    @PMPdreamer Thanks for that info! Another question, although naka schedule ako 19 December for repeat x-ray, I know na 7 December yung 8th week ng sputum culture ko. Can I call them for the result of the culture ng 7 December or do I have to wait 19 December din? Thanks in advance!

    @rpaid Ieexplain nila sayo ung result ng culture test pag nakuha na result ng xray. If i think about it, mas efficient nga naman kung iexplain nila sayo pag may resulta na yung xray kasi isang upuan na lang yung explanation. Saka kumpleto lahat ng evidences and enough to make a conclusion/recommendation. Punta ka ng maaga sa xray mo para same day makuha mo result. In my case, andun na ko ng mga 7am, nakuha ko result ko ng mga 10 ata, natapos yung interpretation mg 1pm...

    Hi everyone, I had my medical exam last dec 4 and nationwide txted me that have a scar in my left upper lung. The doctor said Na wait ng advice ng embassy if I have to undergo sputum culture or not. I have no history of TB but I've had bronchitis and pneumonia when I was younger. Wala din akong mapakitang previous X-ray Ko kasi the last time I had my X-ray was 2013 and healthway deleted my record already. I remember healthway did 2 X-rays on me Dahol May nakita Rin silangang scar before. Pero di ako pina take ng any medication and was actually cleared to work. I'm applying for a student visa and my class will start on February 12, 2018. I'm worried Na baka di ako maka abot Sa class. I've also read that there are some cases Na pina fulfill ng health undertaking ang applicant and fun Na Sa Australia mag pa check ulit. Do you have any idea ba pano ma offer yung health undertaking? Thank you...

    @Behatti depende talag un sa CO. Like in my case, nanghingi ng health undertaking kasi despite of series of tests wala sila nakita. Pero in ur case, since alam naman kung san galing ung scar then baka magpa health undertaking na lang, kaya lang may mga CO na sigurista na nagpapa test pa talaga, lalo kung walang maipakitang proof of claim ng cause ng scar.

    @PMPdreamer paano malalaman kung cleared na medical? or antay lang talaga sa email ng Bupa? cz nagpa after treatment x-ray ako last Dec 6 then until ngayon di pa ng.eemail and Bupa. Normally kasi 3-4 days mau email na cla.. salamat

    at nakalagy sa tb test na completed, chances are cleared kana. Wait ka na lang ng official clearance from dibp. It will say health clearance provided-no action required.

    @rpaid If there is no difference with first and repeat xray then you have high chances of being cleared. If there is a change, then the decision will depend on attending officer from Australia. It is quite difficult to predict the outcome on 2nd situation. It is important not to take any medication if the attending doctor from SLEC didnt advise you to do so, neither take any actions that could result to improvement of 2nd xray. If there are white lines in both lungs visible in your 1st xray, your repeat xray should show the same.

    @PMPdreamer Haha. Thanks for the reply. Well, nasa 2nd situation na ko. My repeat x-ray came back with slight improvements so SLEC recommended another repeat x-ray (my third x-ray if ever) after 3 months. My sputum culture was negative and I'm sure wala naman ako meds na tinake. Hopefully DIBP decides against another repeat x-ray! [-O<

    @rpaid kung Dec 19 2nd xray mo that means ung gap ng 1st and 2nd mo is not even 3 months? Tapos ngayon mag repeat xray ka ulet after 3 months which is on approx March 20?

    @PMPdreamer Yung 1st x-ray ko was around mid-September so 3 months naman yung gap between 1st and 2nd. Sana masubmit na ng SLEC before end of year yung results para makapag decide na DIBP if another 3 months or hindi. [-O<

    @PMPdreamer @rpaid. Hello po. Id like to ask some things. We are planning to take our medicals (with husband and 2 kids 4 &13yo) on jan 2018. Dito pa kami iloilo manggagaling. I need to know gaano po katagal mga test? Like one day ba kakayanin? Then if may mga repeat sa lab malalaman din naman on the same day? We plan to spend 4 to 5 days in manila including weekends. Enough time na ba yun? Thanks

    PTE Writing Tips

    For writing essay I used E2 language format and applying what I learned from Ielts. Sa intro, sa 1st sentence ni restate ko lang yung question using my own words. Then sa 2nd sentence if one sided lang yung question, I give summary of the reasons ( 2 reasons only). Example, if ang essay is about importance of computers (one sided), eto 2nd sentence ko. Computers are valuable resources as they (1st reason) aid in learning and are (2nd reason) used to communicate with others. Then sa 3rd sentence sasabihin ko para pampahaba-- In this essay, I shall discuss my point of view by giving points and examples about the topic.

