    My first choice is visa 190 talaga kasi pr agad at may 60 points naman ako. Kung sakaling mag visa 190 ako at na aaprove agad hindi ba yun magiging conflict kasi pr din ako dito sa sg? Yung relatives ko nasa WA at doon muna ako mag stay. Thanks lock code and sharean
    tama.. sg pr is independent of AU PR..
    yung mga ksama ko din dito sa perth eh mga AU PR at mga sg pr pa rin sila..
    hindi pa nila ni-renounce ang SG pr nila.. saka na lang daw pag withdraw na nila ang mga cpf..
    may nabasa din ako dito sa forum, pwede mo i-renounce sg pr mo thru online application yata..

    good evening po, question lang po regarding sa EOI. I'm choosing visa 190 sana (WA). Kapag po ba nagkaproblema (wag naman sana) ang ss application ko, pwede pa po ako bumalik sa EOI for visa 189? Natatakot kasi ako na isubmit ngayon itong EOI at magkamali. Dko niselect ang visa 189 kasi kulang ako ng 5points.

    hanggang hindi ka naiinvite (auto invite or inaaccept mo ang approved SS) hindi mag lock ang EOI mo, that means pwede mo i-edit anytime...edit anything, including your choice of visa types..

    if you are saying na kulang ka ng points for 189, at kahit isubmit mo yan, hindi ka rin naman maiinvite now, dahil nga kulang ka ng points for 189...

    Got State Sponsorship to WA for Architectural Draftsman and invitation to Apply for Visa 190 last Oct 08 2013. Just found out na wala na pala ang nominated job ko sa demand list ng WA. Do i need to worry po ba sa Visa 190 approval namin? Plan ko mag submit ng visa by this week palang.

    @amadtammm2013 you dont have to worry. Basta may invitation to apply for visa kana okay na yan. Yung new WA SOL is for new applications..

    Sa case ko nakalodge na ako ng EOI Last Novemebr 06. Eksatong 60 points. Pro Birthday ko na sa Dec17, mababawasan ba ako ng points for age, kasi 33 years old na ako next month?????
    By the way nasa 6 golden occupation yung ANZSCO ko

    mga boss question lang po sana, may nababasa po kasi ako dito sa forum na nagpapamedical na kagad once maka receive na ng invite. Ask ko lang po sana kung once nareciv yung invite ibibigay na po ba nila yung list of panel clinics? And ano pong specific medical form ung gagamitin and saan po pwedeng madownload? Salamat po

    @lock_code2400 and others...May itatanong sana ako.. Currently 55 points palang ako.
    Age: 30 (30points)
    IELTS: L:7 R:7.5 W:6 S:7 (0 points)
    Education: Equivalent Bachelor's degree (as per Engineers Australia) (15 points)

    Sa work experience assessed by Engineers Australia Results: (10pnts)
    "Total work experience assessed: Jan 2006 to May 2013"

    1st work: Jan 2006-Jan 2007
    2nd work: Jan 2007 -May 2010
    3rd work: Jul 2010 - present

    I'm expecting na sa Jan 2014 magiging 8 yrs work experience na ako for 15 pnts.
    For total of 60pnts.

    Sinubukan kong gumawa ng draft sa EOI and after ko makey-in un work ko. Lumabas nga na 55 pnts ako as of now.

    Then, Sinubukan kong i-adjust ung work experience ko to make it longer (8yrs), since hindi pwede i-adjust ung work forward , Nagtry ako magadjust backward.

    1st work: Sep 1 2005-Jan 2007 (Ginawa kong Sep 1, 2005 ang start)
    2nd work: Jan 2007 -May 2010
    3rd work: Jul 2010 - present
    Ang lumabas ay still still 55pnts ako.

    but if Aug 31, 2005 ang start magiging 60pnts cya.

    Meaning, ang counting pala ng EOI is based on months, kasi hindi nito sinama ung May 2010-July 2010 which is unemployed ako. (3 months)

    Tanong: Pwede na po ba akong magsubmit ng EOI sa Jan2014 (8 yrs) based on Engineers Australia assessment? Or Need ko mag-antay until April 2014 (para macompensate ung 3 months na hindi na-count ng EOI calculation?

    May naka experience na po ba nito? Hindi po ako pwede magpa SS kasi may 6.0, Ang minimum ng SS sa work ko is 6.5 for all components.

    @gilberttkd - i think dapat hintayin mo talga na maka 8 yrs work experience ka talga
    which as you mentioned is APril 2014...

    pag hindi mo ginawa yun, possibleng makalusot ka nga sa EOI,
    pero pagdating ng visa application, ma-validate ng CO na kulang ka pa sa work exp..

    kung ako lang, i will retake ielts.. para di na mag hintay pa ng April 2014..
    kasi by that time, eh baka puno na ang allocation for your occupation..
    suggestion lang naman..
