    Guys! I received the letter kaninang hapon, and i've been refused! Sorry sa late post, pina-sink in ko na muna kasi sa isip at puso ko, okay na, kaso pag naaalala ko, nakakapanghina. Lahat ng to may dahila, may mas magandang ibibigay sakin si GOD. Keep praying lang po tayo. Wag mawalan ng pag-asa. Goodlyck everyone.

    @sisa16 hi sisa.. Ganun din yun process nun application ko.. If plan mo tlga is to work after graduating sa aussie. You really need a two years programme. Dito ksi ako nag process singapore so mejo madali. Pero sbi ng agent 2years masteral programme para after grad employers can convert your student visa into working..

    hi sis....i agree with your sharing...kaya yon ang pathway na presently taken namin ni mrs..halfway an siya sa kanyang masters then after finishing the course, professional year na naman while we are on 485 visa to gain 5 additional points for pr application.....good luck on your own pathway....

    @babezerothree: sorry to hear that sis. :( pray ka lang pwede pa nmn reapply. what reasons daw? Napansin ko lang kpag may interview by phone or personal that means 50/50 na application mo. :( Kumusta pala application ng bf mo? Sana ma grant sya.

    To all: thank you po sa prayers and cheer ups. Sponsorship po ang reason nung sakin. My CO wasnt convinced that I have an Access to the Account. Nakakapag-taka lang when i was interviewed okay naman ang CO, I answered directly his questions without hesitation kahit mali mali na english ko, more on questions ako na "Why Australia" walang masiyadong questions sa sponsor. And then before matapos yong interview he told me na hindi naman siya nagdodoubt sa applications ko, although hindi naman ako nageexpect na granted na kasi malay ko ba, pwede pa magbago isip niya, so ito na nga i have been refused. Haaaaay.

    @babezerothree babae ba CO mo? Madali lang i-prove na may access ka sa account ng sponsor mo. mag relodge ka na lang. na sad ako sa balita mo. hay another money wasted. sino pala sponsor mo? parang ang bilis ng CO mag assess ng application ngayon. 572 ka pala, tapos refused pa. Buti nga hindi GTE ang nakita sayo.

    @ten2six yes, tinatawagan or personal interview pag may duda sila. yan ang sabi ng agent ko. :(

    ~ 573 SVP with 1 dependent ~

    May 31 - applied online at University website
    June 17 - Uni sent a message that they approved 14 credits for prior learning.
    June 21 - Uni emailed: move my intake to Feb 2014.
    July 5 - Passed IELTS! Yipee. Emailed Uni my result.
    July 16 - Received conditional OFFER LETTER from Uni. :)
    July 19 - sent my TOR to Uni.
    July 22 - Uni received my TOR
    July 24 - received my UNCONDITIONAL OFFER.
    July 31 - paid tuition fees and received COE
    Sept 16 - lodged visa application 573 SVP with one dependent thru VIA
    Sept 17 - acknowledgement from embassy with medical request.
    Sept 18 - Medical Examination at NHSI
    Sept 24 - Medical forwarded to Embassy
    Oct 4 - Phone interview with CO.
    Oct 7 - Emailed immi asking for updates
    Oct 8 - Received email from immi stating application is under assessment.
    Oct 9 - Received text message from Air 21 and Embassy that my documents has been dispatched.
    Oct 9 - visa refusal! :(

    @bbgirl: guy po ang CO ko. Yong sa bf ko nerequestan siya ng certificate from the bank na may access siya sa account ng tita niya. Hindi na siya tinawagan. Pray pa din tayong lahat sana may makuha kyong information about sa kung ano pwedeng ipangrefuaed ng CO. To GOD be the glory.

    @markier87 for your timeline, dun ka sa signature settings sa profile mo. :) i did give you the number when you said na di nagreply ang IDP. here it is--(032) 236 2758. but, i was informed na wala silang office today. still checking ata kung may damage sa building nila yung quake. baka bukas pa sila papasok ulit. they're open 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.

    @babezerothree sorry to hear dat sis. Ganun ata mga co, pati ako nung nainterview, it seems ok ang lahat s interview pati ung facial expressions nya pero narefused din ako. Anyway, relodge uli sis. Wag mawalan ng pag-asa!

    June 17- recieved text msg from DIAC, my application has been received
    June 19- was advised to undergo medical examination with my husband and daughter
    June 28 - Underwent medical examination on NHSI
    July 5 - recieved email from NHSI that my medical result was sent to DIAC

    Sept 6 medical uploaded to DIAC
    Sept 26- personal interview
    until now... waiting...

    @babezerothree - i know it is a hard pill to swallow. just would like to share again, my sponsor is in the US, what i made him do is to make me a secondary account holder, I submitted the bank form along with my visa application. I also told them via the letter of financial support, that i will soon have my own debit card and check book from the states. You dont have to be their relative, plus it would help a lot to undergo that step.

    That would cost the sponsor any cent but time. This is to alleviate the questions regarding fund access, etc.

    July 8, 2013 - Received eCoE from Supreme Business College Sydney
    August 7, 2013 - Lodged application through VIA
    August 12, 2013 - Received Acknowledgement email that my application was received together with the medical examination request
    August 14, 2013 - Medical Examination Done @ NHSI
    August 16, 2013 - Medical Results were uploaded to DIAC as per NHSI (phone follow-up)
    October 7, 2013 - Visa Grant!

    @asdfghjklqwerty no vaccinations required for the visa application. pero sa school meron. well, in my school, at least. what i did, i checked on the school's website then looked for the vaccinations required, specific to my course. kumpleto na ako, even before i lodged my visa. kasi may intervals between doses yan e kaya it's better that you start now.

    pwede pong pa post naman ng step by step / guide ng student visa application. ung from scratch po. di ko n po kasi makita.. natabunan na ata. gusto ko po kasi mag apply ng student visa, thru agency. Saang agency po kaya pinaka magandang mag -apply? TY sa magrereply :)

    nga pala, share ko lang. madaming times na kong sinubukang kunin ng family ko sa AU. father ko nauna doon.
    first, dependent visa - ako lang naiwan (denied) kasi di na daw ako dependent. bale, mother & sister ko lang nakuha.
    2nd application, child dependent ata un, pero withdraw application, kasi may questions sa age. 25 y/o ako nun.
    3rd application, student - dependent (yung nag-aaral after graduate, kukunin ng parents),withdrawn din kasi sa questions sa papers.
    4th application - tourist - refused but pwedeng mag file ng appeal. di na kami nag file ng appeal as advised ng agent.no interview done. reason: sa tingin daw nila, hindi ako mag temporary stay, like other filipinos doing right now, na gumagawa ng way from tourist to work.

    kaya eto, mag student n lang daw ako. sa mga nag student dito sa forum, anong advise pwede niong ibigay sakin :( frustrated ako, pero parang nasasanay na. hahaha :(( :))

    @jobe sis, i recommend that you go to IDP. free ang services nila. they can help you from the beginning (application to school) till the end (visa application). they will assist you every step of the way. give them a ring and set an appointment with their counselor. they will tell you what to do. by the way, may preferred course and school ka na ba? ano ba natapos mo dito?

    @iheartoz meron na, Tropical North Queensland Tafe saka commercial cooking. pwede naman siguro un kahit iba ang natapos kong course d2 sa pinas. cge, pupunta ko IDP. congrats pala :) kaka grant lang ng visa mo :D nakakagaan sa pakiramdam saka sa bulsa ;)