    Then sa 2nd paragraph, elaborate ko na ang 1St reason. Mga 2 sentences na magsupport sa 1st reason, like if yung 1st reason ko is aid in learning, expand ko ang topic by answering how computers aid in learning,etc. Usually yung reason mo convert mo by asking how, what, when, or who. Tapos sa 3rd sentence, I state examples. Pwede ka din mag add pa ng 4th sentence parang isummarize mo lang ang 2nd paragraph.

    Sa 3rd paragraph discuss naman ang 3rd reason same sa ginawa sa 2nd par.

    4Th paragraph 1st sentence conclusion, then 2nd sentence recommendation.

    If 2 sided naman yung intro pwede mo gamitin yung nasa template like kina Heprex na samples. Then yung 2nd par yung kabilang side, then yung 3rd paragraph yung other side. Tapos same last paragraph.

    If medyo nahihirapan ka sa mga ideas, research ka dito sa forum ng mga recent topics. Tapos based dun sa topic reasearch ka anong pwedeng maging points and reasons para may idea ka na ano ilalagay mo sa essay.

    Another tip also in writing as much as possible do not repeat the same words. If you dont have much stored knowledge about synonyms okay lang. Practice and Research is the key. Kaya malaki ang help sa akin yung pag research sa mga common or recent topics kasi while practicing pwede akong mghanap ng synonyms then mas madali ko syang ma recall sa actual exam kasi nagawa ko na sya before. Tapos if meron kayong word na ma encounter na parang hirap kayo mag elaborate, google nyo din anong synonym or phrases na pwedeng same meaning ng word.     @chococrinkle yung buong process you can complete it in half day. It will take one week to get results depende kung may holiday in between. Saken dati umabot ng halos 2 weeks dahil may holiday. Within that timespan, tatawagan ka nila kung kelangan ng further test. To answer your question, hindi enough ang 5 days if further test is needed. Kakailanganin mo na bumalik for sure.

    Good day, ask ko po sana, meron ba Naka experience dito na may trace Ng sugar/glocuse yung urine test, pinapaulit kasi Ng laboratory sa husband ko.. Concern ba Yung if ever para sa approval Ng visa, worry kasi namin baka may pre diabetes sya..Salamat :)

    @rpaid Hi. Id like to ask sana. Ano yung blood tests included sa medical? Cholesterol and sgpt for liver meron ba? Si husband kasi may previous history na medyo borderline results nya though matagal na yun at wala naman syang medication, nag advise lang ang Dr for healthy diet. Also may kids ka din ba nag medical? Thanks

    Another tip also in writing as much as possible do not repeat the same words. If you dont have much stored knowledge about synonyms okay lang. Practice and Research is the key. Kaya malaki ang help sa akin yung pag research sa mga common or recent topics kasi while practicing pwede akong mghanap ng synonyms then mas madali ko syang ma recall sa actual exam kasi nagawa ko na sya before. Tapos if meron kayong word na ma encounter na parang hirap kayo mag elaborate, google nyo din anong synonym or phrases na pwedeng same meaning ng word. Share ko yung nilista kong mga synonyms na possible na magagamit sa mga essay kasi minsan these are the topics commonly asked.

    @rpaid ah ganun ba? Buti naman kung ganun. This dec kasi naparami ang kain ng sweets and fatty baka kako mg manifest sa blood test kaya todo diet kami ni hubby. Hehehe.. Also another question, anong TB test kinuha mo kay toddler? Prefer ko sana IGRa para di na pabalik balik kasi may tendency mag false positive nakapag bcg vaccine si 4yo ko. Tumawag kami sa st lukes ermita everyday meron sila dun kaya plan namin sa st lukes nalang si toddler on a later sched pero kami ni hubby at panganay sa nationwide para matapos na kami agad.

    PTE Writing Tips

    For writing essay I used E2 language format and applying what I learned from Ielts. Sa intro, sa 1st sentence ni restate ko lang yung question using my own words. Then sa 2nd sentence if one sided lang yung question, I give summary of the reasons ( 2 reasons only). Example, if ang essay is about importance of computers (one sided), eto 2nd sentence ko. Computers are valuable resources as they (1st reason) aid in learning and are (2nd reason) used to communicate with others. Then sa 3rd sentence sasabihin ko para pampahaba-- In this essay, I shall discuss my point of view by giving points and examples about the topic.

    Then sa 2nd paragraph, elaborate ko na ang 1St reason. Mga 2 sentences na magsupport sa 1st reason, like if yung 1st reason ko is aid in learning, expand ko ang topic by answering how computers aid in learning,etc. Usually yung reason mo convert mo by asking how, what, when, or who. Tapos sa 3rd sentence, I state examples. Pwede ka din mag add pa ng 4th sentence parang isummarize mo lang ang 2nd paragraph.

    Sa 3rd paragraph discuss naman ang 3rd reason same sa ginawa sa 2nd par.

    4Th paragraph 1st sentence conclusion, then 2nd sentence recommendation.
