Wala naman rule against being invited if you don't get high IELTS marks to merit claiming points...

if yes, then you are very much eligible for visa 190 SS...

@Dukee Considering ur Occupation Architectural Draftsman naman CSOL naman well pdeng pde ka sa visa 190. mag a sponsor ka sa WA kasi mabilis lang cla.. Nothing to worry kasi as long as ur 60 points na wala ng problema un. Definitely they will invite to apply for state sponsorship if WA ka..

atleast sa visa 190 lahat ng benefits sa PR m re-receive muna.. Sayang naman mag temporary PR kapa e eligible na rin naman..

This occupation has a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).

ACS states that:
The purpose of the RPL application is to give you the opportunity to demonstrate that you have acquired a level of knowledge equivalent to that of a formal tertiary ICT qualification.

@mr_reygan successful yung acs nyo diba based sa minimum educ requirement for you job code na bachelors degree? Then nirequire kayo mag RPL which is succesful din. By right you can claim 15pts kung yun ang minimum. Based yan sa discussion sa link na bnigay ko above. Antay din po tayo ng comments sa mga ACS nagpa assess and with similar situation. Naishare ko lang ksi kakabasa ko lang ng thread na yan yesterday. Hope it helps.

I think you can claim 5 years on your employment history, with regards naman to educational qualification I suggest you claim 10 points para hinde ka na hanapan ng point test advice from vetassess kasi by default 10 points inaaward ng diac once succesful ang skills assessment mo, If 65 points ka na in total madali ka ng maiinvite pero if you need that 5 points to go above 60, I suggest you secure a point test advice from vetassess. RPL din ako and I claimed 10 points kahit na wala sa list ng recognized schools yung school ko and may CO na rin ako hinde naman nya kinontest yung claim ko for education. Hope this helps. Thanks!

@mr_reygan Yup 10 points, pero I selected Certificate III kasi 2 Year IT course naman ang edu ko. Masmaganda nga kung 65 points ka, kasi masmabilis ang invite, its up to you kung gagastos ka for Point test advice from vetassess or you continue claiming 15 points without it, meron naman kasing case na nagpaPTA pa pero hinde naman hinanap ng CO. I think si @batobats yung ganung case. Risky nga lang kasi pagnagoverclaiim ka sa points. Thanks!

sa EOI mismo, no need to declare your relatives... kasi di mo naman kailangan ng relative points..

pero sa WA SS application, i think may question about how are you going to support/settle here.. so pwede mo sguro banggitin na may mga relative ka na pwede tumulong/tuluyan..

select visa 190.. it's a permanent residence visa.....
if you apply for SS, it doesnt matter kung ilan ang EOI pts mo.. as long as ma-meet mo ang 60pts.. automatic invitation na agad yan to apply for visa..

wag kang manghinayang sa 5 pts for visa 489, dahil kaya mo naman isatisfy ang 60pts for visa 190.. visa 489 is a regional temporary visa.. after several years kailangan mo n naman mag-apply for a PR visa..

@Dukee tama po wag nyo na sabihin unless sa WA din yung relative mo.. kasi pag hndi
sa application (sa ACT ah) if ideclare mo na may relative ka may required additional statement na eexplain mo bakit hndi ka sa state kung nasaan yung relative mo pupunta/magstay... not sure lng if ganun din sa WA...

My first choice is visa 190 talaga kasi pr agad at may 60 points naman ako. Kung sakaling mag visa 190 ako at na aaprove agad hindi ba yun magiging conflict kasi pr din ako dito sa sg? Yung relatives ko nasa WA at doon muna ako mag stay. Thanks lock code and sharean
