    @oz3girl hello, i'm leaving perth in 2 wks time if you want you can get my apartment here in the city. It is a studio type unit. Inside a compound with option of parking. I pay $520 fortnight. Separate kitchen and ofcourse bathroom. furnished (bed, tv, dining table, elec fan-no aircon, kitchen utensils, stove, pots and pans, microwave oven,hot and cold water.also with common laundry area.i stayed here for 1.5 years. let me know if you are interested. here is my email: [email protected]..

    @Hotpotato004 hello, in terms of job/work here in perth, ..kasi kung sa mining side ang specialty mo malamang mahihirapan ka makahanap ng work kasi yung mining d2 sa perth bagsak talaga at marami na laid off na which is like me naka force leave na kami..at lalong lalo na sa mga detailing companies kabi kabila tanggalan lalo na yung mga baguhan mapa puti man or pinoy...at syempre mga 457 temp workers..sa tingin ko medyo angat ang east coast ngayon kesa WA..
    in terms of infrastructures dito sa perth e booming talaga kaso kinukwestyon naman ng mga locals dito kung ikagaganda ba ng perth or not...taxi- true dito mahal talaga kaya recommend na mag drive ka sarili mo..food to save marami asian market dito para makatipid..food dito masyado mahal compare sa other states...house rent-pahirapan talaga makahanap kahit nandito ka na..

    @oz3girl kaka text lang sa kin nung owner ng unit ko..sorry at mas prefer nya yung couple or single accommodation lang..yung una bumisita dito na denied kasi lima sila sa family nila kahit na maliliit pa mga bata..

I do rent an apartment here in Joondalup (very near to transport and Lakeside Shopping centre so accessible to everything). It is a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. I am occupying the other room so I am looking for somebody to share the apartment.

    I'm now in Perth landed last march 9...ganito pala ang feeling ng ofw, hehehehe. 1st day parang gusto ko na bumalik ng Pinas,hehehehe. 2nd day, invited ako sa sa isang Filipino Christian church kaya medyo madami dami na din ako na met...then pupuntahan kami sa house ng isang Pinoy kc may presentation ang SMDC...parang grocery Lang sila Kung bumili, hahahah...sana pala nag agent na Lang din muna ako ng properties sa Pinas...:)
    3rd day , went to the city commute Lang,..buti na Lang I used to walk, though Hindi ko pa na explore Ibang route... Sis @stolich18 mag drive KA na talaga jan palang...
    I like the city,..maganda, Kung turista ako super enjoy na siguro ako, hahahaha
    Mga ilang accountants na rin nakausap ko at mukhang pahirapan ang work for accountant dito, I was advised nga to get some traiing na sa child care, well..., Sir Chief, here I am..hahaha
    Pero thanks to God kc maayos accommodation ko, kahit malayo sa bus stop...sobrang blessing pa din..
    So God bless na Lang sating lahat...

    @lock_code2004 ...about may accommodation, dito ko Lang din sa forum na met, naghahanap kc sya ng kasama na single kc ayaw nya ng maraming kasama sa house...kaya ng mag usap kami eh okay na agad... Super blessing sakin kc madami laman ref nya at libre Lang ako...then libre pa din Internet ko for 2 months at pinahiram ako ng card sa bus with load...o diba, blessing talaga, kaya super Linus muna ako ng house kc nakakahiya...I want to cook for her din sana kaso di ko pa kabisado yong Mga frozen food Kung anong pwedeng lutuin...:)

    Hello po bago lang po aq sa forum nato..pero 4years na po aq with my family na ninirahan d2, 6 years na c MR work sa mining...marami na pong Filipino d2 at mga Filipino food sa Asian Store kaya parang nasa Pinas pa din kayo :) May Filipino Restaurant din po d2.. Sa Accomodation naman po madami marerent na house sa agency kaso marami ring hinahanap like payslip, other documents at bond...mas malaking bond mas ina-aprobahan nila...may mga Filipino at Puti ding nagpaparent ng room check nio po sa Gumtree Kung San Suburb kau malapit...ung bilihin naman po d2 medyu Mahal lalo na pag bago kayo at iconvert nio sa Peso parang ayaw nio na mamili :) kung nmamahalan mayron din po swapmeet or Salvation Army mga Used na gamit Mura lang po, ung mga unang dating d2 like us jan po kmi namimili...marami din pong magagandang tourist spot Ang WA na pde nio galaan...Ang Bus @ train marami nman po bawat suburb may mga bus stop po..Kung naghahanap po kau NG house at Wala pang sariling Car mas ok po ung hanapin niong house na malapit sa bus stop or yong rota NG bus na malapit sa work nio...sa umpisa po nakakalito pero may google map nman po e :) Anu pa po ba? About sa work kung punta po kau d2 at Wala pa work marami po maaplyan Kung ndi mamili pansamantala like cleaning sa ofc, house etc. sa mga department store mostly hanap nila PR na...catalogue or news paper deliver..or aral po kau ng Cer 111 for aged care or ChildCare yan po Ang maraming work na mapapasukan d2 :)
    SaNa po nakatulong ito ng kunti s mga bagong dating at dadating pa lang sa Perth..God Bless po!
