic..

    yes same company lang.. speaking of job title.. nung nag-apply kasi ako dito linux admin ang position.. so yun ang pinapirmahan ko sa IT manager ko now na COE with detaild job desc..

    pero yung COE from personnel namin ay computer programmer.. magkakaproblem kaya ako dun? though yung main work ko talaga eh linux admin at bihira ang programming..

    bka kasi pag nilagay ko ay comp prog dun sa detailed COE pero most work is linux admin baka maguluhan yung CO... ako din now naguguluhan na heheheh

    1. Numbers 1 and 2 ibalik sa iyo ng CO dahil walang detailed job desctiptions at hihingi yung CO ng statutory declarations (affidavit)
    2. Number 3 lang ang e consider ng CO dahil may detailed job descriptions

    Hi there. haven't send my assessment credentials to ACS. I'm still preparing necessary docs.

    I have a situation here. I intend to nominate the position of Developer Programmer. I am a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Management in a State University. I also have my MBA but i think it doesn't give credit for the position i want to nominate.

    The following are my work related experience:

    Computer Operator - 2 years (job description indicates programming jobs)
    Computer Programmer - 2 years
    Statistician - 2 years
    IT Lecturer in a University - 2years (can i claim points here?)
    IT Coordinator / Lecturer in a College - 5years (can i claim points here?)

    I stopped employment since 2005 since i venture into business. I have a computer shop which i manage until now. I do web design and customized software development but on a freelance service na nga lang using business registration of my computer shop.

    My question is, how ACS evaluates entrepreneurial experience?

    @RaffyDoodle In my view, based sa description ng ACS kung ano developer programmer, it's unlikely na makakuha ka ng points dun sa experience mo as statistician, IT lecturer, IT coordinator. Ang job ng ACS is whether comparable ang degree mo sa AQF, kung suitable ang experience mo sa occupation na i-nominate mo, and kung related ang work experience mo sa occupation mo.

    What you need to prove is yung entrepreneurial experience mo is related sa developer and programmer then kailangan mo pa i-explain yung freelance service and why computer shop ang registration mo and then you're registering yung freelance work mo under your company. Titingnan kasi nila yung experience mo in the last 2-3 years or so.

    View ko lang to ha, based on what I've read and experienced sa ACS.

I think they can find association of my teaching jobs to the Developer Programmer position which i intend to nominate. (just keeping my fingers crossed hehehehe).

    For my entrepreneurial experience, do you think what kind of supporting documents do i need to furnish? Do you think Statutory Declaration can suffice the objectives?

    My plan is just to attach the CTC of my BIR registration and DTI registration just to prove my business existence.

    @RaffyDoodle - if I may make a suggestion bro, suggest you consult a migration agent on this as your case is not really the usual route as many of the forumers here. Instead of the usual work, work, work - what you have is work, academe and entrepreneurship. :)

    Dun sa latest process, 25 days, lahat na kasi online eh, a few months ago 1.5 months inabot sakin kasi kailangan ko pa i-mail yung documents.

    Kung same company lang pala at same job and:
    - kung nakalgay sa No 1 ang salary mo at date of employment..
    - at nasa Cert 3 naman ang detailed job description, then there is no need to worry..

    i think hindi lang nabasa ni @ernanipollaruste na same company/job lang ang 3 certificates..

    now the next question is magkaiba ang job title... if you think naman na fit ang job desciption sa ANZSCO job code/description, then my opinion is, it is okay.. dahil job description talga ang tinitingnan ng ACS...

    In this case, safe bet mo na ang kumuha ng agent gaya ng sabi ni @psychoboy. You can probably try to read more on your own pero it's a risk.     hanggang ngayon wla pa rin results from ACS... the waiting game is killing me... hahaha... d ko alam pano nyo nagawa to... hahaha...
    @cchamyl - I am just curious, how many weeks ba usually before you get a response sa ACS? Sa case ng wife ko, it has been more than 3wks since we submitted her application to CPA Australia... :)

    Dun sa latest process, 25 days, lahat na kasi online eh, a few months ago 1.5 months inabot sakin kasi kailangan ko pa i-mail yung documents.

    na-inspire talaga ako sa timeline mo... sana ako rin malapit na... hehehe..

    @psychoboy mukhang mabilis naman kung magbase ako sa current timeline ng mga nag apply for ACS assessment... yung saken..nag-pass ako nung sept 5 at ni-acknowledge ng ACS on the same day... tapos on the 10th nasa stage 4 na... meaning nasa assessor na yung application... last stage is stage 5... which will give you the results... so meaning the application has been with the assessor for 9 days pa lang... sana maging same kay @stolich na nag pass on the 5th and nagbigay ng positive assessment on the 21st... super bilis... kaiinggit... hehehe... pero in God's time... mas pinapa-excite lang nya ako... :)

    wow... nakita ko yung timeline mo... ikaw yung isang example ng never give up... :) nde naging maganda yung unang assessment mo but it never stopped you from reaching your dreams... nagpa-reassess ka after a month to meet the criteria... galing... :) cheers!

    Fresh from the oven I believe:

    In October, two invitation rounds will be held for skilled independent and skilled regional provisional visa subclasses covering a total of 2000 persons. These rounds will be on 1 October and 15 October 2012.

    The table below lists the maximum number of invitations that will be issued in each round, by visa subclass.

    Oct 1:
    900 invites for Skilled - Independent (subclass 189)
    100 invites forSkilled - Regional Provisional (subclass 489)

    Oct 15:
    900 invites for Skilled - Independent (subclass 189)
    100 invites forSkilled - Regional Provisional (subclass 489)

    Results for the 3rd selection round last Sept 15 was also already published! :)
