    Hi guys, question po, pano magbayad ng tuition fee ng tafe? nakalagay kasi dito is bpay at hindi ko alam kung papano talaga. haha thank you in advance.

    @krishesforyou ...hi pag bpay ka then you will pay it through your bank account c/o online....just get the bank details of your tafe then select it when you do the online payment...

    Share ko lang... I applied with ICMS, Asia Pacific College and Blue Mountains and these 3 are non-uni na recently approved as SVP but when you apply with them they will ask you to provide proof of funds.. such as bank statements from you or from your sponsors. Without these they will not issue you a letter of offer / COE so parang lumalabas instead ang immigration and mag aassess ng financial capabilities ng student yung school na. No pof no COE and without these hindi ka pwede mag apply sa au immigration for student visa..

    University is required to ensure that students who enroll are Genuine Students and have access to sufficient funds to support themselves and any accompanying dependents during their studies.

    Some universities ask for POF some don't.

    Fund proof not required..... however student needs to have clearly arranged all the money required for visa as the same may be asked by the participating university or embassy during interview otherwise.

    @danyan2001us Ahhh sige po. noted :) yung course ko po kasi mag sstart october 3 pero makaka lodge palang po ako arounf first week of august ( something to do with the bank statements kaya mejo delayed) strict po ba ang embassy na dapat mag lodge 124 days shich is 4 mos before commencement?

    @pmm0202 They recommend na 3-4 months prior ka mag lodge accdg to DIAC but not really strict. Pero when it comes to the date na pupunta ka sa Aus under student visa, strict sila na 4 months prior to your course commencement. This is what I know pero paki correct na lang if hindi. Cheers. :)

    11/17/12: passed school application thru IDP * 12/4/12: received letter of offer (univ. of newcastle) * 12/12/12: credit application * 2/22/13: received new letter of offer * 2/26/13: paid deposit fee * 3/8/13: received COE and paid visa fee * 4/10/13: visa application thru IDP * 4/11/13: medical request from DIAC * 4/12/13: medical exam done * 4/19/13: SLEC uploaded my medicals * 4/12/13: medical exam done * 7/11/13: VISA GRANTED

    @pmm0202 ...good luck to your application..with regard to the timeframe to the lodgement of the visa..yes you're right with what you mentioned that you can only lodge your student visa 124 days (4 months) before the course commencement date...and if it your first student visa (not a subsequent visa)...with regard to your entry to australia, you can enter australia anytime pagkatapos ng date indicate in your visa....citing for example our case, natanggap namin ang visa namin sometime in July 2010 so lipad kami kaagad dito ng July 27 arriving melbourne the following day.....note that 2 weeks na late si wifey sa klase niya hehe......

    @danyan2001us, amedina guys kmi balak namin mag lodge sa awa ni Papa Lord sa 30th May pa pero un orientation date ko 14th July sa tingin nu d pa kmi ma de delay sa application o tama lang. Ksi wait pa din namin end of month para dagdag sa proof of funds pero un ituutuloy ko un masteral which is 1.5 yrs sa Curtin wait lang namin Letter of Offer kaka send lang ksi ng IDP last Thurs.

    @Howard ....tama lang yan bro....kami naglodge kami June 01, 2010 then nakareceive kami ng reply from embassy manila june 16...so if July 14 yong orientation mo tamang tama lang ....but if may aberya (sana naman wala) just communicate with your school yong sa in charge ng international students then if possible ask for an extension.....

    @danyan2001us thanks so much sa info :) kasi naisip ko kung august ako makakalodge sana ma grant agad since 1st week of oct ang commencement. Hehe kasi sabi rin ng school ko na mandatory yung orientation day namin. Heheh Pray pray nalang sana smooth yung pag apply ko :) in terms of part time jobs naman po challenging rin ba maghanap?

    @pmm0202 .....challenging and at times stressful kaya be firm in your desire to stay here in down under.....one thing na makakatulong sa iyo ay referral kaya start building up your linkages here in OZ para pagdating mo dito may mga contacts ka na...and take note that they (OZ people) prefer those who have "LOCAL experience" yet how could you get one if they would not allow you to have a chance hehe...anyway saka mo na lang isipin yan...first thing first and that is focus now on your application.....keep you girl in my prayers.....good luck
